Staff working there last Friday October clearly not well trained and very uninterested in helping. He couldnt figure out how to transfer info from my moms old phone to new one. I had to do myself after. Told him note made in my account ...never bothered to check. Will definitely go to other locations in the future.

After almost giving up completely on T-Mobile and it’s sales associates, I finally came across Edison. The first time he helped me was at the Coral Square location and I swore to only go to him after that! After going to three other T-Mobile stores with an issue with my phone service, he was finally able to solve the situation. He even took the time to call customer service for me and resolved the problem. He managed to get me a SUPER sweet deal for my daughter and I, to where I was even able to afford to get her the Apple Watch that she’s been begging for! Thank you, Edison! For anybody in management reading this, please recognize that young man because he is the true definition of an amazing customer service - sales associate! There are not many like him.

My wife and I went to this store to switch our services to T-Mobile. Our experience could not be better ( even with some technical issue T-Mobile was having ). We were assisted by Daniella and Juan, our experience could not have been better, both employees were extremely professional and attentive, plans and details were all disclosed and explained to us. They knew how to perfectly weather the storm while there was a technical issue ( out of their hands of course ). I work in Customer Service and I will have both of them on my team if I can. Thank you guys, you made it a great experience and definitely will be back and recommend this store in the future. Kudos to you, well done!!!

First, the product they sell is excellent so theres that. But the service I get when I go there is always great too. This time I didnt like what they told me but I had to remember the old saying whomever smelt it dealt it. I was the architect of my problem. Since I created it myself I can live with the result. Fair is fair. I LOVE T-MOBILE!

Even if I moved I would travel to this location for service. I love the cast they have at this T-Mobile. Management is on point and attentive and jumps in when needed. No egos at this store or jockeying for commissions. A true team environment functioning efficiently.

Definitely the worst experience ever I walked into that store only to see the manager and a tall black guy arguing with a old man who I had the opportunity to talk to and he said they were disrespectful I didnt take this to mind and I greeted them with a smile and a nice hello only to be greeted with sarcastic attitudes and disrespect I for one dont need anything from you guys I was coming to get family plan. Definitely not going back to this store ever again and not getting service with T mobile if you look for ultimate customer service go to apple thats what me and my family did and we signed on with Verizon

On Sunday December 2 I went with my mother to buy a line to this store and at the moment we stepped in one of the employees looked us and look to his watch 6:10pm exact time, with the look like we are closed, and immediately I asked are you closed??, yes we are, reply the employee, with more than 3 customers inside, I said oh perfect I’ll go to other place, and left the store. I one thing came to my mind, that’s the way an employee was trained by T-Mobile in Customer Service?? That’s the best way to lose a client and lose money and lose business #nicejob guys 👍

I had to go to the store for several things, a new line, switch the SIM card from one phone to a different one, ask questions about switching a phone and I have to say that the experience was great, Kennedy was very helpful and patient meanwhile me and my husband were asking her everything we wanted to know. Definitely every time I have to go to t-mobile Ill try to go to this store!

I had an issue at another store. I went to this one to get help with phone plan. The associate HARRY went out of his way to help me and resolved all my concerns. Harry is a great salesman along with the staff. I will gladly come back to this location. I switch from AT&T, so far it has been well. Thank you guys!

I stopped in yesterday to try to resolve a problem with my phone. For the last week, I was getting messages that my voicemail was not fetching properly. Unfortunately, the young man that greeted me, told me that I would have to call technical support to get it resolved. Why have stores and employees out there if they wont even look at the phone and try to help? Now, I have to take more time of my own, to call technical support and see if they can get my phone working. Very disappointed.

I will preface this by saying that I would have given this store 0 stars if that were an option. I am an existing T-mobile customer that went in really desperate to upgrade my iPhone 6s to the iPhone X or iPhone 8. Unfortunately the sales rep that I approached was totally unwilling to provide me with any information whatsoever. I asked him what the difference was between the X and the 8 and he said basically theres no difference. I knew there was a promotion they were running where they would provide $299 toward the X in exchange for my current phone but I was leaning more toward the 8. I asked the guy if there were any promotions for the iPhone and how much I could get in exchange for my phone. He told me there were no promotions for the 8 and theyd give me like $80 for my phone. However, he didnt even look anything up. I approached another woman to help me and she actually looked in the computer that theyd give me $118 for my phone and was printing out the promotion sheet to see what she could do for me. However, while she was doing that for me this guy goes over to her and tells her that hes helping me. So she hands me back over to him and he basically shrugs and is like so whats up. I was really turned off and left without a new phone. Now I find out that they had a BOGO promotion for the iPhone 8 that ended that day that I got screwed out of. I called the store manager and they wont do anything for me now. I will avoid this store like the plague until the end of time.

