Absolutely the worst Verizon experience that Ive ever had. I waited outside for representnaive to free up, no problem. I was having a billing problem and I wanted to see about purchasing a new Apple watch. The store Mgr literally stood around doing nothing for 20 min, claiming that I had to wait for a representative. Once the representative was available he said we havent had any of those for a week. You would think the store Mgr might have mentioned that..He ( the store Mgr) then preceded to get rude when I asked him to check availability in other stores. I asked for his name and decided to leave, he claimed to have texted me his name, but never did and refused to provide any information. Absolutely terrible reflection on Verizon

This was, without a doubt, the worst verizon store we have every been in. the girl who helped (NOT) us was more interested in everything but us. we paid off my tablet and she wouldnt even give us a receipt. then, a guy came in with 3 people and she just acted like she didnt want to do anything for us any more. never again will we go to that location.

I will give them 10 starts if I could! I transferred my account to Verizon and I have been avoiding this because the time I though it will take. I was out with everything set up, my daughters new iphone, in about 20 minutes. Ashton took care of us and he was amazing. Great personality, and lots of positive vibes coming from him. Thank you Ashton for making everything so easy and makes us smile, specially during these times of pandemic where everybody seems to be stressed out.

In the last 5 years I only visited the store 5 times and every time I experienced a great customer service. I do not know if the manager still is a woman. She was super clear, knowledgeable and showed me the best options for my plan. Before this crazy virus, I noticed that Saturdays are too busy but still my husband got all the help he was needing. I called this store to see if they had the phone I wanted before I came in. Marsha was very helpful on the phone and suggested that I come in to ensure that I was able to switch phones that day (since I was going out of town the next morning). When I arrived, Marsha was helping another customer, but she remembered me from my phone call and handed me off to her associate Flora, and kindly let Flora know that I was in a hurry. Flora was not only friendly and helpful, she was exceptionally knowledgeable and very efficient. I was SO impressed by my entire experience and am so grateful for the help these two fantastic associates provided to me. And I love my new phone!

Stay away from this particular Verizon Store. Very unfriendly and rude. I was the only Customer in the store, with 3 Sales people hanging out, one of them was on the phone. I came in as I was having a problem with my phone and the Google Maps application. The one sales person in the store came over to me, and did not even hold or look at my phone, and basically blew me away, by telling me they have no control when an application is updated. Who said it was updated, and he did not even look at my phone. I then told him my phone stopped talking to me through the car, and I needed some assistance, as the Dealer told me it was something on the phone. I asked for the Manager, and after waiting about 15 minutes, I asked the other sales person to go check on why the Manager was not responding. After 5 more minutes, a very young Manager comes out and tells me he cannot help me, again, not looking at the phone, and tells me my phone is not under warranty, which has nothing to do with the problem I was having. I was so angry, I told the Store Manager I would put a review of my experience on Google, and I urge others to stay away from this particular store.Later in the day, I went with my Sister to her Team Mobile Store, and the Salesperson there took the time to look at my phone, and within 5 minutes figured it out, that I had the app on mute. Simple as that!I have been a Verizon Wireless Customer for 17 years, as I joined one year after they began their business. I have always received excellent Customer Service from all Verizon Stores and through phone contact, until today!I plan on contacting Verizon Wireless Corporate, as they need to teach these people how to interact with others so they can keep their excellent reputation for Customer Service......................................................................................................................After reading your response to my review, asking for another chance to gain my respect and desire to return to your store, please realize though I may not be a customer entering your store for Sales, I am a valued customer for almost 18 years next month,. As a reputable business that prides itself in Customer Satisfaction, you can only make one first impression to a Customer. My phone stopped charging and I went in to see if they could help me use my insurance to get a new phone sent out. Eddie took the time to physically check the port and found that it just needed cleaning. He spent 10 minutes cleaning the port with the corner of a post it and made sure it was charging, before sending me off. I was a bit hesitant to go there after reading the other reviews, thinking they would only be interested in selling me a newer model, but the customer service is spot on and Eddie saved me time, money, and grief at the end of the day.

These people lost our phones we traded in, (I believe it was Dave we dealt with) and we never got out buy one get one free credits so we ended up having to switch to ATT and pay for the phones. We will be suing. Stay away!

