Outstanding service from beginning to end….Kimberly was my first contact… she encouraged me from the beginning which immediately got my attention… when I arrived she introduced me Robert Ramos who showed me interest in what we wanted and not just trying to make a sale….I felt we were at the right place…Daniel helped finding the right financial agreement that was perfect for our budget… and finally Jonathan welcomed us in his office and we felt at home…. No rushing us he took his time with us and went through each paper till we understood what we were signing…. The whole team at corona nissan was excellent…they made us feel like family… I would recommend them if you are considering buying a car…. I will be back for my next car

Steven was very helpful and courteous with my Nissan Leaf with a bad battery. They had to order a new battery from Nissan and its going to take 1-2 weeks. So Steven put me in a rental until my car is ready. The whole experience was very positive and I am pleased with how the service was performed.

I have not previously dealt with Nissan before. I was pleased that everyone from the sales person to the Manager to the Finance Representative were all a pleasure to do business with. I can be a bit assertive when purchasing a vehicle, they were pleasant and willing to work with me. The best part was the team member that drove my new car to my house. I love my Kicks. I was greeted by Christian he was very respectful, very nice and very helpful through the whole time. I told him I was a first time buyer and I didnt know the process. He was able to explain all I needed and showed me the selection of cars . I didnt think I would get approved since my credit wasnt at the best. Well I got surprised when he told me I had got approved 😃. They all were very very nice there and made sure we where getting all the help we needed. Christian made my first time experience at a dealership and buying my first car be the easiest. All from sales , finance and the boss where very professional, helpful, and nice. Before I went there, I emailed the representative everything including my credit report and many other documents, the representative said everything looks great and I will be eligible for 0 down payment to get a new car. But when I actually went there, everything was different. The person I met was different to whom I communicated via email. And he looks like he doesn’t know everything about it. And soon after I filled out my information. I was told that I was not eligible and they need 10000 down payment. Holly xxx. Avoid this dealership.

I paid my car off cash in May in Nissan corona until now I didn’t receive my title I talked to so many people there asking about my title everyone said different stories all you hear just a lies even the supervisor didn’t help he lies too it been 2 months and half and no title. I talked to Nissan finance they said they sent it to dealers 5 days after I paid it of and when I said that to dealer they denied. I don’t recommend this dealer to anyone.

Not much to tell. Nothing really exciting. Didnt get the vehicle I wanted because Nissan did offer any specials on the new Pathfinder. So I ended up with a Murano. Also, didnt get the zero % interest rate that has been offered to me in the past. So, not to keen about that.

This was probably the BEST experience Ive ever had visiting a dealership to get my vehicle serviced. I had the pleasure of meeting the Service Advisor, Steven Trevino who made me feel welcomed and explained everything from A-Z. Mr. Trevino was very understanding of my concerns and questions and didnt rush me out the door unlike other dealerships. Would definitely return to get car serviced and possibly even purchase another vehicle at that location.

The best experience i have had with a car dealership! My husband and I went in to get a second car for our convenience and ended up waking out with a second car, but my husband got his dream truck!! Joseph was very friendly and helpful and gave us the best customer service. I highly recommend if you come here you see him. We weren’t sure if we would even qualify but he was amazing and made sure we didn’t walk out u til we both got what we wanted.

