I was very impressed with the products offered. I found plenty of hair products.

It is decent In there it looks as if you are in the city (houston) beauty supply store. Prices tho are a bit much for a lot of items. But for it to be the only beauty supply of it kind in town its cool.

The governor just recently stated that the mandate to where masks has been removed. I Walked in the store and was told it does not matter what the governor in the state of Texas said you have to where a mask. No problem I will take my business somewhere else. If people have got the shot and the mandate has been rescinded then why try to enforce something that is no longer necessary. Most places say masks are welcome but not required. I just think the tone was disrespectful and disrespectful as a store that is open to the public will not be doing business here anymore.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Love em!!! I went to buy a durag and was amazed at the quality they keep in stock. Velvet drags, entire aisles dedicated to conditioners, holds; they everything you need to revitalize your youthful look.

This was my first time in the store. I feel the quality of wigs could have been much better, but I liked that they carry a big selection and many lighter colors in the 4 range. I didnt buy anything today, but Ill definitely give them another shot.

This store has everything that the store in houston have! The prices are reasonable and if there is something that you want and they do not have, ask them and they will try and get it! ❤ This store.. A couple dollars cheaper on products than Sally’s or other beauty stores. Workers were nice and let me know where the products I needed were. Store was clean.

I came in an brought the full MOTIONS kit every piece there is to buy from that line. I went back in explaining I ended up grabbing 2 shampoos instead of shampoo and conditioner, could I exchange they told me I couldn’t exchange I would have to buy the conditioner I spent over a $100 there NEVER AGAIN!

Ok. Prices too high for area. Got some horrible smelling shea butter, they would not let me return it or trade it out even after I let them smell it. Guy told me to mix it with essential oils. If I wanted to be a chemist...I wouldnt be here. I never smelled she butter that smelled this bad. It smelled rancid like old cooking grease. It is unused. U can see its new. Becareful what you buy here because you are stuck with it

Overall it is very clean. They didnt have either item I was looking for and wasnt open to ordering them. However, the young girls and lady (who was well put together) did offer help. I knew what I wanted and didnt browse much but it is much cleaner and organized than the other store. 4 stars bc they lack the product I needed and wasnt willing to check the back or order the sizes I needed. But overall a good experience. Better than other option.Im upgrading to a 5 star because of my experiences after my original experience.My mom experienced breast cancer this past year which was hard for her considering she found out 1 weeks after she lost her mom, my grams. Anywho, the lady was very strict at first when letting her try on wigs. She would only let her try a few. However, once I explained my moms situation and especially her coming from out of town and had to have some wives from here, she was absolutely AMAZING. She gave us time and space and offered suggestions. She never rushed us. My mom left buying several wigs and other items and came back a 2nd time. She talks about this store all the time and cant wait to visit again! This may be your average beauty store but the experience received was one to remember. Also, my niece even enjoyed the experience. The young special needs girl gave up her toy to my niece and my niece still have this toy and loves it so much. Ever since the covid-19 I have noticed price gouging and Ive noticed also that the products or not good as they used to be I think I will find me somewhere else to go to find service my beauty needs from now on I dont like the price gouging or the lack of quality of products that they sell

Clerk gave me the wrong item. Didnt know until I open the box. They didnt want to do an exchange. I told who got the item for me, and was told she is stupid and dont know anything. Got my exchange , but very rude

When on the recommendation of family. Was very satisfied with the selection.

Bout Ali bundles from this store..it says 100% human hair/ virgin hair..thats BS it says you can dye bleach and perm..well that didnt work for me hair cant even be wet without matting up. Went to the store to show them what kinda products they are selling and they did not care after spending nearly $200 on the hair.
