Went inside instead of the drive-thru and employees were really nice and had a good experience

Super busy in the am as all the school kids drop in. Took a bit longer than usual but I understood. Will avoid though to reduce the madness.

On 08/27/21, my friend and I decided to get some coffee, and instead of going through drive~thru window (it was long) we went inside. It was about 9:45AM, and only 3 others inside when we entered. They had all placed their orders and were waiting for them. I placed my order for a simple cup of dark roast coffee which I like with cream and Splenda, but prefer to fix myself. I was told after a discussion that they do the adding, I was not happy with that, but had no choice. My friend than placed her order of a Caramel Macchiato, and after waiting more than 15 minutes for it and several more customers coming in and leaving with their orders, she finally had to ask where was her order. There was no apology, but there was another few minutes of waiting. She finally got what had been paid for more than 25 minutes earlier. We have never been to that location before and will never go again.

Other than the SUPER SLOW GIRL taking orders for the drive thru.. Its a good store.. Maybe motivate her to get us our drinks and she can chat with employees when the line is clear! 😁

Needs additional staffing . The new staff will ignore you; 3 people could not even acknowledge my presence....probably too busy. Had to walk away

The location at Landana is consistently disappointing. Rude baristas, long waits and poorly made drinks. One photo is a cloud machiato I received at this location and the other is the same drink at another location. When I questioned the amount of actual coffee in my drink the barista argued with me and refused to remake my drink. Everytime I get one at any other locations, the coffee is up to the 3rd line. Same size, same flavor, everything. But when I get it at the Landana location, I barely get any espresso for the $5 Im spending on ice and foam.

The employees are always so friendly at the Dana Plaza Starbucks. I occasionally come here to work on projects and I love the environment. It is always cool, there is plenty of seating, and I love their music playlists. On the rare occasion something is wrong with my drink order, employees are very accommodating and have fixed it right away. My favorite Starbucks, hands down!

The drive-thru is very inconsistent. There are times when it runs efficiently and other times where Ive paid already and I can see my drinks are done and theyre making me wait still.

Not sure why it takes 10 minutes for a black coffee with room. Also, received without room for half and half. Also, no apology for the long wait. There were 5 people working behind the counter. I had stand and wait a second time to ask if I could get my order. Maybe they should make it self serve?

Quiet place with no music. Good place to work and study, but very few power sources. The sun gets in late in the afternoon, and can make you uncomfortable even with the shades down.

I ordered 4 items and 2 were wrong. Even though I repeated my order and corrected him when he said the wrong thing. He still gave me the wrong thing.I didn’t even order anything complicated just basics off the menu. Will choose another location next time.

Meh. Most of the time I am always standing at counter waiting for an employee to greet me n take order as I watch all of the ones there work the drive thru. After a few minutes I have to wave or politely say help for them to acknowledge Im there.

Well if you don’t want what you asked for go to the drive-through ...it’s happened to us three times 😕 and for some reason at this Starbucks the stuff is lacking being friendly lately no matter how nice I am. .... this location is so close to our home this is why we go there we may have to travel to another one

Not sure which Starbucks this is. I must go at least 2 x a day. But you really cant go wrong with the ones in Walnut Creek

Youd think every Starbucks is the same, but theyre not. The drive-thru here keeps making me wish Id just walk inside. Maybe theyre happier about making coffee for people who arent too lazy to get out of their cars. But from my experience, the window service delivers great coffee, minus the smiling, friendly faces you usually get from indoor cashiers.

2 people working sunday at 6:30am. Ordered via phone. One worker was rude, another guy making the drinks was overworked. Waited 20 minutes. I showed on my phone I ordered at this location and she said they didnt have a sticker. I just left.Only 2 people working? Cmon.

Hate to give it a low rating but i was disappointed with the service. Took way too long and they didnt realize i didnt get my coffe.first time with bad service so i should just write it off as having a bad day. I will return.

A lot of patio seating (at least four tables), indoor seating is ample, there are clean restrooms, and there is a drive-through window at this location - all pros. There have been a couple of cons at this location, however. During one visit, the garbage can outside in the patio was overflowing, but someone came and collected it (so thats a pro). The other con was that there was a fruit fly in the pastry cabinet. The service here has been between indifferent to friendly.

This is my favorite starbucks, the only problem is sometimes their drive through is closed, sometimes it is super long and winds into the street, and sometimes there are a lot of teens from the high school there. But I still love it! They have great staff, very clean and friendly and upbeat! Plus, they always make my coffee good. There use to be a male barista there who would take my order, he was hilarious, he had red hair. I havent seen him anymore, so he mustve moved on, but he was my favorite, I miss him!!

More quite & spacious than the other Starbucks Ive usually prowled. Their is outdoor seating as well with a drive through.

I wish the drive thru went in the other direction so the flow of traffic wouldnt block people trying to pull out of parking spaces so often. The staff is always very friendly at this location, though.

I Love the appearance of the store but I was disappointed because my Carmel frappe wasnt fixed right. I taste more of the cream than coffee. I wasnt able to return it because I already left to go to Antioch. I was not a happy camper.

We have been to this Starbucks location a few times, we are from the Southbay. We usually go inside..but today, we used the drive thru. Wow. The guy was hurried and curt. Didnt allow us to finish our sentence before trying to guess it for us... followed by yeah got it!. When we get to pay, the 2nd person is a girl. Shesquick but at least shes nice. She finishes our transaction then closes the window on us as we ask for our receipt. A 3rd girl comes and opens the window what are you waiting for? We say, our receipt! Just unnecessary, the curt attitudes.

I am a regular starbucks fan, but everytime I go to this location they make the worst coffee ever! When I choose to buy from this location, I say to myself... maybe this time it will be different and taste better. Hoping that someone new with better skills will be making my coffee, but it never fails. Horrible bitter coffee, and sometimes burnt taste. I dont like my coffee too sweet, but they forget to put the syrup or something. I am not over exaggerating! Literally every time. It is like they forgot a step or ingredient b/c they were too busy talking while making my coffee.
