Can you guys ever fix the receipt machine at your pump I dont want to come in to grab the receipt. You can tell from all the five star reviews how fake this place is. Just looking at the owner reply tells you they know this place is a dump and for how new it is is already in worse condition as in providing service not updated gas pumps and they accept it. I get it its covid congratulations youre like every other place that doesnt care it was a simple remark about getting your gas pumps fixed so that it can read credit cards and or print receipts theres nothing more to reply to you guys on

The coolers look like they were organized by a 5 year old. Service is slow. I hope one day they close this Location so a Kwiktrip can move in with better management and better employees who are there from more than just the paycheck.. What a shame

Unknown hours, hand written notes taped to the entrance. Stating that they wont be open for over nights or early mornings. Morning work traffic starts at about 4:00A.M. no idea if they will or wont be open. Also they leave all the lights on as if theyre open.

They’re closed at 1:30 AM on a Saturday night. This is getting to the point of ridiculous. I know their starting wage is low, so they have a difficult time attracting new employees. The solution seems pretty simple. Increase your starting wage so you can hire some people. That, or don’t claim to a twenty-four hour store when clearly that’s not the case.The phone was taken on Saturday, October 02, 2021, at 10:30 PM. Two months later and things have only gotten worse.

Absolutely terrible!Theyre always closed, even though you see multiple employees inside.And recently, when they do have someone working, she is too busy talking on the phone with her earbuds in.. seriously so disappointed how much this place turned into a dump.

Worst location, card readers dont work and their car wash takes forever. Literally waited over 25 minutes and my car wasnt clean, WHAT A JOKE! Go anywhere else!

I went to get a peppermint mocha coffee because my hubby and I were out and about and peppermint mocha happens to be one of my fave flavors during the winter months. Well, my expectations were way too high because they were out of the peppermint mocha flavoring! Not only that but apparently Speedway decided to cut corners and get the worst Styrofoam cups that break apart on the edges when you take one from the cup dispenser. The coffee tasted terrible too...the only positive thing was that the manager was nice- I remembered him from when I worked for SA and he was at my store working. Overall, no more SA coffee for me.

They dont enforce the mask mandate here. People just walking around in here spreading covid. I had to go somewhere else.

Not sure how a car wash can be broken 50% of the time or more. You pay for an unlimited wash and you expect to be able to use it. Ive called and they tell me it was too cold, when I question that 26 degrees is too cold they backpedal and say it was broken. So this must mean they are liars too?

You Should change your hours to coincide with the COVID-19 expectations! Your supposed to be 24 hours and your NOT. There is NO TEMPORARY SIGNS giving consumers the proper times to be able to come in. The google times are misleading and frustrating, it’s a simple fix and can be adjusted later when the times change again.

Speedway. This is the same old Super America, Im curious why after all these years theyve finally adapted to there southern store name. For those who dont know the company is still owned by the same conglomerate, they have now just shook the SA title. Its a gas/convenients store and theyre still good at what they do.

This Super America is brand new. Good layout and easy to get in and out of the store. They also carry FReal shakes which are incredibly bad for you but just as tasty. Great to have so many pumps so you dont have to wait in line.

The new Super America has a great layout, and is still exceptionally clean. But it seems that most of the employees are only ther to collect a pay check. Their friendliness is lacking.

It was all right. I was gonna get some air in my tire but they got this thing that you have to pay to use air for it wasnt the best. yeah So you put in a $1.50 for some air and the thing pulsates the air making it difficult to fill up your tire and it also has like A bungee cord for the air fill up hose so if you let it go the cord will shoot away beware go get free air somewhere else . still gave you 5 stars though.

The store is new and clean. They are great about keeping their products in stock and keeping their coffee fresh. It is easy to access and is over all a great store to stop at in the morning.

This SA is really close to where I live, and I like that theyve made modifications so its easy to get in and out. Its no problem if you want to go south on Coon Rapids Blvd or if you want to go west on Egret; there is a back entrance that will let you out to go either of those directions.

