We had a wonderful and easy experience with Meredith’s help. The selections, styles, and fabrics were beautiful and we were able to create the perfect space in our home for relaxing. We will definitely use Ethan Allen again!

We love Ethan Allen quality and the store and consultant did a great job with our order of some new furniture pieces. Unfortunately (no fault of store) the time from order to delivery was around 6 months because of Covid, I am assuming. You need patience when dealing with Ethan Allen, as nothing is quickly manufactured or delivered......

When my son bought his first house, I went to Ethan Allen to furnish his living room. Even though he lived 2000 miles away, Meredith was able to share her design ideas and recommendations with him. We bought a sofa and ottoman and waited for it to be completed and delivered. When the big day came, the expert Ethan Allen delivery team was not able to get the sofa into the house. Meredith and the whole Ethan Allen team came together to address the situation. New items were selected and we looked forward to a new delivery date. Meredith was great about keeping us informed throughout the process - and the new selections are absolutely fabulous. My son loves the comfort and look of his living room. I look forward to doing business with Ethan Allen again.

Meredith has been a delight to work with. She helped us get new replacement cushions for one of our sofas as well as assisted me in finding the perfect sofa for our great room.

Very bad experience. Will not buy again. Deliver the wrong piece and after a couple of months I am still trying to get the sales person to order a new one.

Emily Paul was great to work with. She made furnishing my rehabilitated home very easy. I could not have pulled it together without her help and expertise. The quality of the furniture is superior. The fit and finish is exceptional.

Rude woman at the desk! NO SERVICE. I even stated I had called and talked to a salesperson a few days ago and that person said to come down shed help meThe person at the desk today said...Ive never heard of that style of furniture! I havmoney to spend..IR WILL NEVER BE SPENT THERE.

Very bad experience. for the cost, i expect a flawless experience. everything went wrong from delay in delivery, missing order, wrong order and defective items that took more than 4 weeks to have someone come in to take a look at. would not step in an EA again

Absolutely horrible customer service and delivery process. I placed an order for two chairs on January 2nd, 2017, with an expected delivery of 6-8 weeks. After two months, and no contact from Ethan Allen, my online delivery estimate was pushed to March 27th (13 weeks after my order). We quickly blew past this expected delivery date. I contacted Ethan Allen on numerous occasions and received delivery estimates of May 1st, May 15th and eventually May 22nd.It is now May 25th (23 weeks after my order), I have yet to receive my order and there is still no delivery date scheduled. My online order status still says March 27th and I can’t get Ethan Allen to return my calls or give me an actual delivery date.I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If I do not receive my order in the next week, I will be forced to go to small claims court to seek the return of my order deposit.

We were very impressed with the service we got from Ethan Allen. Due to covid there have been shipping delays. We needed the bed in a hurry and Ethan Allen gave us the display/floor bed until we receive the bed we ordered.
