Great assortment here! I love here. The inside of the store is neat and tidy, making it very easy to find products. The hygiene inside the store is solid and very clean. The food area is also very clean and I can always buy food with confidence. The food assortment is wonderful and I am always happy. There is also an aisle of clearance in the store, we can get reasonable price. I think its comfortable because the self-check always goes smoothly. I was happy with the purchase as it has more assortments than other target stores.

Anthony in customer service was absolutely wonderful today! He really made my bike, and home goods purchase quick and easy. I love shopping at the Conway Target!

They have some very good store brand products and carry other brands that I like. Everyone doesnt seem to hate working there. On the surface they seem to treat their employees better than other stores. The prices are sometimes even cheaper than other stores for certain items.

Location and staff. Dave was the checker. Outstanding gentleman. Other staff were at the door and offered lots of smiles as the store was closing for the day. Thank you for a happy ending of a long day. Super Dave gets a gold star$

I used to love this store and it was my favorite place to go for groceries. However, recently there is a serious problem with the air conditioner here, especially in the womens bathroom. I dont even think they have AC in there. I was pouring sweat the entire time I was shopping and spoke with several other people who were sweating too. I even talked to a lady who got so hot she had to leave the store. It made it virtually impossible to focus on shopping due to how hot it was in the store. I spoke to several employees there about it and I hope this issue is resolved. Its already so hot outside, dont make us sweat inside too... Unless this issue is resolved, Im afraid Ill have to find somewhere else to shop. Other than the garbage AC, they have a tidy store and great employees. Very disappointed with my recent experiences. Do better Target!

Very clean and organized. It’s never busy in the mornings so I recommend getting everything done early.

I LOVED the fact that I could order online and then pickup within 2 hours and it being delivered to my car. Didnt have to worry about getting out and going inside. This is the 1st time Ive used this service, but will definitely not be the last. Just the beginning! This really help in keeping you safe in the current time.

Could not find petite denim skirts. I found a JBL bluetooth speaker that I can order online much cheaper. I did find nice lawn chairs for $21 apiece. I purchased 4 and plan to go back and get 4 more. Cashiers were friendly. Excellent customer service

This Target store is our absolute favorite. This is the only one we shop at. Its about 20 minutes from our house but we wont go to any other one. Not only is the store neat and organized but the employees are always so helpful and the bathrooms are super clean. The grocery section is amazing too! AND they have a Starbucks ;) which is always a plus.

Be very careful buying food items , I have purchased muffins, just to find them molding when I got home. Today we purchased 2 blocks of mild cheddar cheese wich one was molding. This store is going down fast in quality and cleanliness.

I picked up a package of paper towels that were in a slot marked 8.99 and there was more of the size that I picked up in that slot. The supervisor at the front at the check out lane instead of honoring the 8.99 said he could only take the price down to 12.99. This is unacceptable. When an item I picked up that was in the wrong spot the Target Personal always honored that price and this time they did not

I had tried twice to order a product from Walmart only to have my orders canceled. I decided to go to Target online as I do not shop in the stores at this time. I recd my confirmation shortly after placing my order and that it was ready for pick up. I did have a bit of trouble finding the curbside option after I downloaded the app but it was so worth it. I checked in that I was on my way and when I pulled up, I gave my name and a gentleman put my item in the backseat. I had zero wait. I was amazed.

Those saying that they don’t see the changes of the remodel are c r a z y!! The store looks a lot more modern & they’ve done a really good job. I can usually always find help when needed and I’m always really satisfied with the help provided! It’s usually clean and very easy to find what you’re lookin for.

Id heard target order pick up was a great service, and usually fairly quick but I was shocked and very pleased when I received the text that my order was ready in less than fifteen minutes after I placed it! Very impressive

Extremely bright lighting compared to other stores. Lots of bold primary colors, though over time theyve added colors other than red. The selections are decent, the prices are OK. The staff tends to be a bit more available and helpful than at some other big stores. I shop here for a few items that other stores dont carry. They have a decent grocery selection. If you are looking for a food item also carried at Kroger, it pays to shop both, as each sometimes has a better price.

3.6 Stars. It’s a good store but recently remodeled(very nice) but I HATE that jewelry is no longer in one location, it’s spread out in different parts of the clothing sections. Also, there always seems to be something with the grocery side. We have found items that appeared bad or were well past expiration date on label, to include cold foods. Other times they are sold out of food and shelves are looking bare.

I refused to shop here in the past due to the prices. I have since then fell in love with Target. The service and quality is much better than Walmart. I shop online and often use the “drive up” option. I shop here primarily for the makeup selection.. love it! I have not encountered a rude associate, as of yet. My go to place.

