Came here tonight and cashier was awesome. informed me of $8 in rewards I could get off my order that expired today. I had no clue about it! She also recommended a mascara to me because I mentioned I was trying to find one that didnt clump. Cant remember her name, she had a brown ponytail and was at the register closest to the door.

I needed my FAVORITE mascara that only they carry. I wasnt too happy that I wasnt greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Being new to the store it took me a minute to find where the product was. Check out was fast and pleasant!

I got my brows tinted here 4 days ago. I spent $25 (20 for tint, 5 for tip). If I spent this much I would expect it to last at least a couple weeks. Nope! Just 4 days after and it has COMPLETELY faded already. I read ahead of time that scrubbing or washing them would cause them to fade, so I avoided that - they still faded. Id rather find a way to do this at home, no one has time or money to get their brows tinted twice a week. So disappointed, you should work on getting better quality products for your guests.

Ulta salon saved my hair, Rachel was my stylist and made my hair beautiful. She loves the craft and is amazing at what she does. Awesome experience...

Went there and nobody would help me or my daughter. I yelled across the room to my daughter for something and she said I dont know mom ask someone. The workers looked at me, didnt help and continued to clean shelves. I had over 1,0000 soDollars to spend. I left spending 41.oo by just buying a perfume roller. Which I normally get I wanted makeup and more but nope. Rude...

I know Covid affected a lot of things but having knowledgeable staff when it comes to higher end makeup is key. No way to us testers, a lot of Im not sure when you ask questions and then kept referring me Morph from the name brand products, it was telling that the education process has slipped and referrals are reflective of the teenage employees- nothing wrong with that at all, but I would HIGHLY recommend doing your own research first.

Awesome workers, all the workers very patient and their makeup was on point especially this guy! His eyeliner was gorgeous! Had an awesome time!

Manager Jill is the WORST. I avoid this place because of her. Please change your management unless you want to lose customers.

In the past I would have certainly given this location a 5-star rating. Unfortunately a sequence of events has left me in a position that I would not advise that anyone receive any salon services from this location. Ive got a story here, so bear with me. So I was not a first-time guest, had been going to this salon for over a decade and seeing Maddie for the better part of 7 (?) years. Over time, it seemed like she cared less and less about my hair and how I felt about it, but I didnt raise a fuss because shes a sweet gal. Seriously, once I stopped going red she sort of lost interest in making sure I was happy with my hair. I trusted her and tried not to be TOO specific, I would just provide input to her ideas. Last time I saw her the plan was to gloss my foiled head in a tone that would be essentially a rose quartz based on her picture. WELL, it was a muddy brown with a tiny hint of purple that hid ALL of the beautiful highlights. I expressed I wasnt happy, and asked if there was a non-damaging way to fix the situation. She insisted that using ionized water without developer would lift the whoopsie without frying my very long hair. Yeah, not so much. Basically it turned the majority of my hair bleachy orange-blonde with zero dimension and FRIED it. Did I mention she was just bouncing back and forth between me and another scheduled client? Afterwards I legit cried myself to sleep because of how unhappy I was, but I felt awkward going back and complaining. Well, I did try to call because of the embarrassing state of my hair and Maddie did not come to the phone or return my call. When I told them I was coming in to talk to SOMEBODY, they said a manager would help me. Basically they gaslit me and told me everything looks fine, and they didnt think they could make me happy. Literally scheduled me for a fix at their Blaine location. Apparently corrective action has since been taken, so this was definitely a boo boo. Never ever got so much as a phone call from Maddie, who I had been seeing for the better part of a decade. I really hate inauthentic people and dang, looks like one duped me outta lots of my hard earned money. This is just a summary, but yeah, dont go there. The Blaine location actually seems to care, so as of now I strongly suggest everyone go there instead.

I love the friendless of the staff which is very knowledgeable about their available products and directed me to a perfect choice

Lindsay F was amazing! My first time and she is super friendly and did great work. It was a longer process but she was very detailed and focused. Highly recommend.

Levi was absolutely fantastic. He helped my sister and he gave excellent recommendations and we both love what we got. Hands down the best shopping experience I have ever had. Ashely our cashier was also very sweet and kind. I will for sure be back because of Levi and Ashley.

This was my first time coming in and was happy they had the products I needed. However the manager Jill was extremely rude and gave off a condescending vibe. I was very disappointed in my experience. I don’t feel comfortable giving my phone number/email out to stores and even after explaining this she kept pushing me. She asked at least 4 times if I wanted to sign up for their membership. It felt like I was being harassed. I don’t want to come back here anymore, I’d rather shop online. Your focus should be on how you’re treating your guests, not how many sign-ups you can get.

