I just bought a 2010 Silverado from Overdrive USA. From my initial phone call, to the end of the process, I’ve felt at ease. I put a deposit on a vehicle and was reassured the vehicle was secured because I’ve had previous bad experiences elsewhere. My sale was handed off to Toby, who’s been fantastic. Tony sent me pictures of the truck, handled all the paperwork flawlessly and answered any and all questions I had. Im pretty sure he was even answering my texts on his day off as well. He also sent me videos of the truck being loaded up on the transporter. He’s gone above and beyond any expectation I had.A dealership like this and a salesperson person like Toby is definitely a rarity.

I dont write reviews very often, but I couldnt pass this one up.My wife and I had a very pleasant experience working with these guys. The wife and I both dont like the hassle of being pressure to buy something that we arent to sure about, but they made us comfortable, at home and shop at our leisure; which we really appreciated. I personally recommend working with Keith Chester, great guy, extremely helpful, and very personable. The wife and I really enjoyed our experience working with him, and that says a lot. If you are looking to buy a first time, or another purchase, I would definitely look for him to help assist you.

Ledgend Darty was our sales person and we couldnt of asked for a better person to have! My husband and I were in there the week of Christmas and everyone was so helpful. We bought a Jeep that just had been traded in the day before so it wasnt even in their inventory. They made sure they put us at the top of the list to get the Jeep serviced and washed for us. A great place to shop for used vehicles, deal with sales rep and manager. Last week was a hectic week with winter weather affecting all road conditions and travel. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and had the dilemma on how to pick up the car. My wife was working all week and no one to accompany me to pick up the vehicle and another snowy weather coming within hours. But Overdrive USA and my sales rep Toby Neal went the extra mile to accommodate me. He came to pick me up FREE OF CHARGE. Got my vehicle and got home in time before it started snowing. My husband and I went in just browsing inventory and were approached by a salesman named Clay. Immediately I was impressed by how kind he was and he wasn’t pushy at all. He went above and beyond trying to find exactly what I wanted and did not get aggravated at all when I didn’t like something he was showing me. I found a vehicle I really liked so we went in to discuss the sale and he was very kind and helpful in advocating for us to his manager about the number we wanted to reach. He even gave our son a toy to play with and snacks out of his own desk. He continually spoke to our son and interacted with him even though he wasn’t a happy camper at some points in the transaction. He even tried to get cartoons on the TV for him. Not only did I leave with a car that I really loved and exceeded my expectations but we left knowing we would continually buy vehicles from Clay. He was hands down the best car salesman we have ever dealt with all around.

Purchased used car. They give their pretty much bottom line, so not much of negotiation we can play around. They have good selection of used car, but they block internet inside the building and no connection at all. No WiFi available either. So we were not able to check anything, including their competitors’ price, or personal emails. If they believe they do good business, regardless of what customer check over internet, customer buys from them.Also the guy who dealt with us was maybe still someway new, but no offer of water or enough seat to us. Three of us but only 2 seat in his office. So I need to go grab chair myself to next cubicle.

I went to look at a specific truck I found online and Ledgend Darty was fabulous to work with! He was very informative and friendly but not at all pushy to make a sale. The truck we were there to look at turned out to not be what we were wanting (my fault for not paying enough attention to the online description) and he was great about showing what other options he had on the lot but still was not pushy about it.

Walked in and didnt expect to buy anything, just needed a car serviced. Big Mike was awesome and showed us around and we ended up walking out with a new Jeep Grand Cherokee! Worked great with us and we are thankful.

My wife and I went to Overdrive USA to purchase our first car for our growing family. They have a large selection and an easy to navigate website with dozens of pictures + video of the cars you may be interested in. All the cars undergo a 100 point maintenance inspection and ours had some new components as a result.I wish I could rate our saleswoman Skylar separately from the dealer because she was absolutely AWESOME. She found out the answers to all my questions and relayed all my requests. Because there isn’t commission and the prices are within Kelly Blue Book range it’s difficult to negotiate here. Our Honda Odyssey seemed to be priced higher than some competitors, which we found out was due to a rear entertainment package which had not been mentioned online or on the window sticker, a glaring omission but in our favor. There was some price confusion but they honored their online price, again thanks to our saleswoman. Something like 90% of their salespeople are women, so that’s a big plus in a male-dominated field.There was also issue with financing, mostly because we had come up with some options ourselves and weren’t going to be forced into an APR or a bank we didn’t like. Despite pre-approving a better rate and telling them that they did NOT give us that option. I understand that they may like those banks, but the borrower might not, not to mention an APR 0.75% higher. I know they have to try to sell options but we had already told them and reached our maximum payment, and then they wanted to sell us a 24-month extended warranty that we’d have to pay on for the full 72-month term. Crazy!If you do business with this strip of car dealers (all the same owner) there are a few other ways they help you out as well. Their work has been fair and honest. Shopping with them is enjoyable, but the finance part is not.
