Bought a car from them two months ago and was told the tires would be replaced, brakes and a rotor. All I had to do was bring it back an they would schedule the repairs in. Every time we call thy say theyll call back but they never do and text messages go unanswered. To top it all off just minutes after signing the papers on our car there was a fist fight between our salesman and another salesman.

We had a very good experience at Cookeville Honda. Mack and Zac were extremely helpful and we were very satisfied with their service. We love the van. Thanks for all you did.

Day #4 at Victory Automotive Group in Cookeville, TN. Lets get caught up on whats been going on...Tuesday, we came and told them we needed a car around $300. So they come back out and tell us they have a car for $350. Did we say $350? No, we said $300 and under. Not only that, they failed to mentioned how much the car was total, the interest rate, and payment period.Wednesday, we returned to looked for other cars in the $200-250 price range. We found a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid that we really liked.Thursday, we returned to finalize everything. They tell us the payment would be more towards $280. $30 extra than what we told them. Not only that, but before we finalized the paperwork, we looked closer at the car and requested the following to be looked into: The rear view mirror needed to be reattached, the passenger-side taillight needed to be replaced, the radio was displaying some kind of error code, the check engine light was on, and there was a dent in the back bumper. So, they brought the car down to service to have the check engine light checked on. Why this wasnt done beforehand, God only knows. After sitting around for an hour and a half waiting on the car to come back from service and everyone telling us that itll be just a few more minutes, we told them that we had other things to do that day and needed to go. Graciously, they provided us with a loaner car as a sign of hospitality, Im sure. Late into the night, after texting one of the employees and asking for information on the progress of the service being made on the car, we were still not told how far along the progress on the car was and were being kept completely out of the loop.Today, after sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes, one of the employees finally came to sit down with us. Apparently, before this, they were having a meeting. Why this meeting wasnt scheduled before they opened today is beyond me. At Olive Garden, we dont want to take away from providing service to our guests, so team member meetings are scheduled before the restaurant opens. Why the same is not being done here, I cant tell you.I am out ragged by the service and unprofessionality of this company and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ridiculous. Today, we are telling them that we no longer wish to purchase any vehicles from them and will be taking our service elsewhere.

I drove four hours round-trip to buy an expedition from them. It had a clean Carfax. When I got there the vehicle had very obviously been wrecked. The sales staff played ignorant.
