Took my 2022 Tucson in for its first free scheduled service. Easy check in, not busy or crowded. Service done in the time promised. Very friendly staff. Didnt try to up-sell me anything. Overall cant ask for anything better. Way nicer than the meat grinder dealership I had to go to in Phoenix to buy the car. Hyundai of Cottonwood is definitely my goto now.

Great dealership to get a car. They got me a great interest rate. Only problem is I bought a car and signed the paperwork but they hadnt done a safety inspection yet. They found a problem and the part that was supposed to be delivered in 2 - 3 days and it took longer. I got the car 10 days after I signed the loan papers. I had to rent a car and Hyundai of Cottonwood compensated me for the rental. Not many dealerships would do that. Thank you to Brianna in sales and Paul and Leanne in Finance. You guys are great!

Is there anything worse than a car problem when you are on vacation and hundreds of miles from home? This is what happened to us when our engine light unexpectedly appeared on the dashboard. We contacted Hyundai of Cottonwood and asked for help. We talked to Alyssa in the service department and she was awesome ! She was able to work us into their schedule where they correctly diagnosed the problem. The needed parts were ordered, they expedited the shipment for faster delivery, and they installed them the same day they arrived. I live in a remote area in SW Colorado. Most folks around here do their car shopping online. I saw a car that I really liked and George got in touch with me, sent pictures, talked to me on the phone regarding my trade-in and was just great overall. Very professional, no pressure but was diligent about responding. In he end I ended up not purchasing the car as I found another that better suited my needs at another dealership. George was very gracious and kind when I told him this. Based on my experience I would shop there again and recommend it to others.

I searched everywhere in the state for a Palisade, and I mean everywhere. The new normal for car buying is very disappointing and not like Ive ever experienced in my 30 plus years of buying cars. I tried all the large car dealers, but they only want the low hanging fruit or the easy deals. Because I was upside down in my trade, I was getting the brush off almost immediately, if I received a call back at all. I took a chance with with Hyundai Of Cottonwood, thinking they would be just like the rest, but I was wrong. They are old school, meaning they will work hard to earn your business and made me feel like they would do whatever it took to earn mine. No pressure or hustling! They were willing to go to Utah, Neveda or Montana to find the car I wanted, fortunately they didnt have to. They had a car on their lot that fit my needs and they gave me an unbelievable price. Almost all the details were worked out before I arrived and I was in and out of the dealership within two hours. Steve, Jeff and Paul were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. If you have needs for a new car, start here and save yourself some time.

I didnt buy a car from here, but my mothers roommate did, and he forgot to leave the keys to his trade-in with the salesman when he left with his new car. We live in Prescott Valley, so its a bit of a drive. Even though it was technically our mistake forgetting the keys, these guys were awesome enough to fill my gas tank just for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way back to give them the keys. I believe their names were Alan and Paul. They were kind and friendly and down to earth. Thank you for the fuel guys :)

Great working with Debi on the lease of a new Kona. I had to drive from Prescott to the Hyundai of Cottonwood dealership, so I did not want to leave empty-handed. All in all, a very good car shopping experience.

The salesperson used a computer to show a car with a price of $18,050...my price at the dealership was more...$19K plus. I paid $7000 down...to receive a lower monthly payment and interest rate. The interest rate was more than when purchasing a house and with comprehensive car insurance my monthly payments take a burdensome amount of money. Buying a car in the city isnt a good idea either after city tax is tacked on. I ended up $16,000 in debt. The dealership will probably say, for example, We did this service and that service and did paperwork to get cars tags and service, etc.This is supposed to be an economy car...its not electric...God knows if the Democrats get their way...I wont have any gas to drive it...plus I believe the most inexpensive electric car price begins at $40,000. I feel like Ive been duped paying $7,000 down ending up with $16,000 in debt on a retirement income! They must have hoodoo math practices these days.

Odd experience. A sales man saw us come in and from his chaotic and disorganized cubical asked how he could help. We explained what were were there for and then stood at his desk for several minutes while he looked stuff up on his computer. Never invited us to sit down, but we did eventally anyway. We came to buy out our lease (which we had done years before with Hyundai and all went great). However, once he finally went to see the boss, he came back with numbers that were $5000 over what it should have been. They tacked on our remaining 5 payments on the lease, taxes, a general fee for $1000, plus a title and docs fee of $499. So when i asked what the $1k was for, he explained they charge that for titling and such....???? When we told him where some of the errors were in the mathmatics, he simply excused it all, and then let us walk out com PO letely dissatisfied. We will be returning our leased car; forget buying it if they think they can tack on some fuzzy numbers to make a profit as if they sold me a car off their lot. Weve had the car for 3 years....that sales tactic happened back then and rolled into the price we pay each month for the lease. Thanks, but no thanks.

I started servicing my Elantra at Hyundai of Cottonwood when I moved out here from NY almost 2 years ago. The service I have received is excellent. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. This past weekend I went in to trade in my Elantra for a Tucson. Great cars and great customer service made the decision to trade in at Hyundai of Cottonwood easy. The car buying experience was perfect! Both the sales person, Debi, and “finance guy”, Paul were easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and were up front and honest. I went in knowing what I wanted and where I needed my payments to be. I did not feel pressured at all during the process. They gave me a fair price on my trade in and I was able to get exactly what I wanted in a new car. Overall an excellent experience!

I went in for a possible recall and drove out with a newer car. Paul in finance was very knowledgeable and efficient. Debi in sales followed up with questions quickly. I got the top trade in value for my older Tuscon and came away with a newer one! Was just going to look around. HaHa.

It handles switchbacks with ease, and the seats keep one comfortable and centered... this is the first car we have ever owned that makes a winding mountain road comfortable!! ( and that is compared to a Lexus SUV)! Astounding!!

Want to thank the service department for the outstanding work. I brought my car in for a new battery and was given a time of 2:00 for a call back and sure enough I was advised that it looked like I would need a battery was following up with the diagnostic. A little later I had a message letting me know I did need a battery. Elisa said it would be a hour and sure enough when I walked through the door she was getting my keys and bill. Great follow up by the repair department also.

Because of this covid thing and the fact that I live in Prescott we did alot of back and forth on the phone he was able to answer all my questions and then had the car cleaned and sanitized for us when we came over to the showroom. We test drove it , he went over all features, and we closed the deal in no time. Then he had 2 coworkers deliver it back to Prescott for me with a full tank of gas. They were efficient and friendly without pandering. Your loaner cars (had two) were clean and well maintained.My only problem is that you are in Cottonwood, not Prescott, where I live.