This is a newer location within the next Coral Square mall area. It is modern and up kept nicely. The staff are friendly and all of them seem to be very knowledgeable about the products and services that they sell. I was helped a great deal by Jess who helped me beyond what she had to when I had a problem with a new phone I had purchased. Sometimes there is a wait at this location, however you are able to make an appointment ahead of time (which is recommended).

Went into store to purchase an item for my grandson and upgrade my phone. Young lady that took care of us needs some more training on friendly customer service. Purchased our item and went home to upgrade my phone on line. The previous staff was much more customer friendly. We will find a different store for future business.

Came close to not going into this store because of all of the negative reviews here on Google, but it was the closest location to my house so I decided to give it a shot. Called the day before I went in to verify they had the device I was looking for in stock and the girl I spoke to (I believe her name was mariah) was friendly and quick in checking the stock. I went into the store the next day and was immediately greeted by Carl, who introduced himself with a smile and quickly assessed my customer service needs. Carl helped me throughout my transaction, was incredibly professional and patiently asked any questions I threw his way. Overall I was more than satisfied with the experience. I walked away with the device I wanted, on a more than reasonable monthly plan.

Yet another disappointing but not unexpected experience at a Verizon store. This is a company location, not a retailer. I was told by Verizon customer service, on the phone, that I could return my phone at a Verizon store rather than sending it at Verizons expense. I drove the 15 minutes to the store. Eddy greeted me just fine. Then it went down hill. I explained why I was there. He said since my account was already closed, he had to check something and disappeared into the back. At least 10 minutes later he returned with a FedEx label for me to send the phone! He claimed that because my account was already closed, he couldnt accept the phone. I could have had Verizon email the label and save me the gas and time. And, I felt like Eddy was so put out by helping me. He seemed to have better things to do than help me even though the store was completely devoid of customers except me. Thankfully, I am no longer a Verizon customer.

It was actually a friend who visited this store to replace his broken flip phone. Other than waiting to be served, he seemed okay with it. He bought another flip phone. Hes older and not very tech savvy, so, though it was explained to him in the store how to work the phone, he still didnt get it. They should offer a class like How To Use Cell Phones For Dummies. Really, they should. Its needed. If they did, they might sell more Smartphones, which in my opinion are actually easier to use than flip phones, and offer much more.

How about asking me if I need help? I walked around the store for at least 15 to 20 minutes and no one approached me and asked me if I needed any help at all. I was very disappointed in the lack of willingness from the employees to get up off their chairs. It seems like whatever they were watching on their phones with more important than helping a customer. Other than at the store seem very clean and organized.

I have had several great experiences at this Verizon store. It is conveniently located near my home and I have stopped in several times for various reasons - some of them are more related to my phone than to my Verizon service, but they are always willing to help me. They helped me when I had trouble pairing my phone with my car; they helped me with my phone camera when I had a problem; and they answered my questions about my settings when I needed help. But more recently, they were extremely helpful in setting up and transferring my data and information to my new phone when I bought one. It took quite awhile (I had over 700 pictures !), but Eddie took care of everything and answered all my questions. He was so knowledgeable and patient. I have been a Verizon customer for many years (maybe 20) and will continue to be as a result of the excellent service at this Verizon store !!!!

It really is a shame that there isnt a non-star option in reviews because this Verizon Store definitely deserves it. I was there in June for a phone upgrade and experienced a sales rep that seemed completely uninterested and a manager that was completely into scare tactics just to get a sale. The rep was dismissive in trying to clarify any questions that I had either about the phone and the subsequent monthly fees as well as unclear in being able to provide consistent answers for the same concerns. Seeing as how my previous phone died earlier that day I had no other option but to purchase a phone that day and I continued with the sale. Then comes along the manager who decides that hustling the customer is a preferred tactic as opposed to providing a level of comfort. She vehemently insists that if anything were to happen to the new phone that wed end up owing over $700 for a new one if we dont purchase insurance. In her attempt to get us to pay for something we didnt need, she failed to clarify that what she meant was that it would cost us the value of the current phone plus the purchase of another phone of the exact same model if anything were to happen. Thats making a huge assumption that the replacement phone would be the same. Once she finally decided to leave us alone, after being exceptionally upset that we didnt purchase the insurance, the sales rep offered us the Google Home promo. We declined. As we approached the end of the upgrade she then mentioned that the phone was on promotion as well and that there wouldnt be a monthly charge. Although agitated and frustrated, I walked out of there with a working phone. Now, four months later, Im being charged an equipment fee and the store is claiming that since I cant recall the name of the rep that helped me Im essentially out of luck. It is safe to say that I have never felt so disrespected, as a person and as a customer, to a company that I have been doing business with for over 8 years. I understand this is a big company but this isnt how you do business nor is it how you entice customers to remain loyal. Suffice it to say that as soon as I can terminate my contract without incurring a fee, I will do so. And if you are a Verizon customer, do not come to this location. Their employees are there to fill quotas with zero interest in providing any assistance to the customers.

