They should change the name to JC Twenty Five Cent Piece because they are way better than the lowly penny, a useless, antiquated form of currency. The quarter is way more utilized. For instance, how else could I get a cart at Aldis? How else could I get drunk at a party? Thats how great this location is. Its the Swiss Army Knife of department stores.I didnt buy anything this visit, though. Just really like the anesthetic of the joint. I think my niece got a flannel.

Both ladies at the jewelry counter were extremely rude. To the point I gave up on buying the ring I went in to buy.

Just another JCPenney nothing really special about it. I thought they were going out of business but it seems thats not immediate. The racks are fully stocked and the staffed are nice.

Clean environment and helpful staff. I felt safe and welcome. My stylist Mikala was the most skilled, friendly, efficient, spunky hairstylist Ive ever met. I felt like a VIP and was out of there with an incredible cut, shampoo and style in 40 minutes flat. She gave the definition of top tier service and I will definitely be returning soon!!

Could use better selection of Big and Tall clothing. Bought a four pack of Hanes shirts... Got home and the opened package only had three shirts in it. Dont buy the discounted open packs...

JCPenney in Coral Ridge Mall has a good selection to choose from and reasonable prices.

Love JC Pennys they should come back to Burlington.

It smelled musky.. they had new hours posted small on the doors so many people went to open doors and didnt notice the sign

The clothing selection is dated. I saw the same style of clothing at Walmart for a more reasonable price. The Davenport, Iowa location is better.

I had an amazing experience at the Salon. Lisa cuts my hair and dyed my hair 🥰🥰🥰🥰🤩🤩🥰🥰🤩🤩🤩 she done an amazing job and will always go there . Great service form everyone. And while I had my hair wrapped in foil to bleach she off to go for me at Starbucks and get me my favorite drink dragon fruit drink 🥰🥰🥰🌸💞

Aside from the Coralville Mall being a great, alive, and thriving mall, this JCPenney was smaller than the two other locations that I usually shop at within the Quad Cities. Also they didnt have as many items to my liking as the two other locations..!

Im not a picky person but... I havent had this bad of cut in my life. My husband and son were getting a cut so i decided to have mine trimmed. How hard can that be?!?! Obviously the woman just wanted money without making an effort!! Biggest mistake of my life!! I cant leave my house until i get my hair evened up. Its that bad!! My pretty hair that fanned evenly when i ran my fingers through it is totally gone. She just chopped around the bottom like a 5 year old... no a 5 year would have made more of an effort to make it even. I realized after i left that she hadnt lifted one piece of my hair to make certain it would lay correctly. Sloppy!!! I plan on finding a way to get my money back. What stinks is to get it corrected someone will need to cut even more of my hair off. My hair grows slow and has taken years to grow out. People just dont care!!

Went to make a payment on my Jc Penney card. Was charged a 27.00 dollar late fee even though I paid the entire balance before midnight on the due date. Ridiculous.... the late fee was even posted and charged to me on the due date and not even after midnight or the next day.

Awesome prices. Awesome coupons. I love that they are so flexible with their coupons. They dont feel stingy with their sales, deals, or coupons. I always find an awesome deal when I shop at JCPenny.

Definitely still a staple in this nation, this is one of the last greats to finds things similar to Sears and Woolworths. Well rounded and affordable.

Sadly they really dont cater to plus sized people. Im a portly person to say the least and I require larger sizes. The suit jacket section for big guys is more or less non-existent and the plus size ladies area is just as small. It wa very disappointing. Add that to the fact that all of their employees stand behind kiosks chatting it up instead of wanting to help their customers and it truly made for a miserable shopping experience.

Mr. Jameson helped me with an online order that was probably my mistake, but in his kindness and professionalism helped me to sort through it and resolve the problem. Limited selection of dress clothes, lower quality, priced too high. Shouldnt have to wait for a sale for something to come down to a reasonable price. Didnt see much for staff.

Went to pick up something I ordered online 10 days ago. Called ahead of time to make sure it was in and told me it was. Drove all the way there only to get there and they tell me it’s not there. Poor service by the whole company of JCP if you ask me, online store and Coralville location as well
