Do not put your stuff here!! We have been with the company for years and they are randomly adding fees on to our account. Leah in the office said that they do an increase whenever they want, but the increase will not exceed street value. I was advised if I do not want to continue to accept the fact that they are increasing my unit price (we havent moved) then I need to cancel and get my stuff out. They are trash! I will be removing all of my items from these thieves.

Not once over the course of a year having an indoor unit with this place have the doors to my unit actually closed properly (they have keypads for security but the doors remain ajar if not pulled shut). I’ve complained about this three separate times over the past year, but my unit is still unsecured. The ladies at the front desk are courteous and know what they’re doing, but it seems their hands are tied by management to actually get issues corrected. Would not recommend. Pay more to get better security elsewhere.

Keva, the lady in the office was very helpful and made getting the storage unit quick and easy. However I was surprised by the $20 administration fee, it hadnt been mentioned anywhere. And once I drove over to checkout my storage unit, what I found was cobwebs everywhere! And the ceiling inside was falling down! Total mess and unacceptable!

If only I wasn’t forced to give the one star..Not only did I have a Bose Bluetooth speaker stolen during the move, but also a 55” TV broken.This was all in addition to the crew literally sitting in their truck in my driveway from 3:17pm to shortly after 4:00pm merely waiting for their tip to come through via Venmo.....(presumptuous, tacky, and AWKWARD!!!)....while being logged as being on the clock by their office’s “teletracking” system for billing purposes. So, not only was I in the process of sending over a $300+ tip to them, but I was ultimately paying for them sitting there as if they were still in the process of moving my items. This was all after they showed up four hours early for the clearly specified and agreed upon beginning-move time. Thus, leaving me unprepared more than what I was wanting and therefore paying more for that timeframe that they goofed around while gathering up items to be packed up that I would have otherwise had prepared in advance. Lastly, there was still another seven loads of items at the previous residence that they didn’t take the time to pack and move....while also not taking the time to put together the beds in the new house as agreed upon......but hey, I guess their office offering me a $97 refund should make me feel entirely better, right?! 🤣Moving is stressful enough as is. Don’t make it worse by going through this company. ✌🏽👋🏽

Samantha ,who works in the office, offered up the most professional and friendly service I never expected. By far a dedicated worker who goes out of her way to ensure every customer is taken care of. I highly recommend this storage site solely because of her customer service!!

This place lies about agreements on prices that are signed off on and honestly I do not trust the lady that runs the office of the business. She has bad attitudes and a demeaning/condescending manner of speaking. Plus price wise the place is basically not worth it

2 Jet Skis and trailer Stolen! $14,000. No controlled access and inadequate video surveillance. ** Of course, I did reach out to them and we discussed and they refuse to cover any of losses.They refuse to cover any of the losses.I had 2 jet skis and a trailer stolen from here. Website and their people says access controlled and video monitored. Not true. A LOT of people have the emergency access code so they cant even tell who is going in and out of premises (due to gate breaking all the time and individual codes dont work). Video was poorly placed and poor quality to not be able to catch license plate. Access is supposed to be restricted by time (closes at 11:00pm)... but the emergency code works 24/7 and everyone has that code because the electronic gate keeps malfunctioning, which they refuse to fix.Someone used the emergency code at 3:00am, turned off lights and stole my jet skis. Video cant capture license plate even with the peoples lights on as they left. You might as well just park your stuff in a vacant field.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Our storage unit got broken into, and we only found out about it when we went to the unit. We called management TWICE, and they said they would call back. Weve been waiting over a week and have received absolutely NO communication from them.

Prices were reasonable and they always called right away when there was an issue. I have no complaints. Only reason I left was because I moved out of the area.

Dianna and Sherry were very great when we needed storage units. They were friendly and professional and took the time to explain our storage options. The units were clean and secure. I highly recommend Dianna, Sherry and All About Storage in Concord.

Extremely helpful from the first initial phone call until completely moved in! Dont hesitate to call if there is any changes in employment and differ from your initial agreement! they are always more than happy to work things out with you to keep you happy and to keep you with them!

We are new to the area and lucked out in finding this Storage facility. They have an awesome staff, clean storage and a very safe operation for our temporary storage requirements.

This used to be a really good place. I used them a couple years before and had a really good experience. So this time when I needed storage, I had no qualms about using them again. However, the staff that works there now is very unfriendly, and their rates have gotten ridiculous. I cant wait to get my stuff out of there. Also they force you to buy renters insurance, but it doesnt cover water damage, so its basically an extra fee they tack on for no reason. The gate is frequently left open after hours. Im not sure if its broken or what, but I dont appreciate anyone being able to go in and out without a code.

Good location, nice neighborhood, clientele have always been respectful to rules and others property. Only negative is at first year anniversary rate increase was 9.2% I have never used storage areas before so maybe this is normal we’ll see next year

I have been with about storage since 2015 I dont get no discounts I dont get no breaks I do is keep paying outrageous prices for storage building that Ive had since 2015 I do think the company needs to give the people thats been there the longest some kind of a discount because I see a lot of money to pay every month
