Needed a window for my 94 civic. Wanted $200, went to San Antonio junkyard and got the whole door with the window and door panel and window switch with side mirror for $70. Their prices are ridiculous. You could find a brand new part for the prices the ask of us for used parts. Save y’all’s time and look else where.

This is a warning to Deluxe Auto Parts on 230 Omaho in Corpus Christi are crooks. They sold us what they claimed was a rebuilt transmission but it was not and it was locked up. Will never work! They will not take it back and we just purchased last week. They threatened my husband and son while trying to talk to them. Be warned they will rip you off!! Please spread the word!!

You have to call when you get there but they come right out when you call good service

Father always took me there as a child he liked it a lot so I assume its a good place to buy used car parts and my boyfriend goes as well!

I called today and they wanted $375 for a headlight that they didnt have, I told them it was $175 new on eBay, they Said then buy it there and dont waste our time. Obviously I called them to see if they had one in stock, I dont like to be treated like this, so no more calling you guys, I wont waste yalls time or mine.

They do not honor the 90-day warranty. Bought a rebuilt transmission and had it professionally installed and it burnt out within 50 miles. They refused to honor the warranty. Adam was very little help, wouldn’t return my call and refused to send me a copy of the bill and warranty. Beware of doing business with us this company!!

I called for parts and no fine ever called me back. So I ordered my parts on Amazon and got them way way cheaper. Thanks Deluxe for not calling me back with quotes.

Called about a hard-to-find part and the salesman said it would take a couple of days. So, I provided my credit card number and waited to hear back from them. Ive called every week for the last 3 weeks and have been told it hasnt arrived yet. Every time I called, the guy couldnt wait to get off the phone. Checked credit card account and saw the amount wasnt charged yet, so I called to ask about the order today. Luckily, I didnt talk to the same salesman. Was told since they hadnt charged my card yet, they hadnt been able to find the part. The person on the phone then asked the salesman about the order - he claims he never took such an order - an outright lie. Unreal.

Very bad customer service over priced parts didnt get the part till a week after I paid for it, and it was on a vehicle on the lot. I will never get anything from there again.

Ive been doing business with deluxe for right @ 10 years now they dont care about anything but the initial sale and after that its on you and im fianally tired of biting the cost warranty wise on there bs patched up parts when they fail they say there low miles when there not even close to it would high RECOMEND anywhere else

Was looking for a rim on a 2019 nissan altima they found me one but high priced. I found one on ebay for a third less.

Good used parts!

These people are the rudest sales reps n management I have ever come across. Too lazy to walk their ass outside or type in a computer to see if they have a certain vehicle in stock. The will say come look for yourself then hang up on you. Worst ran with the worst most unhelpful, rude, lazy employees and management in any business not to mention the most ridiculous prices. Better off buying it new.

They lied and said they could get a part that they obviously could not, because it never came in, then when our mechanic went in to get a refund credit for that part, they were extremely rude and unprofessional. Even lied about having spoke with someone at our office and faxing it over. When I called to ask about the credit that they never faxed, I got yelled at and hung up on. Never using them again. Whoever I spoke with was a complete DICK

My husband took a part back in because his Macanic said it didnt work so he was trying to get another for the warranty and they straight up called him a liar and wouldnt cover it they were very rude and wouldnt even hear him out it was such bad service and we wont ever go back there again

Never set foot in this place and never will.

WARNING do not buy anything from this place. I was told I would get a part the next day and it will be a total of 6 days before I get the part. I told them to cancel the order and I was basically told that they already charged my card and they dont give refunds and that Im stuck with it.Sad!