We bought a used car Saturday evening from the corona nissan dealership. When we got the car home it had a burning plastic/ rubber smell. We were told to Bring the car in to have their service department check it, when we got there the car reeked of burnt plastic/ rubber, Dylan who works in the service department came out and could clearly smell the burning smell. Dylan took our keys and took it back to the service department, An hour and a half later he gave us our keys back and told us there was nothing wrong with the car and said he pressure wash the bottom of it and said it was probably the armor all spray they put to make the cars engine bay look shiny. Dylan informed us he could take the pressure washer on the top and take all the shine off and that should stop the smell, the smell never stopped. I called this evening and spoke to Jessica and told her I needed the information for the dealer principal/owner, I sat on hold for nine minutes and they disconnected the phone call. I called back and spoke to Andrew and let him know I needed to speak to the dealer principal/ owner, I sat on hold for 20 minutes, when I disconnected and tried calling back they are now ignoring my phone calls. I contacted another dealer and told them what was going on with the car, they told me that it sounds like a electrical issue and I need to return it to the dealership because there is the possibility that the car can catch fire. What if I have my kids in the car and it catches fire? Does this dealership not care about the safety of their customers or their families? I will be contacting DMV for lemon laws And the Better Business Bureau in regards to this whole situation. This is not how you treat a customer. Was called by a member from their service team advising me of a special they had for my vehicle for an oil change for $14.95 and that my vehicle was most likely due for service. I said great and got an appointment setup for 11 am. Showed up for my appointment at 10:45 and got checked in. Was told that my vehicle has an extra charge for the oil change and said sure no problem as thats very normal since my car is a V8. Was slightly upset since they were the ones who called me for it and i dont expect bait and switch but I had a feeling coming in that there would be an upcharge and honestly still not upset with pricing. What i am upset about is timing. Upon checking in, i asked my Service Advisor how long it would take and he advised me that it would be an hour to an hour and a half. After about an hour and 45 i go to follow up and am told my vehicle is next in line so my car hadnt even made it to service yet. It is now about 2 hours and 45 mins and my vehicle is going to get washed. Severely disappointed with the time it took and just wish that i was informed so i could have planned accordingly rather than waiting all this extra time.

By far the worst Nissan dealer that we had to deal with, we spoke to Kimberly who specifically mentioned that they had the car on the lease deal at the dealer and she was looking at it, drove down to see it 45 mins later and guess what? They don’t have it. Spoke to the manager and told him I’m going to escalate this issue and his response “Yeah, do whatever”, not even accepting that it was wrong on her part to call us down. Shame on them. Never again buying from them again!

After my ‘check engine’ light turned on I went in to have my car serviced. The gentleman behind the counter, Steven Trevino, was very helpful. He explained how their service works. An Uber was provided for me because he could not guarantee timing. I was called the next morning with a detailed explanation of what my car needed and options for said service. I never felt pressured into having any work done which I appreciated. I did, however, have my car serviced there and it is running great. I would definitely recommend Larry place H Miller Nissan to others.

Its appalling to force customers to take your platinum protection package just to buy a car. The package is marked up over 240%. A $790 value inflated to $2685. Our car was brought in from Temecula Nissan, so it didnt have this platinum package, yet it was added in to the price of the car. When we offered to pay 1/2 of the protection package price of $1,342.50, as a fair middle ground, we were told no. We were told by Jay to take our $15,000.00 deposit and leave. The car wont be sold to us. This complaint will be documented and written in our Google local guide review of your business and with the Better Business Bureau.

Update: Service said I needed both power steering hoses replaced, even though I had no ps fluid showing anywhere under the car or garage floor. I reluctantly agreed to the work. Now, 4 months and only 400 miles down the road, a REAL mechanic found power steering fluid all over, reservoir nearly empty, leaking to the point of damaging the pump, and he said the hoses that this dealer charged me hundreds of dollars to replace, were not new, and did not look like any had been replaced! This is thievery! Read the back of the paperwork, there is NO WARRANTY for their inept labor. Find a real mechanic if your car is past new car warranty. In my opinion based on shoddy work and charging for ghost parts, these guys are sleazy rip off artists... and dangerous!!!

The service writer informed me of a reasonable pricing package that would help me to have the work done. Financially times are hard. Steve went above and beyond with my recent visit at Nissan. First off he went and researched that I still had an ongoing maintenance contract with Nissan and that day was the last day. So I was able to get a free oil change and tire rotation. He also informed me of a contract I had outside of Nissan good until January to use on maintenance service. I got there at 7am and the lube techs didnt get there till 8am. I ended up taking the complimentary uber home. Steve had called after a thorough inspection and said my two front tires were really bald and recommended some new ones. I was able to get discounts on new tires, balancing, and alignment. An excellent visit all the way around.

