People were nice. Service was well done. However, at the end I was given a $90 bill for my Jeep oil change that cost me $48 six months ago for the exact same service. Both labor and materials almost doubled. At a minimum, I should have been informed of this huge price increase when I scheduled the service. Being honest and respectful to customers just isn’t that hard.

When your visit begins with meeting Barbara Hess promptly at 7:30 am, you can’t go wrong. Barbara was welcoming, friendly and professional. She had us in and out of there in a more than a timely manner. The work done on my Jeep went perfectly. All in all it was a great experience.

So I had been in the market to buy a four-wheel-drive Dooley because I carry a big camper and I tow a large boat. I found the truck that I was looking for at another dealership and actually signed all the paperwork to make it mine, but turns out there was an open recall on it And that dealership was unable to sell it to me. In fact there was a stop sale on these trucks across the Country. That dealership refused to hold that truck for me until the re-call got finished. A month or so later, my wife told me about a truck that was at Oxendale in Cottonwood. I verified with them that they could not sell it. But they agreed to take money down and hold it until the recall was done. They held it for several months until the recall got completed. And I traded my other truck in. Gabe was awesome. They gave me almost exactly what my payoff was on my old truck that I had only had for a few months. It was a 2 Wheel Dr., single rear wheels. My new truck has way fewer miles than the one I found at the other dealership. Only 14,000 miles. Plus a manual transfer case, and air ride rear suspension. this is the exact truck that I wanted. The entire trade took less than two hours and I was out the door with my new truck. I highly recommend Oxendale’s in Cottonwood for your next vehicle purchase. The entire sales staff and finance manager. Are honest with integrity. Thank you Gabe and the entire team at Oxendale’s for helping me get into the exact truck that I wanted. You guys are awesome.

Jamal Yellowhorse is very nice & no pressure! The finance guys were very helpful. They got me into the vehicle I wanted and kept it at the price I wanted and got me a decent costing warranty included.When I noticed things wrong they took care of it immediately. I went to the service department the following Tuesday and everythings been taken care of promptly. They even have a shuttle service to help me get my mom from the college and take her home.Oxendale was very professional & helpful!

The inexperience of the parts clerk is obvious. I ordered a window regulator over the phone and had my girlfriend pick it up. She brought home a box too small for a window regulator so I took it back to the parts department. They had sold her the window motor and when I asked to exchange it for the right part, they said since it was an electrical part it couldnt be returned (even though it was still taped and unopened). They showed me in their parts catalog where it refers to the motor as a regulator and refused to exchange it. I asked the clerk to go get the part that attaches to the window and lifts and lowers it mechanically, and we would take both it and the electrical motor they sold me, to an actual mechanic and have him point to the window regulator. The clerk refused again, so I was left with a $140 part I didnt need. In my opinion, its worth the extra drive to Prescott or Flag to a parts department that doesnt charge you extra for their stupidity.

Please dont deal with Curtis or George . They let me drive off in my new truck after a big down payment then1 month later when I was supposed to pay my first month they said they want the truck back because supposedly the bank did not approve of the deal. How is this okay? And when I try to reach the dealer back they dont answer and wont give me my money back or the truck . Im asking for rides because of them . I need my money to buy another car !!! This happened in cottonwood Az.

The staff were efficient and cordial. The work was done quickly. The reason they do not get 5 stars is because they allow customers to go without a mask and we even had one employee without one. This would be a simple and prudent thing to deal with and would show they care about their customers. Honestly I had a hard time even giving them a 3 star because of this.

Had my 2020 Dodge Charger R/T towed to Oxendale for suspected water pump issues to be covered under warranty. They promptly confirmed it was my water pump that was broken. I was told they did not have any water pumps in stock, nor were there any water pumps at any nearby Dodge dealerships that they were able to obtain. Oxendale informed me they had no ETA on when a water pump would be available from Chryslers factory. I attempted to secure a rental car through Enterprise, but Oxendale did not follow through with sending the reservation to Enterprise even with a 24hr notice. After two weeks without a vehicle being fed up with waiting for the water pump, I made two phone calls to find out that Planet Chrysler in Flagstaff had a water pump available. I notified Oxendale and they sent a truck to get it the same day, and the vehicle was fixed and returned to me the next day. Speed of service with notifying me of the problem, and repairing the water pump was great. I did not expect to have to do the leg work to find the water pump.

BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIPS SERVICE DEPT! I booked an appointment two weeks ago to bring my dodge truck in for service. I brought it in on the appointment date. They said they would contact me in a couple hours after diagnosis and they never did so I called them and the man was very rude and said they didnt have time to look at it and I could come get my truck if I wanted to. I said no and that I wanted it fixed. he said ok he would call me in the afternoon after they had a chance to look at it. They closed at 5pm and I waited until 430 and still no call. I went down to the dealership to find my truck not touched at all!! A complete waste of my time and money as I took the day off to get this done. Apparently Customers dont matter to this dealership!! I would strongly advise against doing business with this dealership! A TOTAL JOKE!

I have a 2017 jeep wrangler jk unlimited sport that I use for my postal service route and it was leaking oil from the engine oil filter and cooler assembly and being that there is none available for it right now they fixed the old one temporarily so I could get it back to work. I made an appointment to bring my 2006 Jeep Wrangler into the Oxendale service department to have their technicians investigate my steering issue. On the day of the appointment, I pulled into the dealership. Not immediately seeing how to get to the service department, I asked a gentleman in the lot for directions. After he gave me directions, he asked what was wrong with my Jeep. I told him and proceeded to ask if I wanted to pull in and see if he could get me in a newer model. I understand salesmanship and whatnot, but I took time off work to take my Jeep in for service and was in a hurry to get back to work. I let it go. I eventually found the service department and, although things were chaotic due to the construction, they got me signed in and I was on my way back to work.On my way back to work, I received a call from a number I assumed was the service department. Maybe they had a question after I dropped off the Jeep? I missed the call; no message was left. I called the number back and asked for service. After talking with the service representative, he explained that Sales calls customers who bring in their vehicle for service. Maybe since it was my first time using their service department, I got the sales call. He said they get this all the time. I let that go and got back to work.Maybe an hour later, a representative from the Sales Department called again. I picked up, again, assuming it was the Service Department. This time I was asked if I wanted to sell my Jeep to them. I told the salesman about my previous experience that morning and not only do I not want to buy a new vehicle, I do not want to sell my current vehicle. At this point I had my fill. I work for a living and do not need to be needlessly interrupted while doing it. I do not appreciate the sales tactics of Oxendale Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram.I am very happy with my first experience of the Oxendale service department. They fixed my steering issue and got my Jeep back to me that day. So, as far as service goes an A+. Unfortunately, my first experience with the Sales Department, when I was not even there to buy or sell a vehicle, was an F. I don’t write reviews. But, this experience with the Sales Department bothered me enough to take the time to write this. I will most likely never by a vehicle from Oxendale and will not be recommending your dealership for sales either. Find a better tactic to sell cars. FYI, its irritating to your own Service Department as well.

Regular oil change and tire rotation scheduled. The service counter had a coupon for oil change and wiper replacement so I got that as well; good thing cause I forgot I needed new wipers. Ive had a leaky tire, which the guys offered to look at. They fixed my tire also!Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Super pleased!

Ive had maintenance performed on my 09 Challenger at Oxendale for years and their services are excellent. I just bought a brand new 20 Challenger SXT here and it was the most affable, efficient sales and financing experience in my 40 years of car buying. Got a great car for an excellent price with everything I wanted including the extended warranty and gap insurance. Curtis and Robert spent plenty of time telling me about the differences between this new octane red SXT and my trusty 09 sapphire blue SE, which I was able to pass on to my sister. Oxendale in Cottonwood gets my highest recommendation for your next car/jeep/truck purchase!

They are very welcoming, attentive, and check with you throughout the process before they replace anything. Ill never take my Jeep anywhere else - I love these guys!May 2021We had the best service at Oxendale in Cottonwood! In little under an hour they diagnosed the problem with our Jeep, battery problem, and fixed it which was so great because we were enroute to Phoenix and needed a working Jeep.

I purchased a new RAM 2500 from Oxendale RAM on 4/26. At the time of purchase, I was a very happy customer and I would’ve been a loyal/returning customer. Sadly, due to pure laziness by the Finance Manager, Cutis Etzel, that has changed. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle elsewhere.**Longer Version**I purchased a new RAM 2500 from Oxendale RAM on 4/26. There was a miscommunication which led to me being overcharged for an extended warranty, which I didn’t discover until 5/13. I contacted Cutis Etzel (Finance Manager) to help resolve this matter on 5/14. He stated he could have a have a check sent to me within 3-5 business days since the deal hadn’t been finalized. I didn’t receive a call or check. Then, Cutis stated he could have a check to me by 6/4. I didn’t receive a call or check. Then, Cutis said he’d have a check to me by 6/20. I didn’t receive a call or check. To make matters worse, I contacted the extended warranty company to inquire about the refund on 6/21 and they stated they haven’t been contacted by the dealership.On 6/21, I spoke with Traci Yarbrough who was extremely helpful. At the time I spoke with Traci, there was no evidence that Curtis started the refund process (i.e. no paper trail in the deal). Traci was kind enough to walk through the process while I was on the phone with her and we are now on the path to resolving this matter.In summary, there was a miscommunication which I should’ve identified earlier. That’s on me. However, dealing with Oxendale RAM after the transaction was a disaster and I’ve wasted countless hours due to pure laziness on the part of the Finance Manager, Curtis Etzel.Update 2021-07-27:Traci Yarbrough was finally able to provide closure to this matter. My stance remains unchanged that I would advise finding a vehicle elsewhere as the dealership provides little to no support after the sale.

