My Wifes 2008 Toyota Camry Alternator Served Its Purpose For 5 Years. Then It Went Out. And I Needed A Replacement. I Payed At Another Parts Place, But Retrieved The Wrong Alternator. Additionally Wasting Half A Day But Now Have In Store Credit For An Alternator I Cant Use. Shé Didnt Believe Me When I Took Her To An Oil Company To Purchase Auto Parts, But In Mere Minutes We Were Greeted By A Knowledgeable Auto Parts Counter Person Who Found Us The Right Alternator With A Life Time Warranty As Long As You Own The Automobile. They Got Me Out Of Hot Water With The Wife. If In Store Credits Are Adding Up Call Arnold Oil Company.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. We bought a part for our car and tried to return the core. Kept giving us the run around and never got our money back for the core so we tried to return the part we bought itself just to go somewhere else they said no sorry cant give your money back! What is that malarkey all about. Rude and very dishonest.

Took me almost all day to look for the simplest part ever for my car .And you may ask yourself what could that be . Well let me tell you that the part that i was looking for was an Engine Oil Dipstick and i could not for the life of me find it anywere . Looked at AutoZone . Wasnt there. Checked OReillyz . Nothing. Advanced Auto Parts tried to help with what they could which was a universal dipstick but even that wasnt working . The only place that actually had it was none other ARNOLD OIL COMPANY . Treated me with the best customer service i could ask for . Answered all questions with respect and gave me a price for the part that was better than i expected . And it was even the original part if im correct . Either way have no complaints about this company and the issues they can take care of . Recommend this company to anybody looking for specific parts and comes with great service . . . Five stars on my part!!! Thanks guys!!!

Everything I needed for my Truck repairs.

As a company they are ok, BUT, I would like my salesman to come by and come through when I need him. When I tell him I need a specific tool, I dont see him for a while, and here I am now needing a tool, and having to go somewhere else to get it. Point is I need a salesman who can service my needs in a timely manner and we not just see him every 3-6 months. RSK TRANSPORT
