I asked for a refund because services were incomplete . Came back with damages on the new parts we installed prior to them receiving . Tyrone Steele of kustom inc was the painter . I had to pay for the parts damaged and horrible spray can painted the paint services and parts cost us an extra excess of $1100. To fix and satisfy the insurance claim for our customer . We are still waiting on refund of the services recieved and the parts we had to re purchase hood fender fog bezels and inserts. We have not recieved cordial communication or payment after being promised a refund back in early July . Have all pics reciepts and have been patient but have not settled our claim or honored the refund agreed to. These last few months we have been patient and do not suggest anyone pay upfront for service let them complete it first or don’t take it at all. Very disappointed at the whole situation and still extended a olive branch and continued request to settle outside of court but with no relief we don’t want anyone being handled in such a way . We are for our customers and our people and don’t feel that was reciprocated at all. I hope this can be settled soon and without further legal action as it’s been 60days and no recourse. Choose another company for your personal and business especially insurance claims we were at a loss and if we had exemplified the same service and distasteful business practice we would not be in business for 10years let alone one . Definitely a learning experience that we hope to never experience again. Be very careful.