I want to give a shout out to the sales associates (cashiers) at the store I visited today. While paying for my purchases, there was an issue with my gift card. The associate worked tirelessly on the phone to help get the issue resolved. I kept a smile on, and mentioned I was in no hurry. She and others were very apologetic. She was very professional in handling the issue. In these trying times it doesnt pay to get mad. Love the store and all the great products.

Was pushed to purchase a certain brand without seeing other brands of the product. You can really tell they want their commission on items. Otherwise checkout experience and entering was great. Ended up returning the product that I was pressured into buying due to an allergic reaction

What can I say? This store is a girls dream. The staff is friendly and helpful and there are always good sales happening. I love being able to get certain brands without having to go to the mall department stores like back in the old days!

Emma was super sweet and did a fantastic job coloring my hair along with a cut. She also recommend a few products and treatments to me and what she recommends for my hair type especially how to keep long lasting color in my hair. I would recommend seeing her!

Kristen from the ulta salon was beyond wonderful! she gave me beautiful blonde highlights and left my hair feeling soft and shiny. super friendly and relaxed atmosphere, as well as very cleanly. my hairstylist was on top of sanitizing everything.

Had appointments for my daughter and I for brows and they screw up my appointment and then I have to come back in 20 minutes and they say sorry no discount no nothing. Guess it’s time to look for a new place. This has happened 2 times now. Not very professional Don’t blame your customers for your mistake and then expect them to pay full price. I then came home and had to pluck my eyebrows because they were done horrible.

Always very helpful, have had to return several things (usually due to too much smell, wrong color in a product, not cuz there is anything wrong) and theyve always taken them back without any trouble!

Maddie kept me waiting over half an hour for my appointment because she wasn’t done with her previous client. I had to finally leave and couldn’t wait any longer. No apology from her. Extremely unprofessional. It just really feels like she doesn’t care. At least the Ulta management was extremely apologetic. They were as upset as I was with the situation.

I will do all i can to never return to that store. Couldnt get assistance and at that time the store was not that busy. Finally found staff. When i asked about item I wanted to purchase she curtly informed me it was no longer carried because it was a poor seller and maybe Kohls or Target carried it. Then she walked away and went directly to a male customer, passing by another woman who had attempted to get clerks attention. As i attempted to find something that was similar to what i was looking for, the clerk appeared to go out of her way with the male customer, chatting him up, flattering him, appearing to flirt with him and showing him countless items and helping him find just right itemx all as the woman she ignored and walked past, and myself stood there totally dumbfounded and feeling ignored. When the clerk was done with the male staff, she took a stance as if like a sentinel in front of that section of store while still ignoring the other women and myself. I hope Sephora is able to open in Kohls since Ulta clerks want me to shop there.

They sometimes have good deals. They also have a lot of beauty products and stuff that you cant get anywhere except online.

These people are very helpful, however, it seems that from store to store, they do not have the same promotions. Because one store was out of a product I wanted that came with a free gift, I had to go to another store that did not have the same promotion.

I live close to this store. It is easy to walk in and be on overload with all the great products they have. You can always find the newest and best here. They have my favorite perfume in a rollerball bottle.. Awesome option. Plenty of folks looking to help you. Many great tips and help. Plenty of on site parking and ♿ accessible.

The Salon at this location is amazing! The staff went above and beyond for my teenage daughter. Especially Emma she was so kind hearted and determined to make my daughter feel beautiful, and to leave there with confidence! The whole team played a role in helping my daughter! We are truly blessed, this will definitely be our new salon going forward!

I love going here! I dont usually wear a ton of makeup just mascara and gloss. So when undecided to do full face for a wedding I was in I went here for help. I barely made it into the store before they closed, like 10 min before close, and having worked retail I really hated doing that but its how my schedule lined up. Not only was I sat down and helped with picking make up for face blush and eyelashes she recommended a few other products to help my skin. By the time I got the the register I felt well equipped. Then I had an issue with my online Ulta account and they were VERY patient and helpful at the register as well. I am so grateful for their expertise and wonderful help the whole way through! Thanks!

The customer service at this location is far better than others Ive been to. They are friendly, helpful, have great advice without pushing you to buy product. They have a great selection of drugstore and prestige brand makeup, hair products, perfume, self care, and this location has a salon. The only reason for the missing star is that I wish they carried some of the products Sephora does.

I shop ULTA at the store and on-line. Large product choices... So many different brands for the one beauty product I am shopping for.

