They are now too busy with Covid shots to service prescriptions. I was hung up on because I could not pronounce the 5 medications I needed refilled. I’m happy to transfer my refills elsewhere

This was the worst pharmacy experience ever. The line was down the isle, I waited in line for almost an hour. When I finally made it to the counter the lady was extremely rude and dismissive. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone.

I had a drive-through Covid test here during the busiest time of day and the pharmacy tech was so professional and also quite helpful and accommodating when I messed up my appointment time.

Theres usually one person working drive through and counter not enough people extremely rude and store manager will not help help when there is 12 people in line inside and 10 cars waiting outside.

This Walgreens has been my go to for years now, the pharmacist change all the time and it varies on costumer service experience but the rest of the staff is great the atmosphere is always clean

The last time they remodeled the pharmacy, they changed it, so now you stand in the same line dropping off and picking up... seems like there was never more than one person working the counter and it got to where it was taking 20-40 minutes per visit to the pharmacy... I quit using this pharmacy and began using the CVS just west of here...

Update: They had my prescription ready a few hours later, so as stated prior I am changing my stars from 1 to 3.-----Need to work on their customer service. I showed up yesterday afternoon to get my prescription, but they hadnt been called by my doctor to get it over two hours after my appointment (his fault, not theirs). Finally, got my doctor to send it again, but he sent it to the wrong pharmacy location (again, his fault not theirs). However, I was put on hold at a different location for over ten minutes to be told that I had to call this location. Then this location had me on hold for another ten minutes, and when I finally spoke to someone, the woman that answered could not understand me at all. I had to spell my name for her over eight different times, resorted to using acronyms (f like frank), and she still said she couldnt find me in the system. She was spelling it wrong. I just needed them to re-route the prescription to their location instead of the location my doctor mistakenly sent it to. She said she would try to do it. Try to do it, does not mean that she will do it. When I asked her what time it would be ready, she hung up on me! So, when I show up in a few hours, are they going to have it ready? Probably not. If they do, I will change my review to reflect that.

If you need medications DONT go here. My wife has chronic back pain and goes to a reputable doctor. We live in Montgomery and work in Conroe. I sometimes got her medication in at another Walgreens in Montgomery and sometimes at this location. Yesterday when we were working in Conroe and my wife needed her prescription filled I tried to get it at this location. The Pharmacist declined to fill it because sometimes you get it here and sometimes in Montgomery. I explained that we live in Montgomery and use the Walgreens there as well as this store. She said We prefer that you only get your prescriptions filled at one location. I asked why I was able to do so in the past if it is against the law to use two locations with Walgreens. She said that It is not against the law, it is up to the Pharmacist on duty and I wont fill it due to the nature of medication. I asked the manager on duty for assistance but he and the Pharmacist both refused to fill the valid prescription even though neither could explain how using two locations with interconnected systems could result in a problem even with the nature of the medication. AS a result of their refusal my wife had to suffer for hours before we could finish work and get the prescription in Montgomery. This is a great example of too much power and too little common sense. Beware of this Walgreens.

Took 45 mins to get meds and it’s like this every single time. Frustrating, it’s not like I just showed up I placed order they said 15 mins I arrived 45 mins later and still had to wait 45 mins to get the meds crazy stuff.

Worst experience avoid using if possible ! Took my daughter to urgent care because I wanted to get her treated ASAP got meds sent to Walgreens we waited for an hour for them to tell us they didn’t have the right amount they couldn’t give to us without another dr prescription so I had to call urgent care have them call in new amount the urgent care was on hold for 30 min no answer we had to get back in line to tell them they were on phone and Manager on duty proceed to tell us no one could answer because they were only two of them I asked her if she could send our prescription to another Walgreens who had the medication she proceed to tell me she would have to call make sure they had it first okkkkkaayy....... so you would think she would take 5 min to call she did not . I had a 5 year old with a wound that needed to be treated I was not going to wait till two days to treat it that why I took her to urgent care ! My urgent care sent our prescription right across the street to CVS that got it filled within 15 min . Don’t waste your time at that walgreens !

