The front end of the buying experience was excellent. Clint in the Coralville store was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He listened to issues about my husbands recent health changes and recommended 2 options to accommodate. All went well in that phase.Where things went off-track was the delivery lead. His assistant was pleasant and had excellent customer service skills. The lead delivery person tried to find reasons not to be helpful, despite explanations about our situation and having been told that the team would be able to do what we asked. I think he may need a refresher course in good customer relations, because his attitude is the sole reason we did not give a higher review.We do appreciate that everyone I worked with wore a mask properly at all times.

We love Lebeda mattresses. Discovered them while we live in North Liberty for a time. After moving back to the south, we needed some additional mattresses for our younger kids and it was cheaper to order from Lebeda and pay for shipping than to order locally from the big box stores. The Emeline mattresses are my absolute favorite. Prices are just fantastic. We also use only bed gear mattress protectors on all our beds. They are not noisy or hot or scratchy and they protect the mattresses from all bed wetting accidents. Clint was great to work with. The newer showroom is really nice. Nothing not to recommend here.

Needed a queen size mattress delivered as soon as possible and I was actually surprised how quickly they were able to turn it around, especially when it’s made fresh from the factory right before it’s delivered. Walked in there Friday evening and was able to set my delivery for that following Tuesday morning. Not only did they offer the cheapest delivery fee but also one of the best prices for such good crafted quality mattresses. I’m so so glad my bestie told me about this place!!

For us Iowa locals there is no reason to look at alternatives, Lebeda is an easy choice for quality, value, and service. Thoroughly impressed with Clint who was courteous and patient. With so many options it can be overwhelming to know the right mattress, he highlighted each option and guided us to the right fit, which proved to be the case after a few nights sleep too. Delivery was on-time and professional, I believe it was Matt who delivered it, but could be wrong. The bonus is knowing it was made locally and has an excellent warranty too.

While I’ve had experiences at three Lebeda stores now, the Coralville location was just as great to work with as the others if not better. Clint was a great help and knowledgeable when helping me figure out a similar mattress to the one I had. He gave me all the information I needed over the phone that when I came in, making the final decision and placing my order was a breeze. Not only did he give me info on delivery at checkout but also gave suggestions on what do to you help preserve my new mattress.Update: my mattress was delivered yesterday by two courteous delivery guys. I received a message saying they were about 45 minutes out. They set up the bed in less than 15 minutes. I noticed this morning one of the corners on the box frame looked pushed in so I sent Clint a message with a photo to see if that was normal. He said it looked like one of the corner guards got pushed in and he would send a replacement. Customer service goes a long way and the Coralville Lebeda is doing it right!

I checked this place out last week after noticing I needed a new mattress. They seemed to come up often when searching for good, reputable mattress places here in Iowa City. Clint was excellent to work with as he explained all the ins & outs of buying a mattress, how they are made, materials used, etc plus was able to spend time trying out as many as I needed to. Mattress will be delivered tomorrow at no extra charge:). Clint made the process super easy with no pressure to buy. Highly recommend!

Lebeda Is a local business with their own factory. They allowed us the make a private appointment to choose our mattress. This was important to us for health reasons. The salesperson was completely knowledgeable about the products and was able to guide us to the right mattress for us. Additionally, we were happy that Lebeda uses a lot of natural fibers such as bamboo and organic cotton. This is our second mattress from them and I recommend them highly.

When I contacted the people at Lebeda, I was inquiring as to whether I could possibly purchase a Mattress to replace one that we purchased from them almost twenty years ago! The Mattress we have is still incredibly comfortable, but we were hoping to Find the same kind in a Full XL. Incredibly, Clint, the amazing Sales Associate was able to order a custom crafted Product that will be very much like our original item—-even though that line has been discontinued. We can not say enough good things about Lebeda and Clint. One more thing, we no longer live in Iowa, but it was worth it to us to purchase from them, and have this shipped to us in Chicago.

All our information was on file and your associate was able to look it up and get us the same bed. Very polite and knowledgeable offered us sheets and protectors which were not needed at this time. Their coil/foam combo mattresses are the most comfy. The Talalay foam is the best & its great in the pillows as well. I hope Im just as happy after sleeping on the mattress. I slept well on the free Talalay pillow last night.

The Lebeda factory store in Iowa city is great. We brought our whole family along and Clint was very nice to the kids. The store has a nice set up and the company is local to Iowa, which we feel is important. All their products are made and sourced in USA. I would highly recommend Lebeda to anyone. Update 7/13/21: the matress has turned out to be excellent. Hasnt lost its firmness and is comfy as the day it was delivered.Former review: Havent gotten the mattress delivered yet but the phone experience with Clint was far easier than wading through dozens of online furniture sites. Clint was so knowledgeable about mattresses and customer needs that it felt like he could read my mind. I knew what I wanted and without any pressure, he helped me quickly narrow down what I wanted and the sales transaction was completed!

After I selected it, he contacted the factory, and they manufactured it just for me. It was delivered to my apartment at 12noon on the dot the next day.