Seems like every time I come in this place there is a line of several people waiting to be helped with only one cashier actually helping customers. I end up waiting in line for several minutes before being acknowledged. This happens regularly. Get it fixed.Edit: Its been one month since I posted this comment and just had the same experience for Ive had several times here. Just stood in line for nearly 10 minutes.

Easy to get to. I can navigate in their parking lot without feeling like I am going to hit something or get run over. It is well lite so I feel save.

I love the people that work here. They always greet me with pleasure, which I find extraordinarily hard to do at roughly 5-7 a.m. !They seem to regard disrespectful customers with the same courtesy, which I cant help but admire. Gas station employees do not have Welcome printed on their foreheads! Please think twice about what they have to deal with for that meager paycheck!

Worst service Ive ever had at a gas station. 12 people in line and one person ringing people up. All while two other employees sat behind the counter and talked to each other. While I was in line someone in the car wash line called for assistance saying the coin slot wasnt taking coins and he didnt have dollars. He asked what he should do since there was a line behind him and the extremely rude lady told him to bad and hung up on him. I live blocks from this gas station and thought it would be a good addition to the area but the employees ruin every part of that.

Some staff are really great but others would rather talk to each other for a few minutes before helping you just depends on the crew thats there but I stop in every week quick lines normally

Staff was helpful. We bought quite a few sandwiches and when we got in the car found out we didnt pay for one. Girlfriend went back inside to pay for it but they didnt charge us.

Andrew was very rude. Attempted to checkout, purchasing 2 20 ounce Pepsi & wanting to buy 2 packs of Newport Red 100s. Andrew, however, thought it was perfectly fine to continue a conversation with a co-worker. After ringing up my 2 Pepsi, he said, Will there be anything else? I replied, Yes, but Ill wait until youre finished with your conversation. After he gave me a 10 second staredown, he again asked, Will there be anything else? I then asked for 2 packs of Newport Red 100s. Andrew turned to the cigarette racks and said, Now which ones are those? Hmmmm.... I repeated my request. After approximately 20 seconds, he found the cigarettes I requested. He then rang up the first pack. But before scanning the second, Oh yeah, can I see an ID? While I understand this is part of the job as a cashier, I have made the EXACT same purchase on many occasions at this store when it was Super America. And Ive been checked by Andrew in the past. NOT ONCE was I ever IDd. I then paid for my purchase. Andrew then dropped my change into my hand from about 1 foot above it. He didnt hand me my change as would be expected, he DROPPED it!Evidently, extremely poor service is expected when you call out an employee at this establishment for being rude and unattentive.I then asked a different employee(unfortunately I didnt get his name) what the managers name was at this store. His reply? Hes not here. I asked again and was given the managers name. I then asked when the manager will be in the store. The young man replied, Maybe tomorrow. That was it! The young man kept leaning on the counter, regardless of the fact three other people were standing in line waiting to be checked out. Andrew chased after another customer who left the store without something they purchased. Only after asking the second young man to possibly check a schedule, did he actually do that. I got the information I requested with a deep sigh from this employee and a very slow walk to the backroom to check a schedule.One employee, Andrew, was rude and unattentive, then went out of his way to make a bad experience much worse. A second employee couldnt be bothered to actually LISTEN to the customer and provide the correct, concise information.I will be relayong this experience to everyone I know, family/friends/etc, and will no longer be a customer at this store. I HIGHLY discourage others from making this Speedway your convenience store/gas station at all.

Good place to get gas, they have a pretty decent rewards system that gets you points towards food grinds gift cards and gas. Just make sure you bring your SA rewards card when you go so that you get the points!!!!

Every time I come to this store I leave unhappy and has led me to use a closer store with higher prices because the customer service is horrible. Why should it take me over 5 minutes just to grab a 99 cent drink when Im the only customer. The staff is too busy talking to each other or dealing with minor things while the customer stands and waits as staff stares out from the back stuffing their face and trying to have a conversation with the cashier. Worst part is management is worse than the staff.
