If you plan to have your Jeep serviced here consider another dealer. I explained that my “service transmission” indicator was on and was even willing to drop it off. (Only 40k miles) He seemed completely disinterested and told me they are three weeks booked out. Wouldn’t even look at my car. Looking forward to reading how popular and busy they are. I own a 2020 Ford and the Ford dealership never hesitates to offer up a diagnosis, and it’s never been more than three or four days at the most to have a repair done. Scheduled or not.

Gary is literally the best! People say dealership auto body shops are places that try to overprice you, but Gary and staff bring awareness to what needs fixing and the timeframes along with reasonable pricing. If you want the best service and satisfaction, go here! You won’t be disappointed!

I was new to the area and first time visiting here for oil change. Everyone was friendly, proffesional and got my Jeep done right away. I chatted with another customer while waiting in there lounge area.

Kind people, low pressure. Mark G knew his stuff, made the process pretty smooth. Service dept. got me right in a couple days later for some final things the truck needed, and Dusty in finance helped me pin down a former lender to get their ducks in a row.All things considered, recommended!

Best service department anywhere. They always take great care of us and our vehicles. They don’t pressure you to upsell anything, they just tell you their findings and what they advise according to manufacturer maintenance schedules, and leave it up to you. Great group of employees!

It took a month to have my truck looked at due to the first appointment I made all the techs apparently caught the corona virus which caused me to have to reschedule. On my second appointment, I was surprised because I dropped it off on Tuesday when my appointment was actually scheduled for Wednesday and they were able to get it in almost immediately and complete the repairs needed so I didnt have to make another trip back to pick it up. I know it mostly depends on what kind of jobs are coming through that day but after wasting my time on my first trip over to have my truck repaired and getting it back all in one day instead of 2 definitely helped the situation.Thanks again

Normally I loath answering those kind of phone calls and dealing with sales people. Cassidy was great and not pushy at all. We set up a time to meet the next day with the salesman Toby. Although I did not purchase my Jeep from this dealership, I have been treated like a life long customer. Kris is extremely kind and always been very honest and informative. We were going to sign our son up for college at TN Tech when the truck had the water pump go out. The service department at Cumberland Chrysler Dodge got right on the problem and had truck running but also dropped my wife and son off at the college. That is unheard of in this day and time we would like to thank Cumberland for having a great staff in the service department!

Your salesman made such a damed mess of my sale trade in that I am still having problems with the Toyota finance company. The salesman screwed my trade in with the wrong car and that is STILL an issue.I waited two months to get the title paperwork that your company office sat on. What a bunch of amateurs.Overall my experience with Cumberland has been a complete SNASU.I will NEVER use Cumberland again no will I recommend your company to anyone, not EBenefits my worst enemy

Shout out to Gary in the Service Department! He literally rescued my daughter and me on our cross country trip moving home to Boston from Tuscaloosa, AL after my daughter graduated from University of Alabama! Her Jeep Wrangler broke down on the highway. We had no idea where we even were and somehow managed to coast in to Cumberland Jeep. From the minute we sputtered into the service bay, Gary was upbeat, made us feel like everything was going to be all right, got the Jeep quickly diagnosed, and did it all with such a great attitude, smile and even a Roll Tide! We needed a new alternator, which they didn’t have, but he sent someone to get quickly while one of his guys dropped us off down the street for lunch. By the time we got back to the dealership, the car was fixed and we were back on the road in 2 hours! Can’t say enough about how great Gary and all the guys were with us! They really made a bad situation into a great story and what could have been a huge delay to our trip was just a blip! Can’t thank him enough. We made it home to Boston and the car ran great and we felt safe the whole rest of the way!!!

My vehicle was staling and missing really bad (2018 Jeep Cherokee) and I took it to the local dealership and it was determined that there was a recall on this vehicle which made that happen when the oil got low. It was fixed and got a fresh oil change within 2 hours. Great service!!!!!!!

I bought a challenger from the Sparta Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and got Vital coverage for my vehicle. It states that what ever my issue is with the car, I pay $100 and they fix it. It also states that I can take it to any dodge dealership in the country to have it worked on for the $100. Cookeville Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram would not help me and didn’t want to work on my car. Just needed a new door latch assembly. Cheap and easy work. They lied straight to my face and said they couldn’t honor the vital coverage. Do not go here. They will not attend to your needs.

After receiving a text from Jess about being interested in buying a car I replied back saying yes but only if you can guarantee approval and the amount before wasting my time driving out. Let me just say she went above and beyond making sure I left their lot with a new to me vehicle. I have nothing but love and respect for both her and Mark for helping me into my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee!!!!

We have had some mechanical issues since we purchased our 2020 Wrangler that have nothing to do with this dealership. The service department (especially Jason) has gone above and beyond trying to help us diagnose these issues and find solutions. I couldnt be happier with the treatment we have received while in a frustrating situation. We have always felt like they are on our side.

