The staff here were friendly and very knowledgeable. Tom went out of his way to help my child and he was great! So thankful! Great job, guys!

I just want to give a shout-out of appreciation to the two lovely salespeople who helped me find the right hairproducts on Monday afternoon (3/1) to take care of my color treated hair properly!! Sorry to see other minorities have felt disrespected at this location. I’m an Asian-American and every time I’ve felt nothing but welcomed at this location. Very friendly associates who ensure that I’ve found everything I need.

I dyed my hair and well my father,did it perfectly he went through every section of my hair and it turned out disgusting and terrible its insanely ugly. 2 weeks ago I dyed it purple but it worn out easily,and it was supposed be permanent. But the way my hair came out did not satisfied me,I hope it will turn out the color I hope it to be

Just stepped out of the store and I am not happy. The employees were oddly selective with their services. My mother and I walked into the store without greeting from any employees, and we were never asked if assistance was needed. For several awkward seconds, I made eye contact with a worker whose face was expressionless. I initially thought the customer service was lacking in general--WRONG. Several caucasian people entered the store and were greeted with smiles Hi what can I do for you today? How are you? What are you looking for? and even began small talk. Meanwhile, we were obviously struggling to find supplies. As a second generation Asian-American, I dont like to think Im being treated unfairly, but the workers actions were transparent. Observation: After thoroughly searching reviews, only colored people have been dissatisfied with this location.

Love how knowledgeable the employees are and is willing to help answer any questions I had. Each time that I visit this shop is always pleasant.

My best friend and I came in to get supplies to dye our hair and we were so overwhelmed with our options. The manager on duty came over, helped her and I with our choices and made things a breeze! She handled my return with ease and made us feel cared for the entire time! We are so pleased with the service and knowledge, and will definitely be back for more hair dying adventures!

I called earlier today for curbside pick up and the lady on the phone that answered was very rude. I told her that I’d like to get three boxes of hair dye. Two of the Radiant Orchid and One of the Tanzanite from the Ion brand. The lady then asked if I wanted permeant or semi- permeant. I told her I’d like all permeant, she proceeded to tell me that they only had one box of Radiant Orchid left and if I’d like to switch them to Fuchsia since that’s the closest color and I told her yes. She also told me that they didn’t have anymore Tanzanite in the permeant color and if I’d like the color Titanium. Before I said yes, I specifically asked her if those two colors are similar and her response was that they are so similar that you can’t tell them apart. So I decided to get it. Once I got to the store, the same lady that helped me on the phone helped me inside the store. When I was in there, she was still very rude and complaining about the whole pandemic and about having to wear a mask while all her other co workers were wearing one. She also wasn’t wearing it properly and only had her nose covered while she was coughing everywhere. If you’re working, please don’t hassle me about this pandemic especially when you’re working. It makes your customers feel very uncomfortable. When I got home, I looked in the bag and I realized the lady didn’t even listen to what I wanted. She gave me one Radiant Orchid, One Fuchsia, and One Titanium. The worst thing is the Titanium is pure Silver and not Blue. I was told you guys aren’t excepting returns or exchanges at this time. I just wasted over 40$ on hair supplies that I can’t even use all because of the mistake of this worker. Please hire someone that isn’t rude to your customers and actually knows what they’re doing and knows they’re hair colors.

We were looking for a dye for my hair and we asked the elderly employee with white hair about one brand and she very rudely said I dont know just read the instructions and just walked away. A male employee with orange hair came up to us right after she said that and helped us instead and was very kind and apologized for how she acted. We got the dye but I dont think well be back.

The staff member was rude. I walked in and asked about color and instead of going though my options she rudely said bleach, your not a natural blond?DA! And you are a place that Careys products for people to achieve the color gold not. Second time at 2 different locations and I wont be back. I rather pay 150.00 bucks to get it professionally done then deal with these gals adatude!

Amazing staff! I am usually able to find my way around with what I need, but when I wanted to dye my hair purple and blue, I had no idea what I was doing. Meghan was super helpful in finding me what I would need and I have never been more happy with my hair!! Thank you!!

I went in tonight for wax stips , the label was right below the wax stips and it said 3.98 it even said 50 count which was what I was buying , wrong label or not It should have been over rode due to wrong placement of signs all I received was the employee telling me it wasnt the right sku and staring at me. Wont be back please fix your signes thanks !

EXTREMELY rude staff in this location today! Causing a scene over my son pushing back ONE box containing a hair straightner on the shelf. She proceeded to yell loudly Excuse me miss!!!! and then claimed he was, in her words destroying all the displays. No lady. It was ONE box and all he did was push it back a couple inches on the shelf. If your employees are yelling at your customers to their face and then walking down the next aisle STILL yelling you have a problem. I bring my kids in with me ALL.THE.TIME and never have had a problem with rude service but, I have also never seen this practicular employee either. I hope this issue will be addressed because that is just a shameful way to treat your customers in general.

A very small Sallys store, too crowded & needs more name brand items & imported items.

Horrible customer service!

They do not carry a wide variety of products/supplies to accommodate the growing demographic needs. Which forces me to drive 30plus mins to another location.

Bought a bores hairs beard brush for$3.49 when other stores were $25 to $50 and not as good a lot of good help!
