I had no issues with the sales team they came through every time unfortunately someone dropped the ball for services the vehicle needed but did not get done, they were sincere enough to admit it and resolve the issue once and for all. Ever since Genesis brand was introduced (first under Hyundai and later stand alone) I have always leased a genesis every two to three year, interestingly all form one dealership Tuttle Click in Irvine CA. One thing that dealership always lacked and still lacks is friendly and timely service. I discovered Genesis of Corona when last year I convinced my mother to buy a G80 and soon after it needed a new battery. They towed the car, changed the battery and delivered. They are extremely responsive and this professionalism has allowed me to switch my loyalty to them, I am loyal to the brand and now when this lease expires., this dealerships customer service from service department is making me switch my loyalty to them as a returning customer. They are the representative of entire dealership. Keep up the good work!

I have s 2020 G70 3.3T and used valet service of Genesis maintenance today.Services and people....everything are very nice and great!!Actually, I have complained about Genesis maintenance service and sales person in Laguna Miguel dealership.Because of that reason, I had disappointed about Genesis brand, and I didnt want buy Genesis anymore even car is very nice.But, I have changed my mind after receiving Genesis valet service at Genesis Corona.Its a really wonderful service.I recommend it.Also, People was very nice an polite and it made me to consider to buy next car at Genesis Corona.Thank you.

When you go to Genesis of Corona, you must absolutely request to be assisted by Bryanna and Fred. Our new G70 is our first luxury class car. We did our research and picked it because of the remarkable - feature / value / price - ratio. Bryanna did a perfect job of lining up the exact model, color (I was VERY picky) and features we wanted, and Fred presented (in one try) a deal that made us happy and we accepted it instantly. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Buy a Genesis - buy it at Genesis of Corona - and buy if from Bryanna and Fred.

I was in the market for a GV80 and reached out to Corona Genesis. I asked for their best price on a specific model and they promised to beat their competition’s price by $500. The manager stated that they did not have that specific model in stock but GUARANTEED me that they would be able to get it from a different Genesis dealer if I was serious. The manager created a ton of urgency and forced me to come in ASAP if I wanted the deal. Well, I ended up taking the day off of work and drove 45 minutes to their dealership. The sales person was professional throughout this whole process. The manager was the issue. Turns out that they were not able to get the vehicle after all. The manager came to me and was blunt and was basically like, it is what it is. I’m really disappointed because they set the expectation that they would be able to get it and on top of that, they rushed me into the dealership. I’m questioning whether or not they even ever tried to transfer the vehicle I wanted or if it was just a ploy to get me through the door.What’s makes it all suspicious is the manager stated that the “ONLY” vehicle in the model/trim I wanted was under contract at the other dealer and being sold. She was a little arrogant and told me that I wouldn’t find that model anywhere else. Well guess what, I just bought myself a 2021 GV80 2.5 Prestige in the color and trim I wanted elsewhere!!! Found it the same day Corona Genesis let me down 😬.

I went there there to lease GV80 with MSRP 60000,the girl over there she never learned how to deal with customers. She wanted me to pay 805 monthly payment with 8000 as a down payment..she wanted to leave as it is almost 8 pm so she told me this is my final offer and when I said no, she said you are in the wrong place, I told her I just got my tesla Model Y with the same price for less she told me you cant compare tesla to Genesis.. Loool. They cant afford the rent so they sharing the building with Hyundai, they are different dealers.... I hate the experience over there....

I purchased a 2020 Genesis G70 from Genesis of Corona on September 5th. I have enjoyed driving it so much that I have already put a few hundred miles on it in two weekends. I am very satisfied with the G70 as a product but even more satisfied with the level of professionalism, service, and knowledge I encountered working with the staff at Genesis of Corona. If I had to redo this process, I would come to them first.

I cannot believe they charged me $15 for a battery for my car key.

Labor cost per an hour is $175????And total cost of rot damage was around $12,000.00 including about 9,000.00 labor cost..it makes sense???

I bought a 2020 Genesis G80 here in November. This dealership and its people are superior in every way; knowledge, courtesy, service, efficiency, organization, and least of all, excellent pricing on truly outstanding automobiles. The Genesis is a spectacular automobile with more luxury features and mechanical goodies than one can imagine. My salesman was Wilbert Napoleon and he was great in guiding me through a complex process (I was trading in a brand new Corvette). Service after the sale was like nothing Ive ever experienced in my life and I love my automobile. I cant speak highly enough about all the people here. I recommend the dealership and wish I could give them 10 stars!

Let me start by saying, never in a million years would I have ever dreamed that I would ever write about a positive car buying experience. Typically it has been one of the more dreaded processes a consumer has to go though.... but not today! First off every business is typically judged by the first point of contact, and let me tell you Genesis of Corona has an outstanding representative in Elizabeth Liz Tienda . Liz was not only prompt in her response but she took the time to actually listen to what my wife needed for her Business car.Oh sure I shopped around, priced out other dealers (4 others to be exact) and not one of them came close to meeting my expectations, wrong color, up sell options she didnt need ( really heated seats in Southern California). heck I even tried the Costco route thinking I was going to get the mass purchasing power of Costco behind me ( whole other review but that experience was a dud, Costco needs to boot that vendor in Irvine Id rather get my tooth pulled then have that experience again)Liz soft sell approach was outstanding, she took the time to actually send me a video link showing me a potential car and addressed me in the video...yeah it was a simple video but you know what no one else did that, she made it personal and it worked. not only did she find exactly what my wife wanted but she provided the best pricing without all of the nonsense of going back and forth negotiating. Once we got to the dealership she was even better in person, she had everything coordinated so that we could be in and out and her Genesis teammates were outstanding ( Pat you were great, your staff are well trained and that is indicative of strong leadership) .I would highly recommend Genesis of Corona and if I could give 10 stars on google for Liz I would , ahhh what the hell here you go Liz ********** 10 Stars!