I gave 2 stars because of the payment. It should be 5 because if my past experience and the only one thing that is not right which is the payment. I got a plan that covers me for a year or 3 times for changing my engine oil. I always asked to get a different oil for my car instead of the one in my plan and I will pay extra. My past 2 oil change I paid about $35-$37 and now on my third oil change the front desk told me to pay $50something for the extra. And then I told him I have been paying $35-$37 only in my past 2 change oil so after he heard about that he radically changed it to $37 but because they did my brake fluid for $129.99 then it should be about $167 before tax but he said its $174 plus tax $179🤷🏻‍♂️. I dont know if he have any problem on calculating but I let it go since this will be my last change oil plan. maybe he needs some money and trying to ripping off peoples money.And also Im not satisfied because Im not really sure if they really put the fully synthetic in my car because it said in the paper is only synthetic which is why I paid extra for fully synthetic. My past change oil they always put full synthetic in the paper cause theyre going to send it to the mechanics so they will know what they have to put in my car but this time he didnt change whats in the paper and just told me verbally that they will put full synthetic which bothers me.

The representative that helped me was very nice and the wait was quite long even with an appointment which I did not appreciate it and for a diagnostic test he had to make me another appointment even though I have waited over an hour there . He said he cannot do it because they close at 1 pm. They should made it happen for me because it’s a pandemic and I have asthma and have to expose myself again and go there again. I always have a truly exceptional experience Larry H Miller Nissan in Corona. I went in a few weeks ago for an oil change and Robert helped me with that. He is always extremely helpful. I had to go back two weeks ago because my window switch broke. Robert again was most helpful. Although the part had to be ordered and I had to wait a couple days for it to come in, he assured me it would be there when I came back. I went back two days later and Robert had me out of there in less than an hour. He is always extremely efficient and has great customer service skills. He truly cares about making the experience truly exceptional. Thank you Robert!!

I took my vehicle in for a Oil Change and transmission repair, when i received my vehicle back after a couple of days the Driver side rear tire and hubcap where damaged. I brough this to a service managers attention to which he proceeded to laugh and thought the situation was funny!I do not find any humor in providing a vehicle back to a customer where the tire is compromised! This inconvenience not only costed me TIME but MONEY traveling back and forth to your dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight regarding my experience and the fact that a vehicle damaged by a Business would attempt to hide the damage and notify a customer of a potential compromised to the safety of a vehicle.

Had a fantastic experience dealing with the Larry H Miller Nissan group. I had to purchase several vehicles for my company and the experience was an A+ start to finish. They were forthcoming with information and rebates available, did not try to hard sell me on anything. At my end I had some hurdles for them to go through and I know it was a frustrating experience for them but the team member Tony Flores was in constant contact with me and helped me with what could have and normally would have been a difficult process and made it seamless. I feel I got a fantastic price which was on target with my budget. I am a purchasing director by profession and Im a firm believer that the easier the purchase process via less haggling, fair priceing, and respect given, Etc, you will easily make up in volume via satisfied, customers, repeat customers, and referrals any financial projections you had for your own company as well supercede that of you competition.I would definitely recommend this dealership and again Thank you for dealing with the idiosyncrasies that were part of the process from my end and hats off again to Tony for helping me through the whole process.

Steve was there to greet me with a smile, as usual. The waiting room was clean. And the vending machines were full. The TV was on and clear. It would be nice, if captions were on for the hearing impaired. Car Service was fast and complete. Due to COVID the inside of my car was sanitized; nice job. My old license plate holder was getting shaggy, it was replaced without a hassle. Thank you. Steve made sure I understood the work that was done and asked if had questions, and went over what to expect next. I had some questions, and he answered everything patiently and with a smile. He even walked me to my car.

A little disappointed because I did not want the tires rotated, because I just put on 2 new tires in the rear and I was waiting till I wore out the front original tires. I told them not to rotate tires. Service had to find the wheel lock in the glove compartment to rotate tires. There was a little oil/grease on the glove box that I wiped off. Service adviser wiped off the engine oil on the plastic cowling under the hood, which I appreciated.