My truck was left clean, radio station wasnt changed and no fingerprints on a just waxed paint. Overall the whole process was a very good experience.

Honestly this would be a 5 star based on the service I received! Front office was kind , efficient and knowledgeable.However when I got in my car it smelled like an ashtray! This car has never been smoked in. Oxendale should advise the mechanics to be more careful..... smoke is NOT an easy odor to get out and it left me with a poor experience on at pick up.

I liked Oxendale, they weren’t at all pushy, friendly, easy going, the way it should be. They weren’t at all difficult over price and we thought they were very fair on trade value, we had gone to a couple of other places, we knew what we had been offered and Oxendale gave us the best offer. They also didn’t have any addendums on their cars, no added protection package or pinstripes or nitrogen in the tires. They did offer us an extended warranty but there was no hard sell just a simple here it is, this is what it does and here is the cost. The warranty price was also very good. Best car buying experience my wife and I have had, highly recommend.

After 10+ years, 3 vehicle purchases, and countless service/maintenance visits - we will not be returning to Oxendale for any of our vehicle needs. Its disappointing really, because the service department has always been wonderful and trustworthy. Sadly though, the sales department is to blame for losing our business.I would suggest using a recording device during any and all conversations with their sales staff, as they are likely to say things that they will later deny. I would also suggest not giving them your contact information, unless you enjoy daily phone calls trying to get you to come in to buy that new car you want for the price you need - only to have them waste your time and walk out empty handed.

Oxendale wasted our time, never called back after me calling numerous times, had us sit in the dealership for two hrs with Curtis looking at his phone doing nothing! I finally had to ask if we could go eat. Came back & nothing had been done!! Had an appt with Gabe, drove up from Prescott and he wasnt there!! Manager miss informed us by telling he would buy us out of our lease. Chrysler told us what Rob, the manager told us he could do was not possible. My advice is go to York in Prescott, ask for Steven Kevorkian. He got us the best lease deal weve ever had since leasing. Never miss led us & told the truth. No one in the York dealership is sitting around, they are busy & are there to help get you get the best deal. Oxendale in Cottonwood needs to close their doors & send the business down to York in Prescott!! Best service ever! York won’t disappoint you like Oxendale will!!w

DEF pump went bad on my 2018 Ram, which were on back order. Were in town from FL and staying in a camper, so hearing that it would take until April to get the part was less than ideal, especially considering the truck was our way home. After hearing of our situation our service manager Matt worked very hard to get us one sooner. In just a couple of weeks we were back on the road. Came in for recall work to correct the performance issues from a previous recall on my 2015 Eco Diesel Grand Cherokee which I love! Matt in service was thorough in explaining the limitations of the corrective recall work. Tomorrow I take my first long range trip since the corrective recall work and while the boost upon initial acceleration is still not what it was when I first bought my GC, I’m hoping to get the 30+ mpg I used to get!Appreciate the sales and service staff. Will always take my jeeps here for service. And as long as we live in the Verde Valley, I will always buy my jeeps from Oxendale.

You’d save more time driving to Phoenix for service than letting these incompetent people touch your vehicle. I’ve been here numerous times and there’s never been an instance where they have stayed within their quoted service time. I had an appointment for software update on a radio that kept powering down (2018 Wrangler). The TSB quotes 1.5 hours for the service.Meanwhile 5 hours I’m still waiting here. If you take your vehicle here, look for me in the waiting room as I’ll probably still be here waiting.

Went in to get an oil change, service advisor came back to me after an hour told me I needed a new oil pan plug or bolt, he said it would only be about five or six dollars so I told him to go ahead with it, when I saw the bill for this little it was $30. I went out to my truck and called NAPA auto parts they said it was about seven dollars, so I went back in and ask to talk to the manager you told me that those aftermarket bolts don’t work very good and that’s the cost of this bolt. So I went back to my truck got on the website for Mopar parts and looked up that bolt and it was actually $6.30. these guys are crooks.