My 10 year-old son knows more and can do better work. Long story short, me and my wife fixed the problem that Cumberland Dodge said couldnt be fixed. Cookeville Ford even fixed some of the issues. I have never had a good experience at Cumberland Dodge. Fyi I give 0 stars

Went for a oil change and multi-point inspection. Not really sure if the oil got changed or not. The oil life percentage wasnt reset (still was on 9%) and checked the oil when got home and was 1 quart low. 🤔🤔🤔

If you google What is the average price to repair a starter on the jeep grand Cherokee it states Between $487.and $587.at a high end they charged double that and priced gouge me with a extra $50 for the all ready over priced starter . I’m just a guy and not a jeep dealer and the charged for the part was $295. From the jeep dealer. Auto Zone and O’Reilly‘s auto parts said that they can have a lifetime warranty one for only $95. So they charged me more than three times that. Then on top of that they charge me $50 personally.All in all I do not know exactly what the total bill was because I gave them insurance that I purchased to pay off the repair. And even with them charging them I believe around $800 they still gave me a bill for 350 Dollars highway robbery very dishonest pricing.

A good visit as always. I have been doing business with with Cumberland Chrysler for years and I like how personal they are. Several employees remember my name despite the large number of people they see. They are never pushy about getting the repair done with them, or pressing you for extra services. They give you the info you need and no extra B.S. And when you have them do the work they give you honest assessments of time and money.

I had a 9am service appointment but arrived about 45 minutes early because an earlier different appointment got cancelled. I was directed by a service representative to the service manager, Mike Martin. I explained that I was early and could come back at my appointment time but he said he d take care of me. He went out and looked at my vehicle, listened to my concerns, got all of the necessary information and then told me what they would do to correct the problem. He directed me to the lounge and then came and got me when the service was complete. Because of the way Mike treated me I wont hesitate to return to Cumberland Chrysler Center and will recommend them. Mike Martin was respectful, patient, knowledgable and friendly. Hes an asset to your company.

I was in town visiting my daughter in Algood on my way from New York to Florida, when my Pacifica mysteriously decided to not start. After attempting to jump it, as well as use a jump box, it was evident that the problem was more than just the primary battery.It was midnight, and I had the van towed to Cumberland through my road assistance service. My schedule was pretty tight, and I envisioned not being able to keep to it. I called early the next morning (Friday at 0745) prepared to leave a message for the service department when they got in at 0800. To my surprise Kris answered the phone, and could not have been more pleasant!Not only did he reassure me that they would have my car in that day, but despite an unforeseen technician shortage that day, they had it diagnosed and repaired by 5 PM! I got phone updates from Kris throughout the day about the progress on my Pacifica, as well as an accurate estimate of the repair cost. It could not have worked out better for me, given the circumstances.My hat is off to Kris and Cumberland! Top notch service.

I bought a brand new dodge journey from them, it now has 56,000 miles on it and still under factory warranty.... we have always changed the oil regularly in it, it started knocking so I took it in and they said I need a new motor, and trying to say that because I havent had it serviced there and because I didnt always take it to be changed and have every receipt of it, (we changed it ourselves) then they may not cover it !!! They are extremely rude in the service department, they treated me like it was my fault.... its a 4 cylinder wagon, you cant drive it hard we have never neglected the vehicle in any way, shape or form ! I will absolutely NEVER recommend anyone to go there for anything and most certainly never recommend anyone ever buying a dodge journey ! Ive know many people that have them or had them and everyone says the same thing THEY ARE JUNK !!!!!

Not a very good experience sales person was helpful(clay). Bought vehicle to find out that charging ports don’t work. (They ordered part will be 2 weeks to get in). And now 2 days later now my engine light is on. I am not happy at all.

Kris was awesome, great front man for what I can only assume are great techs. I had my Durango looked at a friends shop, he said my issue was one that needed to go to Dodge be prepared to break out your wallet. Cumberland Dodge had me in, diagnosed, and parts ordered within hours. The mechanic even drove my car home and back the next day to ensure the problem was fixed. I was given a discount because I purchased my car there 4 years ago! I wouldn’t hesitate to A) purchase another vehicle there, or B) take any one of my vehicles there for service. Kudos guys to a job well done!!

My family has been purchasing trucks and SUVs from Cumberland Chrysler since 1998. The reason for this is because of the people that work there and the product. The service department has to be one of the best in the country. They are experienced, polite and completely honest.I was getting my truck serviced and was hanging out when a young soldier and his family came into the service department. The soldier was just a few days from deployment and had orders to report at a certain date and time. Their mini van was broken down and they had no money, they were tired, hot and exhausted from a long trip from Texas. They were hoping the repairs would be under warranty but they weren’t. The repairs weren’t minor and there were parts involved. The soldier and his wife and small child were given cold drinks and snacks while their vehicle was being repaired. Cumberland Chrysler picked up the entire cost of the repair. They were under no obligation to do this but stepped up and took care of business with no hesitation.They get a five star rating from me and my family and we will continue buying our vehicles there.

They tried to tell me something was wrong with my car that it was not doing. And I told them I did not want to get it fixed, now my brakes aren’t working properly. So I will not be returning there again!! Everything was working fine until they rotated my tires now I’m having issues.

I couldn’t ask for a better salesman than Ronnie Bean. I didn’t even have to sit at the dealership all day! He brought everything to me after it was ready and delivered my vehicle clean and full of gas!

My local dealer told me they couldn’t get my car in for a recall for two weeks. I called Cumberland to try and buy the part to repair it myself and they told me to bring it on over. They were able to repair it in about 20 minutes and get me back on the road. I wasn’t even a customer of theirs, but I will be soon!