I am being generous by offering three stars. My wife, like most women, loves many of the products which they offer. Unfortunately, she will never forget picking up Beauty Supplies right after having a child. We had a newborn in the car and she had just had a cesarean. She was looking for a particular product and the sales staff continually tried to offer and sell her other products. An individual on their staff made a comment which we simply cannot forget, years later. He pointed out that my wife could use an eye serum, as he stated that she looked tired. We were not there to purchase Eye Serum. We had a newborn and she was obviously tired, although, this was not something which I feel was appropriate.

The person who helped me did some Googling to see what Ulta had that met my sensitivity needs. I was very impressed and found what I needed!

They rushed through my hair cut, didn’t even blow dry it. My hair is Terribly uneven, very noticeable, and embarrassing.

Regarding their hair styling products: They never seem to have what I need. Note to owners: Not all your customers are 20 somethings who straighten their hair. Returned yet another styling tool yesterday. Ulta price vs value is also not aligned in my opinion. I go there mostly for Redken, thats it.

I love the women that work here! They are so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to help me find the right cologne for my boyfriend today. Its my go to Ulta for all my beauty needs.

Went into this store to Christmas shop for 6 girls with little knowledge of eye shadow palettes, skin care products, brow definer, really anything to do with makeup. Everywhere I turned there was someone eager to help me or suggest something to me without ever being pushy. I felt a million times less overwhelmed trying to shop because of this incredible staff, thank you all so much for helping me pick out the perfect gifts!

I have been coming to Kristen for over a year and she is absolutely fantastic! She has done wonders for my hair. She is the best when it comes to color. I change my color a lot and she always helps me achieve what I want to accomplish with ease! I’m always impressed with the service I get from attentive and knowledgeable staff at this location. I’ve been introduced to several Redkin products that have helped my hair health/boosted my hair confidence. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Ive been getting my hair done by Jenn for over a year now - she is by far the best stylist Ive ever had! I started with her at the Roseville location and have followed her to the Coon Rapids location. She does wonderful work - she is able to help guide decisions about style and color and is super easy to talk to (which is important in a stylist as you usually end up spending multiple hours with them each visit). She also styled my hair for my wedding and went way above and beyond - testing styles on manikins at home and making the requested changes. I would recommend Jenn to anyone and everyone looking for a hair stylist - whether it be for a simple trim or elaborate coloring.

Fabulous location! Very helpful, kind and caring staff. Only 1 older lady that worked there was a witch! She needs to get off her high horse! Everyone else on the floor in the make-up, bath & body section and cashiers are phenomenal!

Great location. I almost always find good deals on clearance stuff. All of the employees are helpful and friendly. Theyve always been open to helping me find the best deals on the stuff Im purchasing. The only bad thing I can think of is that its a busy store and a lot of promos and special items sell out rather quickly.

I love Ulta over Sephora for cost purposes but, wish they had better selection of some smaller drugstore brands. The stores vary on size so some stores might boy carry certain brands such as catrice, or smaller displays of colourpop.

After waiting a week for a product I was told would arrive on Friday, I went in and they did not have the product I was looking for. Very disappointed and will be ordering ONLY online from now on. Managers did not offer to help the young girl trying to help me (she was new, young, and stocking shelves) nor did they apologize for not having the product I needed in stock. They didn’t even try to help me find a similar product I could use in the mean time while I placed my order online and waited for it to come in. I LOVE Ulta but this Ulta store is poorly managed and their managers are the worst of all their employees. They need better management and better employee training.

Well laid out store, lots of options. Clean, it was a slushy messy outside and staff were friendly and busy helping customers and mopping the floor to keep it clean. We will definitely go back.

This Ulta has come a long way. When I first starting coming here, the employees didnt really care. Now the employees are everyday women who know their stuff. They werent pushy and were very helpful. I wish I had gotten the Clinique gals name but she was super nice.

I have never left this store disappointed. Even if they didnt have exactly what I wanted, Ive always found something that will either work just as well or something even better. The prices are reasonable and they always seem to have a good sale going on something. They also have one of the best local nail polish selections Ive found yet.

Was told the girl who was doing my wedding hair could copy a photo exact without a trial! WRONG! My sister had to fix it to make it look just a little close to the photo. The girl was WAY off! My bridesmaids werent happy with their hair either. My maid of honor had her stylist redo her hair 3 times!!! Make-up, terrible! Everyone ALWAYS comments on how beautiful my eyes are...not the case on my wedding day! She didnt even do anything other than add fake lashes! Waste of money and should have done it myself! I do not recommend this place for wedding hair or make-up! Just terrible and very unhappy looking at my wedding photos!

Great location and has a good selection. Some of the staff are super friendly and some are know-it-alls. It isnt maintained as well, each time I come in, the samples are always low or there isnt any items that I want in stock.

Con Rapids Ulta is great. For great coloring, highlights and cut ask for Rachel. She is great.
