Great experience today. My first time being a Verizon customer. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had the opportunity to see him interact with several customers. And was always helpful and very patient with them.

The service was above and beyond! Murph and Tyler were knowledgeable, personable, and wonderful. I couldn’t be happier with my new phone and the great experience!

Danielle was honest, informative and well-versed in Verizon products and services. We would not have gotten what we did had she not helped us with our phones. She was thorough, polite and professional.

Danielle made sure that I had the right screen protector for my needs, applied it skillfully and correctly, explained the features, and how to use them. ALSO patiently and competently answered questions about my device that I had ordered online. When I have time and feel like going into store instead of shopping online, I prefer to go to this location for my mobile phone needs, especially for phone protection products or any drastic device upgrades. Recommendations are great!

Lost my phone so had to replace it ASAP. Tyler at Verizon was awesome in getting me a replacement and even saved us some money on our bill with some eligible discounts!!!

1st visit - I waited 30 minutes in line before talking to the employee. Once she got to me she was knowledgeable (the only reason for 2 stars vs 1) and offered me an appealing deal on 2 phones, one of which had to be ordered with a 1-2 day wait.2nd visit - 4 days later I had to wait 45 minutes to talk with the same employee who finally informed me I should come back in the afternoon & it might be quicker. I was busy that afternoon.3rd visit 6 days later I waited 10 minutes for the same employee. When I asked about my order she replied, did we call you? No I said. Well its not here, well call when it comes in.3 weeks later - I havent heard anything yet, so will go someplace else.

Our experience was Tyler was incredible. I may have never had a better experience with a salesman in my life. He was awesome!

My goal was achieved. However the wait time was long, no one wore a mask and there was no cleaning between customers.

My charge cord started to melt in the truck. My phone was on E, and had to stop here as I was passing through town. Sadie helped me clean out my charge port and make sure there wasnt serious damage. Luckily, there wasnt. She even disposed of my faulty cord and hooked me up with a replacement. Only thing I wasnt thrilled about was the cost of the cord and car charger. Hope the quality of this new one matches the price tag of having to sell a kidney.

Our family purchased several products here to replace our aging inventory and Im so glad I ended up going to this location! Felix and Ravyn went above and beyond walking me through all the products and answering my numerous questions through the process. Felix did lots of number crunching to make sure we were getting the best deals and patiently explained them all to me. Once the items were ordered, they kept me updated on the status and notified me as soon as they all arrived. Ravyn did a wonderful job getting them all set up and seamlessly transferred all our information. We greatly appreciated their customer service!!!

If I could give an even higher star rating - I would. My husband and I went to Verizon on Tuesday night to add him to my phone plan after his iPhone shelled out and was no longer functioning. We received rave reviews from a friend about this location and we were greeted by Andrew who immediately jumped in to help us get everything switched over and set up. This wasnt the easiest of tasks as we were locked out of my husbands phone - but Andrew stopped at nothing to ensure the backup on his new phone was properly restored. As the store closed at 8:00 pm and the backup wasnt completely finished, Andrew went above and beyond to and offered to stay as long as it took. We knew he had a long drive ahead of him, and told him wed could come back the next day. Instead, Andrew went above and beyond again and personally called to help us out over the phone at a time that worked in our schedule. I cannot recommend Be Mobile Verizon enough. This kind of service is not something you see often. To be honest, we were dreading doing this transfer - but Andrew made it painless, we laughed and joked around while he worked with us and we couldnt be happier with our new phones. Andrew, thank you again for all your help. You can tell these employees are service minded, family and community driven and truly care about their customers. We will be back again for any service or product we need in the future!

I walked in with an emergency need for my phone. Rayven was super nice and helpful and got a new phone set up for me very quickly. She was knowledgeable in setting up a new phone and helping me with a few other questions I had. Great place!

Needed an upgrade on my phone after 4 years. I was lucky enough to have Bryston help me out. He went above and beyond to make my experience great. He set up my new phone, new watch and made sure my screen protector was on correctly. I honestly dread going to Verizon and this experience was quite the opposite! I feel so thankful that Bryston helped me out today. So kind!

Bryston spent hours helping me with transferring photos etc from my old iPhone 6 to my new 11(that was purchased elsewhere.) Sarah also spent time helping me and neither of them made me feel like I was wasting their time. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

What a great store. The staff is so friendly and fun. They helped me with all my set up on my new phone. Explained how long it would take and really got to know me. Craig was simply amazing!!!!!! I will be letting all of my friends know about this secret little gem of a store!!!

The store has been very frustrating on customer service🙁 manager is never around very often when I called and I found out by headquarters of Verizon that the phone they sold me wasn’t 5G compatible phone? That I was told by the sales person when making the purchase “do NOT do business with this story ever again”!!!

Came in here with my mom. Only went into upgrade her phone that was long overdue. She has an aversion to dealing with technology because it’ll be too complicated and a hassle. Bryston took amazing care of her and made the process painless. Halfway through I was upgrading to a new phone myself. Bryston has grade A customer service experience, was very friendly and able to assess and provide exactly what we needed. Rayven was just clocking in and helped us as well and made the experience even better. This is the most convenient experience in a Verizon retailer I’ve ever had! Check them out before going elsewhere!

Bryston was the best! He got my elderly mother on a pre paid plan so she could keep her iPhone her for vision impairment and not pay an arm and a leg for data. Upon arrival she was very unhappy with Verizon and their customer service but Bryston took the time to listen to her needs and get her on the plan she envisioned.