Bad customer services👎🏾! The 2 heavy set men (manager) were so disrespectful. I stand in the waiting area for about 10 min and no one made a attempt to assist me. Soon as another customer walk in, they were assisted. Im black, so I took the service as a racial thing. I been with Tmobile for 15 plus years and never got this type of disrespected treatment in my life. 😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 This happened around 4:30pm. They need to do more customer services training! 😠This store need brand new employees....#SoRudeBy the way I left the store immediately. #LostACustomer

Staff refused to solve our plan issues accidentally created by one of their associates. They told us to call 611. Called 611 and they told us the store needed to fix it. Wasted so much time and received so much unnecessary attitude from evening associates and acting store manager. Staff only likes to take money. Doesnt like to help their customers.

If your a veteran dont go to T- Mobile, they do not tell you the truth about your plan or the phone you are getting a nd they advertise one price for a plan and you get charged a lot more , they sale you a $99.00 phone for $200.00, one that is not as good as the one you had they dont do vets any favors,then you end up with a bill higher then you had before.

Wish i could give ZERO stars to these predatory crooks!!! Apparently they leased my wife and I a phone with the impression that we were financing it. Also claimed we could receive accessories for free that we later discovered we were charged for each month. We were thinking about changing providers so we called a few weeks ago to inquire about our phone balance and was told the phone is paid off so we decided to stay with tmobile and switched to the new plan that is supposed to be $100 with taxes. Now the first bill comes ($308) and statement includes over $200 extra fees to pay off the phone (that was paid off according to THEM weeks ago) and accessories (that we only bought thinking they were free) since we didnt return the phone that we apparently leased. I feel like we were intentionally lied to so that we leased the phone (why would anyone agree to make payments for 2years and THEN return the phone? Clearly not explained at this time of purchase) and purchase accessories we didnt even want to purchase only because they were supposedly free with the phone. We have called customer service number several times and not ONE call center representative thought to mention these charges coming with the next bill even though it raises our bill 300%. Of course now customer service reps state they cant help. Needless to say i will be leaving T-mobile, I am just posting so other people can learn from my mistakes of trusting these people. Stay far away from these dishonest crooks!!!

The staff was not helpful at all. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for 5 years, so naturally I have the older SIM card that does not have the cutout for the Micro, Mini, regular SIM cards. I went to the store to update my SIM card and they said they would not do it unless I paid them $20! This is ridiculous, Ive done it before at another T-Mobile store for free on my other phone, its just this location.

Great store, great people! In 14 years in this country I have never felt such great customer service! Ray helped me to switch over from ATT with no issues, he even provided me his phone number. I contacted him days after with questions and he answered right away, he even texted days later to check on me. I highly recommend to go to the store and ask for Ray, he was very helpful and makes it very easy. Great experience!! Also, they have many reps who speak spanish too.

I dont know what great staff the others are talking about. I went in to see the options that my gf had when her Samsung s7 edge was acting up for replacement, the girl tried acting like I was an idiot saying oh its just getting unbearably hot because you have the Wi-Fi and data on....like seriously? Im an IT tech and I explained to her that was not the case by a long shot, and go on to explain the issue and she goes Well what do you want me to do? I dont know, maybe your job and explain the options? She then tells me well do you have insurance with us? I explained that it is a hardware defect, not an insurance claim, she then tells me I have to call Samsung for any warranty to be honored for hardware defects. Keeping in mind the phone is less then 90 days old, I called the T-Mobile help desk and they set up a replacement over the phone.

Staff is not honest about service plans!! They do not disclose all the details of the plan. The plan is serviced by a company called Assurant Solutions.. they charge you a $175.00 deductible and the replacement phone is a refurbished phone. The new iPhone I purchased had all sort of issues! .
