I want to send a big thank you to Mason at this location. He was beyond helpful with my unique situation. I revived an iPhone a week prior with a defective screen and was fully prepared to have to jump through tons of hoops to get it replaced. I was totally wrong about that and have Mason to thank.Within 20 min he had a new phone out to replace the defective one. He transferred all my data over to the new phone super quick. Painless.As a brand new customer to T-Mobile it’s associates like Mason that make me feel like I’ve made the right choice. Thank you again for the amazing help.

Excellent customer service by executive at this t mobile store, I was there for my sprint phone issue, hats off to the executive at this store, he patiently worked almost an hr. to resolve my issue.

Nick has really dreamy eyes, oh and also handled our order really professionally, 10/10 would shop at this Tmobile again.

The staff is not experienced, they are confused while providing customer service they don’t even know about few offers and deals offered by T mobile itself which is very disappointing.They waste your time it is better to choose other store

Became a TMO a 4-6 weeks ago. I was very sold on the BYOD as my phone is paid off and so is my wife’s. I went over first then returned to port my wife’s # over and was frustrated by them offering her insurance but not me. I would’ve absolutely taken it. When asked why it wasn’t offered essentially got a shrug and you’ll be able to add it on sometime later in the year don’t worry. The associate manager was sitting behind this employee who was newer and didnt step in to even so much we listen to my complaint. But don’t worry he stepped in to make sure Ipad’s were offered, cases screen protectors and the like. Thanks for that !

The staff is always very helpful

They dont change or cut sim card for a 10 year tmo customer. They insist on a $25 charge for a new card, citing corporate rules. LOL. AT&T cut it for free, for me, a tmo customer.

I went there to ask some basic questions, and whatever I asked, he was “not sure” about it, or he had to check the T-mobile website!

These guys are way more knowledgeable and helpful than typical cell outlets.
