Delivery was actually the next day on a weekend which worked out perfect! The delivery team was fantastic and explained how they put things together in case we had to break it down. We stopped in today at Midwest Mattress as we were our mattress shopping. We were greeted by Richard, who is absolutely a certified sleep expert! After letting us test out a few mattresses we started getting hungry. Richard prepared a quote for us and we left. He didn’t know if we would be back or not. After lunch we immediately went back to the store and purchased the bed that fit our (my) needs. Richard was great with answering questions, helping my husband find a pillow, helping us pick the right sheets for us. The 2 other places we had stopped at made us feel pressured. We were very happy with our experience at Midwest Mattress. Although Hanna was very busy with other customers, she made time to show us what mattresses were available that fit our preferences. She was very personable and made it clear that the main concern was meeting our needs and demonstrated the differences in various products. Very friendly customer service. The manager answered every question we had and went into detail regarding the mattress, the frame, and bundled accessories. They wont just try to sell you something, they cater to your needs as a buyer and have very affordable options as well as financing options. Great delivery! Quick and easy.

We purchased a bed and adjustable base from the Coralville location. The gentleman (Eric) that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and knew all of the ins and outs of the beds. He was transparent and didn’t try to “sell” us on anything. He just gave facts; it was refreshing. We shopped around at all of the mattress stores in Iowa City/Coralville area (and a few in Cedar Rapids) and still ended up going back to midwest mattress due to the price and quality. Delivery was pretty fast (Approximately one week). The delivery guys, Rex and Alex, were amazing. We have a multilevel home (4 levels) with a lot of stairs and turns around corners. Of course one bed went in the lowest level, and the other bed went to the top level. The delivery guys were professional and were careful so they didn’t damage walls etc. They set up the beds/bases and were patient with us etc. We will definitely be repeat customers.

Picked out a mattress adjustable bed in Cedar Rapids, great manager there. I live in Iowa City and bought the bed in Coralville. Very next day the bed was delivered and the delivery people work excellent and the manager of the Coralville store was helpful and knew her product. Great stores great prices quality materials I had priced at other stores and adjustable bed, but mattress was the very best price.

Super knowledgeable about their mattresses and they were very friendly. The gift card was a nice surprise. Delivery guys were right on time and were very friendly, polite and worked very fast, but careful too.

Mike was awesome in helping us select a new bed! We’d looked at a couple of other stores in the area, but we just didn’t feel the experience was right. Edit: After 6 months, they finally came to fix the problem. One side of the adjustable bed has to be replaced, so we shall see how long that takes and Ill provide an updated review then!Original: Do not ever order from this company. That is, unless you’re okay with them giving you the runaround for months if you have any issues. Zero care from them. 10 year warranty means nothing. Been sleeping on a an adjustable bed base stuck in a terrible position since March and they continually just drop off the face of earth. Warranty company is also a helpless joke.

It had been a very long time since we had purchased mattresses. We set out with the intention of product & price shopping at 3 companies. Our first & last stop was Midwest Mattress. The salesperson was a delight & really took her time to educate us on all the options. We left having purchased a mattress set & several accessories & did not regret only stopping at one place.

Very satisfied with the service I received by both Marc and Hannah at Midwest mattress. Marc helped me back in February when I was looking at pricing for a new mattress, since I wasnt set on buying anything yet. His product knowledge, great customer service and friendly personality won me over quickly and he was able to find me something that would suit me. I didnt want to look at any other place honestly! Today I came back in to finally get my mattress and was helped by Hannah. She was also very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in no time. I went to Midwest Mattress today. I had an idea of what I wanted and the salesman took me directly to thoes mattresses. And explained the adjustable frame that I was interested in. My salesman was very knowledgeable and did not waste time with things I was not needing. My sale was fast and Im very excited to receive my new bed from the delivery men. Did I mention free delivery and disposal of my old mattress? They offer this as well. Glad I came back for my second mattress purchase. We went to Midwest Mattress to buy a new mattress for my 8year old. I had an idea of what I wanted. The salesman was very helpful in a non pushy way. We picked our mattress and had it set up to be delivered the next day. The delivermen came on time and were polite. They also took our old mattress. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as we entered the door, I knew I would be getting a mattress here. Salesman was nice, seemed honest. He wasnt pushy. I like the tracking system for delivery. Only complaint I guess I have is the way it was delivered, the guys were a bit rough with it. Leaving a small rip on the box spring.

The sales people in the store were amazing! The mattress and bed are amazing as well! However the delivery service was not! We were told it was white glove delivery but the guys had dirty shoes and got out floor all dirty. They drug the box across the floor instead of carrying. They had no concern to anything around them.