They are careless with the prescriptions. First time this happened I went and dropped off 3 prescriptions and asked my husband to pick them up later that afternoon. When he got home he said they only gave him 2 and he told the pharmacist it was 3 but she argued it was only 2. I called her and told her I personally dropped them off to her and it was 3 of them I even reminded her she had made a comment about one of the papers having a wet spot from my cold water bottle.She said “oh yeah it’s here.”Now today I came to drop off 2 prescriptions she said 15-20 minute wait so I waited in the parking lot. When I pull up to the drive thru she hands me only 1! Now I’m sitting at the window waiting because she’s doing something inside when she finally comes back I tell her I dropped off 2 not just 1. She goes back looks at my paperwork and says “oh sorry, come back in 10 minutes.” It isn’t only the wait that’s frustrating or having to come back but if you’re working with medicine people NEED I feel you should be A LOT more careful.

They told me they wouldn’t fill a percription because i had a lower dose percribed the day before that they filled. I went back to my doctor and he prescribed something stronger that they refused to fill. So I went to HEB and they filled it no problem. I explained what walgreens did and said and they couldn’t understand what the problem was. In my opinion, if the doctor says to fill it, just do it? Are pharmacists more qualified than the doctor? I wouldnt think so. Either way I will never go back to walgreens.

First of all I order the same medication on the same date every month and every month I have to wait for it because its out of stock. This time its been saying out of stock for a week and now im completely out. Instead of them callingme and telling me its on backstock for another 2 weeks they have me calling everyday asking. So i finally go up theres to be told its on back stock. So now iim stressed out and driving around trying to find the medicine that keeps me alive. Walgreens use to be the only place i could go now theyve all went to hell.

Worst experience ever 4 days prior to discharge my left femur fractured beyond belief you see same leg over17 years ago required total replacement I continued to work was blessed to be nurse and everyday a blessing.. then took fall fractured hip 4 surgery later and 15 dislocations a small tug of war with 6 yr old caused me. to fall and fracture same femur Walgreens refused to fill pain meds took almost 8 hrs 2 trips to hospital to have different meds prescribed. As Pharmacist thought she was doctor, pain was out of control pharmacist said shes not in wheel chair ,yes I am chair collapsed in back of our van ,then made snide comment about me not having cancer...who decided to make her doctor . dont go there I use village pharmacy off league line road they are closed from noon Saturday until Monday but have people with patients well being at heart

This is the worst pharmacy in Conroe . Ann Marie the pharmacy manager is unprofessional and allows her personnel beliefs to interfere with what she is hired to do . I have been a customer at this store for over 15 years and this is the first time I have ever experienced a person with such hateful attitude. The hateful attitude she displays allows the tech, Tiffany to be rude and uncaring. When you can get them to answer the phone you are greeted with a response likewhatever. I will never shop at that store. The only postive and pleasant person is Sherry. The pharmacy staff is as only good as who manages them . This manager may need to learn to keep her prejudice attitude in check.

Left a script last Tuesday, 3/28. They stated it had to be preapproved. On Friday they said it still needed to be preapproved. Ask if it had been sent yet. They said no, sorry. So they would send it that day. Unfortunately, the doctor wasnt working on Friday. So my sick son continued to wait, till Wednesday, when the doctor got to the script. Then it was sent to the insurance company. this night, my poor son still has no medicine. If only Walgreens had submitted the script on the day they received it, he might have it. By the way, my 37 yo son is schizophrenic paranoid. Actively having symptoms that prevent him from coming out of hiding, voices that say he is going to be killed and my husband and I are getting very little rest. Thanks Walgreens, for your concern for your patrons and their families.

The pharmacy wont answer the phone so you can forget any customer service. I called two days in a row and was on hold forever with one caller ahead of me. Another Walgreens pharmacy was attempting to transfer a prescription to this store for me, but they too were put on hold for a long time and eventually gave up saying they were unable to contact anyone at this store. Horrible customer service in my opinion. Avoid this store and use the CVS two blocks away where they at least answer their phone.
