We did a cast iron cooking class with Chef Alyssas Kitchen and Lodge was awesome enough to give everyone a complementary 8 inch cast iron skillet.When I came to the store to pick it up, the staff was very friendly. They were also wearing masks and the store wasnt very crowded.Ive only used my skillet once so far, but I love it! I made keto garlic butter bread in the oven and it turned out great!I love that it comes already seasoned and ready to use.Thanks for the skillet!

Paradise if you love your cast iron pots and pans! Its everything cast iron. Love the small Factory seconds section! Same quality stuff for way lesser than full price. They have interesting events happening now and then.

HUGE selection. Lots of factory seconds for super cheap. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They had an event the day I went and there was cooking demos and lots of collectors outside who had really awesome vintage stuff for sale and to drool over.

Everything I expected and more. Went in there to get one pan walked out with a bag full of stuff too. Friendly staff.Once I got my 15 carbon steel pan home and rinsed off the sticker I noticed it was concaved in the middle. I returned the pan no problem. Traded for a grill pan and glass lid. I emailed the factory because all of them are like this at the store. Here is the reply.All of the carbon steel pans are concaved slightly that is the way they are designed and it is normal for them to have a slight rock, when they are heated slowly they will be level on a flat surface. If you are using them on a flat top (glass) stove you will be able to notice it more. Please let me know if you have any questions or anything I can assist you with!I like the grill pan much better! Guess Im not a carbon steel guy.

The lodge store is AWESOME. They have great associates who really seem to love their jobs, a huge stock, and make sure to check the back area for second run items at half off! We buy most of our cast iron as a second, because any extremely small imperfection will cause the company to disapprove the piece. We love lodge products and this store is a great place to visit!

I have passed this place for years. For some reason I thought it was a restaurant. My first thought was where have you been my whole life when I saw the selection of anything grilling or cooking you could wish for.Ive purchased everything from Big Green Egg XL to supplies. But the best part here is the level of service you receive.From Shannon (our go to person) to the Management. Everyone there is over the top helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend checking them out.

Love this store and friendly staff

Im not sure what to say. I love to cook and had been viewing Lodge pieces and prices online. I received an email about sell prices over the weekend and decided to check it out. My son and I entered the store and we were looked at and not greeted. We looked at multiple items in the store, no one ever offered any assistance or asked if we needed help. One store associate even walked right past me and said nothing. We picked out out items and went to the counter. One of the women asked if we were doing all right?. The other one said nothing. I would like to point that when we entered there was one customer and they were engaged in an animated conversation with her. When we got to the car my son said to me, mom, next time order this stuff online from somewhere. I thought in retail the only color that mattered was green. I might just follow my sons advice.

Went here for the sale and they actually had a cooking demo. The prices are good and lots to choose from. I wasnt planning on buying a new grill but the prices were so good that I did buy one.

My wife and I were the Very First customer in a Charlotte Lodge Store. I have been back several times. Employees are always friendly and very helpful. Great selection for gifts. Skillet cooks deliciously! Chicken breasts, pork chops, and even steaks. Great investment for a great meal!

Purchased a used Large Green Egg grill over the weekend and I knew that Lodge sells the Green Egg and many accessories so I wanted to come by the store to see what items I could purchase to get set up. Several people had helped me while I was there, but the last person that helped me was great. She has a Green Egg at home and really helped me decide what were good accessories to purchase now and other things I might want, but could go on my Wish List for down the road after grilling or smoking a few things. I know a lot of pizza like to make homemade pizzas with their Egg and she recommended a really nice Lodge Cast Iron pizza stone that was on sale at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be a repeat customer, not use for Egg accessories, but other kitchen items too.

Live having some place that sells American made top quality cast iron. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cant wait for the next Legacy offering! We cook almost exclusively in cast iron so this place makes us happy!

Beautiful star great selection friendly people

Well, my son and daughter-in-law are wanting some Lodge cookware. Walmart and Sams carries some and then I saw there is a Lodge Outlet store across from Concord Mills Mall, so there I go. I expected prices to be a little higher as normal with most outlet stores but here the prices were 50-70% more than Walmart or Sams. However the selection was outstanding. Staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very eager to help. Besides the prices, the other problem I will make note of is access. The store does have parking around it but if get more than what you can carry and have to use a buggy, all the doors are manual and difficult to get in and out of. There are also no curb access for carts except at the handicapped parking. Over all, pricey and difficult to maneuver with buggy.

Between Shannon and the store manager, I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. This is the only place you should look if you want to buy a Big Green Egg grill. Cant say enough good things about this store.

I heard an ad on the radio stating they were having a big event and sale. Giving away a pan to each customer, free hot dogs and drawings. I drive from South Rockhill SC and find out they dont have hotdogs because they stopped serving them. The pan is not free unless you spend $25 which was not mentioned at all and everything was way overpriced. You fooled me into spending $10 worth of gas for a great big nothing. Wont be back!

Fantastic service

First visit and it was great. Deffently will return in the future. In the back right corner they have marked down cast iron with small comedic defects. I purchased a grill pan and the only possible issue I see is the pan seansoning color is slightly off on one side.

If you are into cast iron this is the place.

Im gonna have to remodel my kitchen before I go back there.
