Such a cute place to go hangout and grab a quick coffee or a sweet treat. Theres plenty of tables that would accommodate bigger groups. Also has a cute little corner where we can plug your laptop and finish up homework or finish papers for work. If youre ever in the area stop and enjoy something yummy

Good specialty coffee drinks. I had some iced drink with peach and it was good. My wifes had coconut in hers and it was good. Kids had a specialty lemonade, I tired a sip and it was also good. Came across this place unexpectedly and what a delight! From the moment we walked in we were in love with this place. The decor is awesome. The employees were so friendly and extremely helpful with suggestions. The options are endless. We ended up getting brownie sundaes and what a great choice that was. Ive never tasted a brownie as good as this. So light and delicious. The ice cream was great, the service was great and overall such a wonderful experience. I wish it was closer to my house so I would be able to go much more often. Dont miss this treat if youre in the area.

The establishment is warm and friendly. The wait was a little long due to the rush of people that came in before me but that can be due to the holiday. I appreciate the quick explanation on why it was busy which resulted in me to change my review. I would encourage people to visit the establishment for a great cup of coffee. I was tempted to try the ice cream which looked delicious.

I decided to make a stop here after seeing a sign for it on the highway and OMG! They have the BEST pastries and truffles my husband and I have ever had. I tried the blueberry kronut and the tiramisu and Irish cream truffle. The truffles are creamy and rich and the kronut was so flaky and delicious! He actually made me go back the next day for more. On top of having delicious treats, the staff are very open and friendly. Gave me advice on how to best eat my treats and all. I do believe we have a new sweet spot!

I took my sister here for our first time and we had the best experience! Randi and Eden were both wonderful and reminded us what excellent + personal customer service is. The ice cream we thought we wanted was out, so Randi recommended the new seasonal flavor and my sister and I decided its the best ice cream weve ever had. The waffle sandwich was perfectly warm and our treat was brought outside to our table. Im recommending this place to everyone and hoping that Eden and Randi will be there next time I go!

I cant comment on their coffee or ice cream, but their desserts are amazing. In particular, the cronut we had was light in the middle layers and the crust was perfectly coated with sugar and flavor. I was disappointed because everything we wanted to try was sold out around 630 pm on a Friday. We were still drunk in love with the options that were available. The apple crisp with ice cream was fire. A few more wine choices would’ve been nice. Overall, we loved it and will be back soon.

First time visiting today, and will definitely be returning to the Percantile!The decor was absolutely stunning, everything beautifully arranged and plenty of seating with lots of room for social distancing. Drinks were served in to-go cups but my friend and I stayed to enjoy them inside. I had a macchiato and it was extremely good! The entire menu looked incredible and the service was impeccable- very professional and friendly. Look forward to going back soon and telling my friends!

What a fun place this was! From the vintage vibe and full wall mural to the playful names of their coffees, this is an experience. As an avid consumer of lavender lattes, I had to try the giggle water. It was definitely sweet. If you love sweet coffee, cool. Id definitely ask for lighter sugar next time. But the flavor! It was just that incredible, herby lavender flavor that is beautiful. Loved it! Tons of seating if you want to study or hang out. Lots of cute treats or ice creams to try as well.

The owner is awesome but the rest of the staff has ZERO urgency to ever get an order completed in a timely manner. The man with the long greasy hair completely ignores customers all the time. I would give it lower stars but the bakery and coffee is great. Just the experience is generally not.

Love it! The place was recommended to me and was able to check it out tonight. The decor is reminiscent of the roaring 20s. Spacious dining/lounging area. It also have a semi-private room for group meetings. They are a wonderful alternative to Starbucks. This cafe/creamery have a very homey, relaxing atmosphere and an appealing ambiance. My first visit, when they opened up, didnt go well. Very noisy space, especially when uncontrolled kids are loose and about.However, today I was there early, before rug rats get up, and I had a excellent double-Cortadito with steamed milk, read for a while, and then an irresponsible parent came in and allowed their lovely child to start screaming. Out I went. Dont understand todays parenting. We were never allowed to do that and I never allowed my five to do that either.

