Useless place, went there for a covid vaccination and wasted almost an hour of my time waiting and waiting and waiting. The moment the pharmacy opened, it took forever for the staff to get through with one person in the store. I ended up leaving and getting my vaccine at another location.

I waited in line for 8 minutes just for someone to come to the drive through window for the pharmacy. Then it took another 5 minutes to get the prescription. Unacceptable considering there werent any other cars in the drive through and only one person at the counter inside. Not coming back the next time I need a prescription filled.

These people have always been good to me. If I dont have a prescription ready they ask me to browse around store and will have it ready in twenty minutes. Ive been going to this particular store for about 5 years and never did I have to wait longer than 20 or 30 minutes and that was a new prescription I handed them.They are always short handed so I understand wait times. Always get a text directly to my phone when I have a prescription ready.

Avoid this location if youre getting a COVID-19 test. Staff at this location arent helpful in terms of relaying information about not having any testers on site for the day. Waited more than more an hour to have appointment ultimately cancelled upon.

If you have a truck. Go in. This drive through is so tight even my Dakota couldnt fit. I now have a dented side pannel because of it also add in there phone system sucks. So if you have any kind of hearing loss, you will not be able to hear the technician.

I went to talk to the minute clinic lady and she was extremely rude to my 4 year old daughter and I. She should not be in a customer service job, we were not rude to her at all and she came with total attitude. All I needed was to ask her a quick question and I waited 36 minutes to ask her. Would not recommend this cvs and will not be coming back, Take your business else where.

Every visit here ends in frustration and wasted time. No one in the Pharmacy ever answers the phone, you wait on hold until you eventually decide to hang up. RX aren’t ready even over 24 hrs after being sent in by the Dr. There is a new woman with a thick accent who is incredibly rude - I am standing here waiting and watching her interact with multiple customers. She is rude, short with people, slamming the buttons on the screen when ringing someone up. She walked away from me in the middle of my transaction without saying a word. It shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to pick up an RX every single time you come in, they really make this a lot harder than it needs to be.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE THE PHARMACY TAKES FOREVER.. My doctor can send an order hours prior and I’d get a text saying it’s ready but I’d get there and it’s not and wants me to wait or park or come back after 30 mins. or an hour or next day.. ALL THE TIME. Woman says she’s swamp. She’s the only one there and takes it on us. Like they are clearly understaffed and I try to politely tell her that next time she can try and do one person at a time if that was the case and just deal with whoever is there first instead of doing everybody at once and she completely went off on me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. Every single time.

I have changed stores, and I actually reported one of the pharmacists. I will not say it is everyone in the pharmacy, but the few who have been rude have made the experiences so bad, I do not want to return. The world of insurance and medications is confusing - and very personal. Those working in pharmacies - most especially the pharmacist - need to be considerate of this and develop appropriate skills for working with customers.

Do not get your prescription filled here, they will put you on a automatic notification call list, and they will call you every single day, sometimes 3 times a day, and theres no way to stop it. If you call the pharmacy, they will say they cant stop the calls, you must call the 1-800 number. When you call 800 number, they will put you on hold forever. I waited 35 minutes before giving up. Its a twisted little joke.

Here I am 8am store should be open according to hours posted up front. Employee comes up unlocks the door and said I cant come in until a 2nd person gets there. They need to have 2 before customers can come in. That is BS to me. Then make sure 2 employees get there on time. Im headed to Walgreens.

I have yet to ever have a prescription go smoothly here. They either never have what I need in stock, come up with some lame excuse as to why they cant fill it, tell me my prescription will be available soon but then send it to another location across the metro or just basically lie to my face. And plan on always spending a minimum of 30 minutes waiting to get it filled no matter how long ago the Rx was sent over. And its not just me. Theyve done the same to my daughters prescriptions, my moms and a few friends. Ugh.

I try to refrain from slander in my reviews. This time, it simply cannot be helped.Ive had issues with this location filling my regular and specialty prescriptions for years. The last two times Ive had to deal with them, they somehow drop the ball on the refill process and if you happen to be lucky enough to connect via phone, its only a moment and youre placed on hold, only to hear the dreaded hold music until youre forced to give up.I actually had to call CVS Human Resources the first time and ask a very nice lady to help me get my prescription filled, as I need to take it daily for my condition and had been totally out for two days.This time, the identical problem began with an unfulfilled text message notification and I ended up calling another location to get it transferred there instead.Getting medication should not be this difficult for someone whos had the same dosage and prescribers for years. Please do not make the mistake I did. Avoid this place.

