I came in yesterday and needed a taillight fixed. and Gabriel did an amazing job. He went out of his way to help me and make sure that everything was taken care of. Employees there are super nice and super considerate. Awesome customer service.

A girl walks in and suddenly she’s invisible. I waited next in line while multiple employees asked other people if they’ve been helped yet, but nobody acknowledged me even though I was next and was in line. Seeing that my business wasn’t appreciated I’ll take my business elsewhere so I can be acknowledged properly. Not your finest day AutoZone.

I was having issues with my battery this , called the store Pearla helped me , when I got there they installed my battery. Great customer service.

Shout out to Peter who on a Sunday the day before Memorial Day helped me find and install the battery I needed for my Prius. Peter reassured me that he would figure it out and that he did! Peter and the staff at Autozone are the consummate professionals. I am glad the other parts stores said they could not help me because I never would have met Peter and this location. Rest assured I will be a loyal customer and will refer all my friends, family and coworkers. Great Job Peter and team!

This is my neighborhoods Autozone, the staff is always polite and the store is well maintained and well kept.Cant say that about this one customer who was in line at the check out in front of me, he asked the clerk and made a comment about homeless people. The question that he asked was where are the homeless people that were around and the clerk replied well theres not much of s problem anymore because security covers the ares now, she then asked why and the customer replied because I kill them especially the ones on bicycles he then walk off after paying and the clerk was in shock as to what he just told her.I could believe what I had just heard either. I recommended that they make contact with Corona PD,posted are pictures of the guys and his truck out in front of my neighborhood Autozone.Corona PD was notified by the great employees of Autozone and myself.

Okay, people that work there make you feel like your just a number

The guy at the register couldn’t even answer my question when I asked where the fuses are located I can purchase him to replace the fuse a busted. Then his manager tried to cover for him with a bad attitude. Train your staff! If they can’t answer a question from a customer then they shouldn’t deal with customers.

Great customer service, went in to replace headlight bulb, the cashier made sure I had the right bulb and even installed it for me. So grateful for this, it would have taken at least two YouTube videos to figure out how to do that really made my day.

I visited this Auto Zone to get new windshield wipers and received such amazing service. I was immediately greeted upon entering, where the store manager Teresa showed me all the different options of wipers on the screen. After selecting a set and paying, she voluntarily came outside and helped me remove the old wipers (which were really jammed and I couldn’t remove them myself!) but she efficiently removed them and installed the new ones. She was kind and patient throughout our whole interaction. I definitely will be coming back again soon!

They wont price match Walmart, which is literally next door to them. Apparently the official AutoZone policy is to price match only other auto parts stores even though I never had a problem at the Eastvale store. If youre looking to buy motor oil or filters, I suggest you take your business to the Walmart that is literally next door to them as they are always cheaper. Or just go to OReillys that will price match.

Auto zone is my go to for automotive, preventative care. Their prices are decent and have stocked items. The staff are helpful and friendly as some transactions take longer at times. Great job autozone!!!

I think the staff needs less time chatting with each other. One young man was very helpful though didnt have all the answers and lacked knowledge he did asked for help from other staff who seemed to be more interested on socializing with other staff

Giving these guys and girls another shot so far so good i will update my review in the future they been pretty good lately and i do appreciate the fact that they give jobs to our community.

I needed 6 spark plugs for my minivan. I go in with a screenshot of the product. The gentleman tells me he only has 4 in stock but could order the other 2. I tell him I will just try again on another weekend, when they are all available. I go back this morning. There is a female helping the only other customer in the store, so I look at their t-shirt display as I wait for my turn. When she is checking the customer out, she answers a phone call and puts the person in hold. I proceed to step up to the register to ask her for the item I need. She abruptly disregards my presence, and asks the guy on the phone what products he needs! So she handles the guy on the phone, before a customer who has taken the time to drive to their store, and wait patiently as she helps the other customer who was also in the store. This location is ghetto, and their staff is ghetto, too. I would rather pay more for Napa products and better sevice.

I just stop here to get a windshield wiper replaced which I just had replaced at the Lake Elsinore store which they were AWESOME...BUT the blade was not hitting the windshield to remove water off, so I stopped here cause i was on my way out of town and to my surprise i was greeted by a girl by the name of ASHLEY who came off VERY RUDE, she told me since I didnt have a receipt I could have it replaced.I told her to contact LE since I was just there..She told me to CALM DOWN Calm down, WHY SHE WOULD say that to me was beyond me..Ashley I FEEL HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and she was very rude...I think in the best of this store ASHLEY should be retrained in her customer skills abilities...

Super friendly staff, they went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for! I came in 10 minutes-to-close and they were patient with me and helped me find the trim removal tool that I needed, I really appreciated the personal attention that I received and the patience from the two staff members that helped me out.

I needed a headlamp bulb and stopped by. The employee immediately walked to where they were hanging and brought two choices to the register. I picked and bought the replacement, quickly installed it, and was off! Easy, helpful, and fast.

They helped me out when I had a very stressful experience... I had a blown out radiator hose on a BMW M series and no tools... They actually had the part and loaned me a screwdriver so that I could replace it!!! WOW!!! What a situation turn around!!! I went from IM SO SCREWED!!! To What an awesome store... What an AMAZING and AWESOME STAFF!!! WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! If it wasnt for that store and those employees I would have been there for a long LONG time most likely experiencing the worse stress I couldnt even imagine!!! Thank you Auto zone!!!

Very rude staff! I went several times after moving to corona couple years ago and noticed their rude service. Finally I complained to upper management and area manager called me apologized for rude behavior by manager(Teresa I believe) and assured me wouldn’t happen again. I went again last week and Teresa helped me check out coolant that had rebate offer and was super rude again not even a thank you after transaction was complete-I seriously think it’s something racial...I don’t want to, but I’m forced to go to some other store. Leaving autozone after giving them 18 years of business only because of one location.

I just bought some window wipers for my car. The female clerk helped me pick out the set and installed them for me. SHE IS AWESOME!!!

Local auto parts shops. Has many maintenance items for the DIYer. Some staff actually has automotive knowledge, others not so much. When mobil 1 oil goes on sale, stock up.

I usually like this autozone because they’re pretty helpful but there’s a few people that work there that are kinda condescending. Obviously annoyed that their customers weren’t educated on cars. They were visibly annoyed at my questions... Sorry that I applied to work at an autozone seven separate times and ~NEVER~ got hired. Like maybe I would know more if this autozone would hire me! MAYBE i’ll be more knowledgeable and less ~annoying~! Come into the theatre company I work at and if you can’t tell me the difference between stage right and stage left, me and my coworkers will laugh at u. Ha! Now u know how it feels!Anyways. Idc, I’m still gonna go to this autozone because I still know nothing about cars.Ps I was fired once