After reading a bunch of glowing reviews I guess maybe I just got unlucky. First and foremost my salesperson Mark was great and I dont blame anything on him. I drove up from Phoenix after coming to terms on a 2 year old Ram Rebel. However upon arrival it was clear that the truck was in terrible condition. I sold cars for many years and couldnt believe that they would put this thing on the lot the way it is, let alone be willing to sell it to someone without fixing it. Among other things, the driver and passenger seat cushions were not attached to the seat frame (why they would have been removed in the first place is beyond me), the entire front of the truck was covered in a mysterious substance which made the paint sound like sandpaper when you rubbed your hand on it, the windshield had a large chip directly in the drivers line of sight, the tires were in need of replacement, and the interior was covered in stains and sticky stuff. Pretty bummed to have waisted an entire day driving up to look at this, its obvious they have no motivation to sell it.Also apparently covid is not a thing in Cottonwood, I only saw one person wearing a mask in the showroom and I got a nice firm handshake for the first time in a year.

Matt took me right in for service and fixed my lights on my truck. Billy Carlton, lead mechanic, ordered the lights and it was done the next day.. Excellent service and super helpful to deal with. Highly recommend them.

The staff and workers at Oxendale operate like a well oiled machine. Although they do an incredible volume and appear continuously fully booked, they are more than accommodating to fit in new jobs. They give you honest pricing for your repair after evaluating and stick to that estimate. In our case we had some nice hidden gems after purchasing a wrangler second hand and even though it took them almost a full extra day to accomplish the feat at hand they managed to make the repair and kept to their estimate even though the labor should have run much more. We greatly appreciated that effort and commitment. Not to mention they know Jeeps top to bottom, front to back, and every eccentricity inside and out. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone.

This has to be the worst Jeep dealership in Arizona. Service advisors have no idea what they are talking about, can’t look up a simple TSB, the techs work at a snails pace and can’t complete a 1.5 job in a 5 hour timeframe. I’ve worked in dealerships for years and this place is an absolute joke.

I have been a customer to service my 2012 Jeep since moving to the area over seven years ago. Unfortunately the last time that I had it serviced at I have my 2012 Jeep serviced every 5,000 miles and it is in excellent condition. Oxendale has done my service for the past seven years. At 90,000 miles the check engine light was on when I picked it up. I called immediately and was told not to worry and they would turn it off the next time I had it serviced. When I took it in at 95,000 miles I was told it was an emissions issue which was difficult to diagnose and it would be time consuming and costly but they didnt have time even though I told the individual when I scheduled the appointment there was a check engine light that needed to be turned off. I took it back to have it diagnosed and was given an estimate of $120-$180. I agreed and watched the tech who found a frayed wire immediately. I was told the fuel tank had to be removed in order to make the wire repair and was given an estimate of $330 including the diagnosis. A few minutes later I was told that the tech had found a hole in my fuel tank and the fuel tank had to be replaced and given an estimate of $1,700. I was shocked! I was told the fuel tank was $995 and the balance was labor to replace the fuel tank - double the price I was given a few minutes before to remove the fuel tank to repair the frayed wire. I told them I couldnt afford to have it fixed and was charged $180 to get my Jeep back. A few days later I received a call from Oxendale Sales inquiring if I wanted to sell my Jeep. I took the Jeep to a Certified Automotive repair service and was charged $120 to repair the fuel tank and replace the frayed wires. Needless to say, I will never do any business with Oxendale again.

This is my second visit to the service department and both times they have been great. I had a check engine light that had gone away before I got there. They were able to read the codes but could not reproduce. They put on nearly 50 miles trying to get the code to show up again.Even though they couldnt find the issue they went above and beyond to try and solve my code. The courtesy driver was very nice and they gave me a ride home and back the dealership.

At arriving at the temporary service department there was a sign on the door stating “do not enter, someone will be out shortly to assist you”. No problem waiting outside because of Covid-19, certainly understandable.The service technician came outside after a few minutes. I was wearing a mask especially seeing the sign posted on the door of the service department. To my astonishment the technician was not wearing a mask and did not even ask me if I as a customer would like him to wear a one. The service manager even came out to help the technician and to my surprise no maskIf one choosers to wear a mask or not I would think a business that post Covid-19 warning would be respectful of customers who choose to wear mask.On strictly the service mechanics Oxendale has done an outstanding job. I would give them 5 stars on performance. Not good on customer PR