This was a very nice coffee house with a wonderful array of desserts to choice from. The service was outstanding and the place very inviting. Customers were wearing masks and there was even an outdoor space to sit if you didnt want to be inside. Another super jazzy thing was the textures wallpaper. I would DEFINITELY recommend meeting up with a friend or having a cup of coffee while getting some work done.I didnt even mention how deliciously creamy and delightful my caramel coffee was. I was soooo impressed by the ambiance that I almost forgot the beverage 😏

Oh man, best and I mean BEST Cronut I’ve ever had! Full of flavor it brings joy to your taste buds! I would also recommend their Carmel latte best iced coffee I’ve ever had beats Starbucks by a mile! One problem, the cronut is expensive one is like $6 I believe. But the place is worth trying, the Cronut in this pic is the Cookies and cream one. The original and the chocolate one are amazing as well but the cookies and cream is the best one !

They have a great selection of pastries and desserts. My favorite is the apple tart! I tried the individual cake (red velvet) and its also good. Would like to try a different flavor of those individual cake next time and the danish , they are out of stock when we visit during afternoon..Coffee is good too!

Fabulous step back in time with a contemporary edge. The decor is so welcoming and one could spend a couple of hours over coffee and treats while catching up with friends. The baked goods are delicious and the bon-bons are just about too pretty to eat...and when you do, it is just creamy deliciousness. Love the flavors of ice cream they have available to plop into a bowl, waffle cone, or my favorite on top of one of their warmed brownies. The staff is super friendly and a variety of coffee and espressos are available that they are happy to brew for you.

For my wife and I, this has truly been the summer of Ice Cream for us. We have been to so many ice creams places this summer that it’s hard to keep track of them all. We have been going to the AMC at Concord Mills a lot more lately and have been to plenty of the restaurants in the area, so when we saw a new Ice Cream place was coming, we were very interested.I drove up thinking it would be a regular run of the mill Ice Cream place, but boy was I sorely mistaken. It’s a coffee house mixed with an ice cream shop, with a splash of chocolate desserts to bring it all in. I was pleasantly surprised and felt like a 10 year old again looking at the different chocolates.I glanced at the menu and for whatever reason, my eyes locked onto “brownie sandwich” and I couldn’t focus on anything else, mentally or physically. The brownies are about 5-6 inches by 3 inches. So, a good size. They split it in half and put a scoop of ice cream in between it. Just the thought of it alone was almost too much to handle. I was in too deep at this point and had to go hard or go home.I ordered the M&M brownie with the Vanilla Fudge Ice Cream that had, more M&M’s in it. I was headed to M&M town fast without any breaks. But, I didn’t care at all, I wanted to crash all into this brownie sandwich. Little did I know they would warm the brownie first. I was going to face smash in it regardless, but that little touch right there made the experience much more enjoyable.The ice cream was creamy and the brownie was wonderful. It was the best brownie/ice cream combo I’ve ever had. It felt like a first crush, cause I couldn’t stop thinking about it and I smiled every time it crossed my mind.In all seriousness, please go to this place. I can’t wait to try more of their chocolates and ice creams.

I liked this place as I stopped by on Labor Day for some afternoon pick me up coffee before I head to crowded mall for some shopping. Liked the vibe here very laid back and has that European feel about it which I like versus the cookie cutter store. I ordered a cappuccino and the order was quick to arrive. My only complaint was it was a bit lukewarm instead of hot for me to enjoy it. We would comeback again as a family as there are good options with ice cream and other sweet treats that looked tempting but I did not partake due to dietary restrictions. :)

Love this place! First off the coffee is AMAZING! My favorite is the Sap Sucker latte. The atmosphere is great for daytime coffee with clients and/or friends. At night, they have been having live music and an even more expansive dessert menu (as if their daytime desserts weren’t already a hit!). This place is definitely a favorite. You won’t be disappointed.