Horrible location. Employees are rude and dont want to help customers, especially the manager. I went into the store for an upgrade and no one there wanted to help me. I had to call Verizon, and the customer service rep on the phone who wasnt even in the store helped me and came up with a resolution when no one else in the store attempted to. I dont know whos running things in this store, but I say get rid of most of the staff and replace them with better staff. I also went into the store the next day to pick up my new phone, and the guy that gave it to me had a hostile attitude, as he was there and knew the problems I had encountered the previous day. If employees are going to be upset at customers for writing bad reviews, maybe they should reevaluate their attitudes and provide customer service that isnt lousy and there will be no room for customers to complain.

We were lied about a promotion on a cellphone back to school they said a price and we got a different invoice price from verizon. Talking with a friend who worked at Verizon customer service (Tampa) he said this stores are not own by verizon and he used to get call everyday, becausee they lied to clients so that they can sell the phones. They also mess up and change our plan too. So be careful and we were advice to go to the verizon stores to see the phones, but to call verizon directly to order the phone.

I have originally left a 1 star review for this location based on my frustration with my Verizon account mainly due to internal errors on corporates side. This whole process took corporate almost a week due to these issues. Finally today was the day it was accomplished and now I have a normal consumer account which allows you to upgrade your devices with 3rd party stores like Best Buy.Long story short I wanted to convert my business account back to a consumer account when honestly this can only be done by calling the business department during business hours. Unforunately for me it was on the weekend when I decided to upgrade and pre order a Samsung S9 with Best Buy during their promotion. The $50 savings turned into a whole new nightmare since the rep at Best Buy preordered an “unlocked” Verizon just to get me into the system while I worked with Verizon converting my account. Bad move on that end, today I went to go pick up my pre order and was told I am buying the phone up front. Which isn’t what I originally agreed to. So here we go again with more BS right!? So Best Buy wasn’t able to fix their mistake so I decided to take my chances and went back over to this store location which I was surprised that it wasn’t as crowded as you would expect on a Samsung release day. The manager (sorry I forgot your name) greeted me the second I walked in and entered my info into his tablet I basically explained to him what I have just had to deal with in order to save a few dollars, and told him that I was able to get one of the Verizon reps on the phone while I drove here to secure a phone for me so I could pick it up today. As we waited for the system to generate the order to the store location. 5 mins later I walked out with the phone and I also was able to save an extra $100 plus they waived my activation fee. Bottom line the store manager and his staff have gone beyond my expectations. I will continue to visit his location for all my future upgrades. You guys are awesome! Keep up the amazing customer service!

Great day to go to Verizon! Practically no one was in the store and the sales associate was able to simply call the asurion insurance number for us to get the replacement going. My sons phone was a replacement already but since they had no 6s in stock, they were going to have to provide us the 7! Ummm... ok!Might say more about Asurion than it does Verizon, but they made it happen so good for them!

Just hung up with a female representative at this store and what she said baffled me. I asked her if they had a gray/black iPhone 6s 64g. she put me on hold for about 4-5 mins and came back and said that Id have to come to the store because to see if it the phone was available and that they do not release that info over the phone.I said, that makes no sense, Im not going to travel to your location, in hopes that you have it. no worries, ill call a different location. . I called the coconut creek store and they assisted me with zero hassles.

The older indian lady that works there was so rude. She has no customer service skills and she was so annoying to work with. She treated me as if I was lying about what had occurred, a mess up on Verizons part about my data overage. It was suppose to restart the day my line transferred to its own bill and it didnt restart so it went over a GB. And then she shut the door behind her as I was asking her a question when she I know she clearly heard me. She should NOT be working there.
