I had horribly service with Farmers Home Furniture in Conway SC. I purchase a bedroom Suite about 5 months ago and one of the lights on head board didn’t work. They promptly came back and replaced the light but that didn’t fix the problem. I was told then an order would have to be sent to their outside repair company they would submit it and I would be notified when they are coming out. No one had came out as of yet and I have been calling asking about it and they would say it is in order. On today I talked to the manager Mark who act very unconcerned and nonchalant about the situation stating that he has to notify an outside company ( the same thing I was told 5 months ago) with still no result. After me waiting all this time and being lied to he didn’t feel he needed to accommodate me or make my problem priority. But they want their payment every month and on time. I have been a customer for a very long time but this is the last draw. He was very nice nasty and cold about the situation and let me know that he is not concerned with my issue.. Poor customer service!!!

Purchased a rocking loveseat,after 4 months it broke.and these people try to charge you to fix even when you have a year warranty!stay away from them.i will be filing a complaint at bbb!2 more months,a company was sent out to tell me it was broken,and that they were ordering parts...all lies!

I am very unhappy with service and products of this store. My wife and i bought an air conditioner on sept 3rd. It worked great for 4 days. It now blows out hot air. On sept 9th my wife called to ask if we could exchange ac or return it because it does not work properly. We were told since we didnt buy a warranty with it that we are stuck with non working ac that cost almost $500. It literally didnt last for a week. Ive never been so dissatisfied with a retail experience. We will buy an ac somewhere else. Will not be returning to farmers.

Great furniture store. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quality furniture, large selection in a variety of styles, and reasonable prices. I bought mattresses and intend to go back for additional items in the future. And they deliver what more can you want.

I got a great deal on a patio furniture set. The staff was very nice. The furniture is good quality with reasonable pricing. It feels personal here. They actually sent me a THANK YOU card! Five stars in my book.

Wish I could give 0! WILL NOT go back or recommend anyone to this location We were told one thing on phone and IN PERSON when we were ready to exchange mattress (sunk week or two after purchase) we were told something different And the replaced mattress that we paid extra 500 for has sunk also(WTH is up with their mattresses) Angie and finance manager are rude and unprofessional. Delivery guys were awesome

I bought a bed there 2 months ago, Miss Toni was great and very helpful but my experience was very bad with the two ladies at the desk for payments. Both of them are mean, they are not helpful at all, they provided worst customer service ever when I went there back because I couldnt find my debit card. Im gonna make my payments online so I dont have to come back to the store, its a shame people dont care about business and their jobs

Nice people, okay prices..Okay, so I bought a Refrigerator on 8/14/20.My Ice maker is no longer dropping ice out.I have had to wait to get the clear drawers that it was lacking for WEEKS, and ONLY 1 OF THE DRAWERS FIT THE OTHERS DONT FIT SO THEY ARE JUST SITTING IN THE GARAGE, then when I told them about my new issue The store wants me to call 45 MINUTES away to a repair place ...What Was THE USE IN PAYING FOR THE WARRANTY??Im very upsat and Disappointed in this store.. I havent even finished paying off the refrigerator. Now Im stuck Paying for this Refrigerator that HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS.

Horrible..when the delivered the washer/dryer wasnt installed correctly, dryer was leaking water n hose wasnt long enough for washer, that was a Monday still nothing on Wed. Spoke to Manager Mark who basically said he was off on Tuesday so it had to wait til he returned, Wednesday still nothing but attitude n to be to told after we said just come get them we want a refund, he said he couldnt n wouldnt have a truck for 2 weeks, lol. I have did business with them for years but that will never happen again until they find new managment!! Oh yeah best part when I asked for GM he said he didnt know how to find him, n he didnt care if he was fired over this matter..what a joke for a manager. I dont know how he ever got hired for that position.

I came to farmers Home Furniture and bought a bed set which two days later a piece broke on the headboard. When I notified them they came to my house with wood glue which got all over my sheets and did not fix the headboard. I notified them about my new sheets being destroyed from the glue and was told to buy new sheets and bring them a receipt and they would take it off of the amount owed. I have bought several new sheets since then however was told to my sheets were too expensive to be taken off of the final payment. Then I did fall back on my payments quite a bit. I could have let them repossess everything and them take the loss because they do not take back mattresses and I had a memory foam mattress that was around $1,100 however I did the correct thing and I went and nearly paid everything in full only owing 500 left off of over $3,000 bed set. Then 3 weeks later I went to finish paying the 500 off and wanted to get a lawn mower and instead was told to finish paying the bed set off before they can approve me for another which I did and was told him the same instance after paying the five hundred and something remaining balance was told I was denied for anything else in the store. This was after me contacting them telling them that I wanted to do the right thing and pay the bed off. I know how these stores work and I know that I could have went to any other store such as Rent-A-Center or wherever and got another bed but instead I chose to do the right thing and told them that I didnt want them losing out and I didnt want to ruin my credit more than what it was and would like to buy more stuff from them. Ive fallen behind because I had had three car wrecks in the past year two of which were not of any fault of my own. So I had had a horrible year per se and they seem to be understanding. I will not be doing any more business here since I tried to do the right thing and it wasnt good enough for them. Life happens and nobodys perfect huge businesses go down every day and people end up in wrecks every day and then up with problems with their health so I do not feel sad for what happened as far as me falling behind but Im proud that at least I was able to finish all the payments and do the correct thing because it was not their fault that I was unable to pay at the moment. I just feel like I should have had more respect from them considering I did do the right thing and finish payment. When I came back after falling behind on payments I gave them $2,000 in cash. I dont know too many people that do the same. This was in the Conway South Carolina branch