VERY organized and clean! Each isle was so satisfying and well put together.

This target is SO hot inside. Especially with a mask on. I get so frustrated while in there because of how hot and humid it is. Also their lines are always long and they don’t open up new registers.

Nice store but routinely things have expired on the shelves. Last time the cranberry juice that I picked up was expired by 4 months and then the Kashi fruit bars, that expired in September of 2019, still sit on the shelves.

Ordering online and returning to the store was super easy! I ordered the wrong size, but I simply walked in, handed the item and receipt to the sweet girl at the exchange counter. Bippity Boppity Boo I got money back on my card!

Great Target store! Merchandise is always in order and neatly stocked. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Love the pharmacy personnel. Best pharmacy in town!

This store is always clean

I use the pharmacy here and the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. They have great hours compared to a lot of other pharmacies. So my rating is based on the pharmacy only. As far as the Target store over all I have found some pretty good clearance items there. In the little exposure to the store staff I have had I have found them to be just as friendly and helpful as you will find at any other store. Target does have some higher quality and some specialty items which is good. But as far as just everyday household or hygiene items go they are way over priced.

I have tried similar drive up services at Walmart and Best Buy - both were an extreme disappointment. The service I received at Target, however, was shockingly good! There is no way it could have been better. Thanks!

Excellent customer service! John, the associate who helped me, was incredibly nice and patient with my questions and meeting my needs as a customer! Employees like him make Target in Conway one of my absolute favorite stores.

They price matched an ink cartridge that was $6 cheaper on their website, helped me find an item, and were super nice the entire time. The store was clean and smelled nice too! Definitely one of my favorite places to shop, though the grocery selection is a bit limited.

The store including the bathroom is always clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly. If you buy certain items ( household goods, baby stuff, food,etc)you get a gift card back which you can use on your next purchase even on other gift cards. This is the only place that does this. I have shopped there multiple times at diffrent times and I have never been harassed here. They have a family bathroom at the front of the store before the other bathrooms ( which is in the front).I highly recommend this store.

This target location is conveniently located with a great product selection. Prices are very reasonable and the store was kept very clean upon my visiting. This location also offers great Target Cartwheel coupon deals! I would highly recommend!

Clean, organized, and predictable. Check prices online and you can match them at the customer service/checkout spot. Lines can be long sometimes but people are always kind and the deals on necessities like cleaning products and air filters can certainly be worth it.

Its more expensive but they are very clean and have pretty good service. The thing I love is the Spot the One section up front. Its has lost of teaching and homeschooling supplies for under $5. Also for expecting families they give a free bag full of helpful goodies and coupons when you make a registry there.

Who doesnt love shopping at Target?The low two star rating is because of how DISGUSTING the womens restroom is.

It was super fast and same day pickup!!

At least the restroom was clean this time. WiFi didnt work. The app lost everything including past purchases the computer didnt want to ring up the cartwheel stuff I re-added. Not to mention there are always expired foods on shelves and in coolers.

The last 2 years we have been told they have something in stock and were holding for us around christmas time and both times we have came from little rock area to find out when we got their that they did not. I will never go here again.

It is easy to get in and out of the store. The layout is very consumer friendly. While it does have a grocery section is isnt a full grocery section and doesnt have much of a produce section.

The staff is always friendly and cashiers/managers are always helpful when the system doesnt read my cartwheel or scanning giftcards.

I didn’t have to leave my car for any reason! This is great is you have physical limitations. Plus I receive a 5% discount for ordering online. Bye bye Wal-Mart

Typical Target. Generally clean and in good order. I was disappointed in their fresh produce section, in was basically nonexistent. Small grocery section, more focused on pet and household departments.

They have all the basics plus decent produce. Their clothes are hut and miss, but there are times when you can find some cute outfits.

I prefer Target to other options in Conway. This store is always clean and their bananas are always green.

Today I visited the store and was blown away by the customer service I received. Two gentlemen in grocery, Zachary and Joe went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed, even looking in the back until what I wanted was found. Will be driving to Conway Target more often.

I like to shop here sometimes so that I can avoid all the mouth breathing rednecks at Walmart. The main problem right now is that they are remodeling and its just a mess inside the store. Im sure the remodel will be awesome but until then it might be a pain in the arse to shop there. At least with the remodel you wont have to deal with the putrid smell of popcorn and coffee lingering in the air as you shop. The Starbucks is still open and thats fine if you want expensive milk but at least the damn popcorn isnt popping at the same time.
