Very helpful. For the first time that Ive went to Metro with a problem with a phone I wasnt given the run around to sell me something I didnt need so they could up their Commission

This place is not worth one star they are liers and doesnt want to help customers take my advice go to any other place att or Verizon they are friendly and love to help and makes sure they take care of the customers they have dont buy anything here thinking its good because the manager will even tell you that the problem is the phone you bought even if its not even 24 hours old lol this place is a joke been here for awhile never had an issue but they dont half to worries switching services soon as Im paid!

I get my phone here because is close to my house, the lady in front desk was rude and no helpful, but I need a phone. We comeback again because we need another 2 lines, same lady, super bad attitude, rude, acting like she dont care the sale, her boss cross the door minutes before we leave and OMG!!!! 100° change, smiling, nice and completely another person. We dont get the phones and we are going to find another store.

Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone if you have a question. Also the service is very spotty. Bought the phone in Conway and have trouble getting service in Mayflower.

The customer service people in the store were very rude and didnt help anyone. Also they dont have any of the promo phones in stock.

Dont ever get a phone here. Bad coverage