My service manager Robert is a godsend. Every time I go there he is kind and courteous and does everything above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied. I called him October 28th and he was able to help me right away so I came in and saw him on Thursday the 29th and he took care of my car and made sure everything was done so I was back on the road in no time. And I can give him 15 gold stars I would. He always works with me and never tries to sell me something that I do not need. I am proud to call him my service guy.

I wish I had still great things to say however it would be far from the truth.My family has had several Nissan cars in the past. But I have had issue with my Nissan Versa Note from the begining.I took it to the location in Corona many time expressing the car had no power when starting from a light or going up hill. They failed to find issue with a transmission problem until I ran out of warenty.I took the steps to see what could be done.They came back with a offer on 50/50Leaving me with a balance of 1800.Not a happy customer at all and will no longer purchase a Nissan or sugest anyone do so.They know they have issues, look up CVT transmission law suite.

Great experience from start to finish! It started with phone conversations with Jarod about not having the wheel lock key to our xterra and putting on tires I purchased elsewhere. He said no problem bring it in we can take care of that.Ended up dealing with Steve when I took it in and he was very friendly and helpful. He even gave me a discount on the service even though I bought the tires elsewhere. The service guys were fast and thorough. Brought car in on Friday May 15 car took 19 day to repair it completed on 6/2/20. During that time I called and text for status. Some days I never received an answer.After 7 days I asked for a loaner car, I was told they need authorization then after 12 days I was told I could get a rental car. I had to wait 1-1/2 hours to get the rental car.When I dropped of the car I asked them to check the brakes, they did not check the brakes. The car was dirty they did not clean it. There where spider webs in the car because the windows where left down, I started driving the car home and the fuel warning light was on because the gas tank was empty. It was so empty it did not even read how many miles to go. I was afraid it would run out when I was driving home. The service report mentioned they drive it 90 miles but I figured it out that it was driven 139 miles.

This was our second straight visit when we had an appointment and didnt receive our vehicle back in a timely fashion. This most recent visit, the two real problems I requested to get looked at (obstruction sensor not working, and transmission jerk when shifting) were not resolved. The service notes were that there were no fault codes, or the problem wasnt currently present. I have pictures of the fault continuing to be displayed on the instrument cluster, and this happens almost every time we drive it. I find it hard to believe that there wasnt an issue found, or that an appropriate amount of time was spent diagnosing our vehicle. A detailed explanation was not offered as the service rep that checked me in was at lunch.We have made appointments for all of our service visits, and each time have been told that the service team is very busy and it would take extra time to get our car (next day for this visit). I just dont seem to have this issue with the other dealers that I use for my other cars. That being said, I can accept a longer wait to get my car back if the problem actually gets fixed. Its just frustrating to make the effort to come here, wait longer than seems reasonable, and go home with most of the same problems we came in with. Our Murano is only a 2018...

I was able to set an appointment without delay. Was greeted professionally and within only a few minutes of arrival. All work was explained including checks for recalls. Several updates on work completion.Waiting area clean and comfortable, and observed Social Distance Requirements.

The buying process was horrific. We bought a 2020 sentra November 2020 sold our other car just to find out in january 2021 the deal was never finalized. Left several messages with the front desk for a call back from finance never got a call back. Went to dealer today and they made us leave the car with them after 2 months and they were rude

I needed a car, so my son started researching cars online, we finally narrowed it down to 4 cars 3 dealerships. Our first stop was a not so good visit at a dealership in Norco, mind you we had secured our financing. So we left them and their car! Our next visit was to Larry Miller Nissan, what a difference. Immediately upon arrival Jesus met us at our car, we told him the vehicle we were interested in, he took us right to it, he got the key and off we went on a test drive. During our price negotiations he answered all our questions, we quickly completed our paperwork with him and went to finance Manger office where we met Maro, a very nice professional and knowledgeable finance manager, he explained every part of the transaction. We brought the car, but the best part, it was the price we wanted to spend! And I felt safe there. The dealership was very clean, social distancing was in place and everyone was wearing masks! Once we got home we discovered the right back passenger door will not open, so l wish we had opened all the doors!