I have an off the shelf prescription. Filled on 5/2 only had half my script in the shelf and was told they would order more and call me when it came in here it is 6/1 and I have received no call, I went in myself 5/28 and they still hadnt ordered it. Sat for 20 min while pharmacist started at computer screen and tried to tell me it was to early for a refill, heck I just wanted the rest of my first script. Mean while a woman came in for antibiotics ex and had to come back because she only received 9 of a 14 tablet script. GRRRR

Do not use the CVS pharmacy. Called twice different days and waited for the pharmacist to answer for over 15 minutes, before I got tired of waiting and hung up. They also failed to get approval from my doctor for a prescription. CVS pharmacist said they called and left a message for my doctor, when I called my doctors office to see if they had contacted cvs they said nobody had called and left a message... Hmmm. Never once ran into either of these issues at Walgreens in 3 years, but 1 month at CVS and Im already over it. Going back to Walgreens when my new insurance kicks in

Pharmacy staff extremely rude. When I called to have my prescriptions switched to here from Walgreens they told me I couldnt switch unless i have the number for what Walgreens I go. I told them the location and that I was driving and couldnt get the number right now, they told me to call back with the number or they couldnt help me and than sat silent on the phone making me feel a hassle to them. Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I will be staying with Walgreens or choose any other pharmacy over this one and this is right across from my house. But I would rather go out of my way to not be treated like a burden or waste of their day!!

New pharmacy staff are extremely RUDE and they NEVER apologize. have been a customer at this store for 13 years with no problems until now. In the past year they have switched pharmacy staff, and there are long lines, the pharmacists dont call you back when they say they will, and they talk down to you on the phone like youre a child. They clearly made a mistake my by not giving me my whole order (quantity: 85 packets on script, quantity given: 5 packets—why would I lie about stool softener???) and then it comes to my word against theirs. Quote: You signed for your prescriptions. Its your responsibility when you sign to make sure theyre correct. Fact: They wont give you your prescriptions UNTIL you sign. Several years ago I received the wrong medication in the bottle. The store manager at that time came up to me and profusely apologized and gave me a $25 gift card. Those days are gone. I brought my receipt back the next day and everything. They wont admit even the POSSIBILITY that they could wrong. EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACY STAFF! When they find 2nd the bag with the remaining part of my prescription in it I know I wont get a call, nor an apology.*** Update: I got a call today (5-20-2017), the day after I posted this review) saying I could come and they would give me the remaining part of my prescription. Ill let you know after I pick the Rx up if I get an apology, which is what I want more than the prescription itself.***

We left CVS but unfortunately our insurance company is partnered with them so we were forced to return. By far the poorest experience. Wait over 4 hrs for antibiotics to get filled for our sick toddler. Then they didnt give us all of the prescriptions ordered even though we paid for it etc. I called in to address and waited 15 mins on hold then hung up on called back in and waited another 15 minutes. They need more staff on hand or something. Not pleased.

Im convinced this location doesnt even start to fill a prescription until the customer comes in to pick it up. Doesnt matter how many hours earlier it was called in, its always the same excuse: Were just filling that one now. Yeah right. Voice any complaint and its, Were really busy today. Sounds like they have a staffing or management problem. A script called in 8 hours prior should not result in a customer waiting around 30-45 minuted in the store when they go to pick it up. Gave them the benefit of the doubt, twice. Third time this has happened now and I will never use this branch again for anything.

NEVER EVER will I use this location again. I will never recommend this location to anyone for their medical needs. Had a medicine issue that was needed prior to a upcoming surgery which the pharmacy knew about a week ago. Pharmacist informed me that my insurance wouldnt ok this until Jan 31 (today). Pharmacist called this morning and informed me the medication wouldnt be ready until Wed. Thats the day of the surgery. Manager contacted and he was as unprofessional as the staff in the pharmacy. All scripts have been transferred.Under cover Boss where are you!!!!

Prescriptions are never ready on time and they have shorted me on my medication (pills) twice now. The one time I caught it about a week later and when I brought it back up there they acted as if it wasnt their fault and said I would need to contact my insurance to file a lost prescription. The second time I didnt catch it. They ended up calling me a week or two after picking up the prescription to tell me.

Waited in line for 30 minutes just to drop off the prescription they could not as the lady in front of me to move over so I could drop off my prescription and theres four of them in there standing around and I could even drop a prescription off in 30 minutes I will never go back there again this isnt the first problem Ive had here .always out of medicine dont answer the phone its always something

I will never use this pharmacy again. Every time I go to fill a prescription I end up waiting anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes, no matter how many hours in advance the prescriptions were called in/dropped off. Unacceptable! I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
