A short story of what happened...I made a reservation online to a different location. The person called me the day before to confirm the appointment. When I arrived there there was no one. I called customer service and they connected me with the NICOLE from the Monument Ave location. I drove up there (google maps takes you 9 minutes far from the storage to a totally different location - please make sure to correct that with Google). Nicole stayed on the phone the whole time giving me directions so she could help me with my reservation.For some unexplainable reason, my reserved unit was rented by another person. NICOLE went above and beyond to find an unit that fitted my needs at a location of my choice. Ive never received such spectacular service as the one she provided to me. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional and very charismatic.I would definitely recommend contacting Nicole to help you with the process, specially if its your first time renting a storage space.I would have given 6 stars if I could.Thank you so very much, Nicole 😊

I was so impressed with Amanda and the Public Storage as she assisted me in getting a smaller storage unit for my sister in law. She was able to answer all my questions and took the time to get a ladder to replace the light in the old storage unit. It was nice they have carts available to move things in and out of the storage and the hallways have plenty of room for larger loads. It was my first time at the Public Storage and I would recommend this facility to others.

I would like to give Mario a 10/10 for going above and beyond in assisting my manager and I today, we had a couple issues that Mario resolved, and made the experience fun and stress free. I couldnt recommend a better place to store your stuff, with a great staff to care for the items. Thanks again Mario!

Great Service from Olivia & team. They helped me apply a discount when I first signed up and when I conducted a unit transfer Olivia helped me save on that transaction. The facility is easy to access, elevators/carts/lights all work well. 100% recommend for your storage needs in the Area.

The convenience of how close it is to our home and the employees that runs the place are amazing. Sadly I cant get this place too many stars due to a few issues. One of those being the front entrance gate. Its constantly broken & just today its broken again. The gate is now wide open & when we drove through it we were greeted by some homeless people that had wondered in. Another issue is when we come in to access our storage unit & need to use the bathroom, its always locked and closed or disgusting and dirty.The place needs a major TLC on the inside as well. Floors are covered in dirt, leaves & other stuff. Another thing this place could use is security & security cameras.

Amanda was an excellent sales associate and an expert customer service rep. She helped me get into the right size unit quickly. She also was very insightful on the size of the unit i should acquire depending on what and how much i was storing. Everything i needed from boxes to mattress covers and insurance were offered and never once did i feel pressured to make a decision on anything.

Amanda was extremely helpful in finding a unit for me. She had one in the right size, but not the preferred access type. Rather than sell the unit she had, she checked her system for other Public Storage locations in the area and found a unit that fit my access needs. She even reserved it for me and scheduled an appointment to go tour. She went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. Thank you!!

I had a difficult situation in regard to dealing with personal property from evicted tenants. Very pleasantly surprised with the customer service at this location. Started renting several months ago due to losing my home and having to put everything in storage. Everyone there has been extremely helpful if Im having an issue and they are quick to respond to any questions or react to any issues. Considering the service Ive gotten with other storage companies this was a nice change. The manager especially was extremely helpful and courteous. A younger brunette girl, I think it was Amelia based on what Ive seen other people reviewing, but my thanks to everyone who works there!

We feel public storage is public storage, so what set this facility apart from the rest was Amelia, the young woman who helped us. We just cant say enough about her. She always has a smile on her face and a welcoming demeanor. We know we are not the only rental customers, however, Amelia remembers our names and even the storage unit we have. So we give 5 stars to Amelia because its due to her that we chose this particular facility.

Went into the office at closing time to have them take off there lock. Sally was the one working and even though it was closed she opened the door and helped me and went and took there lock off. I was so appreciative that she did cause I really needed to get into my storage tonight. She was very cool I was in a bad mood but I was laughing within 1 minute of walking through the door. Thank you Sally for still helping me when is was time for you to be off, your positive attitude and for turning my bad mood Into a good mood. Every PS should have a person like Sally representing them. Sally needs a raise.... she is the best

Ive been a customer of Public Storage for over 10 years all around California, and I have to say the one off Monument Blvd in Concord was by far one of the cleanest Ive seen. I was also impressed with the service I received there from the associates, they were able to facilitate all my storage needs. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a storage unit in the Concord area to come take a look at the Public Storage off Monument Blvd before going anywhere else

I have been renting for about 3 months now and I couldnt be happier with the service and the quality of the facility. Being on monument, I was a little wary of storing my things here. However, this place is a gem. Its fenced off and nobody can get in or out without a code for the gate or the doors. They also sell very strong padlocks for a full service of security. Ive never really been comfortable with having my things, which I care deeply about, stored somewhere other than my home. But my fears are alleviated keeping them here.The property manager, Jessie and his staff are always courteous, no matter what. Working in retail myself, I can spot the real winner employees and these are it. Overall, 5 stars. 6 if they would let me.

During an extremely stressful move I was forced to find an additional storage unit at the last minute. Fortunately I found one at this location. Jesse, the gentleman that helped me was competent and helpful. He said that he was used to experiencing people like me (i.e. STRESSED) all of the time. I am thankful that he made the entire situation much easier on me! He also was gracious when I packed up everything in the unit and closed out the account. I couldnt thank him enough!

Only $64 per month! Everywhere else was twice that. For that price, I expected it to be run down and ghetto. But the place was clean and Jessie gave great service. Cant conplain.