Loved this place! My husband enjoyed his coffee. The chai tea was perfect. My daughter loved her icecream and the brownie we shared was an excellent choice. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. My husband noticed they have some family friendly activities we will have to check out. We are happy to have a place like this as a choice. I hope they start some live acoustic music for the summer. The prices were on par with other places. They also feature local honey and local granola we would sometimes purchase from the Concord farmers market. Very clean and the decorations are cute and cozy.

The coffee and treats were absolutely delicious. The service was really good, and really nice! They even have fun events some nights! (i.e. Bingo) And they have really cool merchandise.

Honestly I’m sad I can’t give them 5 stars because the coffee here is amazing and I love supporting small businesses for coffee! The reason I can’t give them a better review is their customer service and the fact that every time I come here I’m there waiting for 20 min on my coffee. I’ve left multiple times because it just took to long to even order. Being in the customer service industry myself for over 10 years I know they can do much better and be much more efficient! So this coffee spot is amazing if you have time to sit and wait but if you are trying to grab coffee and run this is not the place!

The coffee shop is very nice on the inside. They also sell pastries and ice cream. The coffee is high quality and great tasting with super friendly staff. The only downside is that it takes absolutely forever to get your coffee after you order it. The times I have been here I’ve never waited under 10 minutes even if it was just a simple cup of coffee. They only have one barista working in the times I’ve been there. I would recommend adding another or teaching staff to be flexible to take care of the simple orders like a cup of coffee. You can tell the owners care about this place and want it to succeed and it surely will. Best of luck!

I stopped in here with a friend for some early morning coffee before starting the day. It was beautiful inside with a lot of charm and a very friendly barrista. The coffee was great, service nice, overall a great experience.

Coffee was delicious. The ordering process was laborious and time consuming. Our server had to make four trips to our table to bring two coffees.

All though in this short period of time I got to know her on my 1st visit I still can come back and see Randy! Randy encouraged me over the phone to try their pumpkin spice latte which I never had before(its served year round 🙆🏾‍♀️). Tanner made it to perfection and Im definitely going to be a regular at this coffee shop. As you can tell the staff is so welcoming,friendly, and knowledgeable. In addition the atmosphere is clean and chill with indoor and outdoor seating.

Friendly staff and clean shop. The place is well kept and seemed that employees enjoy the work, which helps with customer experience. They have daily after dark events (unsure of covid Horus impacting this).However all in all it took about about 6 minutes for my plain batch brew coffee to be made. Which is not bad at all. It wasn’t just sitting there waiting to be consumed, a fresh cup is always nice. It was piping hot. Flavor was ok. I don’t know I’ll be back, at least not for the coffee.The ice cream looked good. I didn’t try it but the flavors sounded good.All in all: Worthy of a try, I’m not a fan of the prices for lattes and the pastries, but then again compared to any other coffee shop with pastries they are on the same price level. But don’t take my word for it, try it yourself.

My coffee was so well made I stayed and drank it so I could order another!The owners and management have spent so much thought on the decor I dont know how they were able to pull off such a great product off at the same time!The cool thing is I was just killing time while my wife was fabric shopping next door.Thanks for the experience.

This time my daughter and I shared a Birthday Cake Mikeshake for a Mother-Daughter Date Night through Factory Church. Even with a iced sugar cookie, strawberry iced cake, and a rim of icing with sprinkles, I didnt feel over full or sugared up!

Impulse stop... my daughter spotted the word ice cream on the cardboard sign by Firestone. :) The ice cream was VERY good... loved the chocolate and camp coffee flavors! The staff was very friendly. Will probably be coming back to try the coffee drinks soon. Since my daughter didnt have a mask, we decided to sit outside and one of the perks of that was getting to watch the hummingbirds at Wild Birds Unlimited nearby.

Coffee is always amazing and it is pretty hard trying to keep some semblance of self control around the sweets they have on display. Everyone there is pleasant and always friendly. Been there for a couple of their bingo nights and it has always been a great experience.

I love the Percantile! So comfy and relaxing. I love their chai tea latte! And their pumpkin spice is like no other. Their cheese danish is my favorite. The staff is always great and patient as I try to figure out if I want to try something new or get my usual.
