When I went to pick up my car, they did a quick walk thru with me, pointing out the work that had been as we went through the invoice. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Briggs collision. I had gone to several body shops the morning I dropped my car off at Briggs. Each place I stopped for an estimate I left feeling unsure and didn’t have any warm and fuzzy vibes about the car I just purchased three months ago.The minute I walked into Briggs the staff were so welcoming. I immediately felt a sense of trust and satisfaction when the owner walked with me out to the car and truly evaluated my vehicle and the damage. He was informative and honest, which is the most important part.The first day my car was at the business, my insurance company was notifying me of their exchanges with Briggs. They got a jump start on my car and kept me updated every step of the way.I had communication with Briggs almost every day that they had possession of my vehicle. It was expected to be complete 10 business days after drop off. Not only was it done early, but they washed the car and made it look brand new before I picked it up. The gentleman that went over the repairs had exceptional customer service and was able to provide us with lots of information.I found out about Briggs Collision through google reviews as I am new to the area and I will continue to use them in the future and refer any and everyone to them. Receive car on August 4th, did not even look at the car until August 10th. Estimate time of completion was August 19th. My car is still not finish, the job was only a 5 day process but now it is going on 4 weeks. Poor communication only time I hear from the shop is if I call. Keep getting we will call you back but never hear back from the company.

They have repaired two of my SUVs for insurance claims. Excellent work. My vehicles looked new upon completion. The staff is very nice and very professional. They keep you updated every step of the way during your repair. They work directly with Enterprise rental car. Very easy process between Briggs, Enterprise and Nationwide. They are working on vehicle number 3 due to a insurance claim. We are confident they will do a great job.

Great body shop! Helped fix a dent in my door. I got 3 quotes from different body shops and Briggs was the cheapest and then came in just under their original estimate. Would absolutely use them again in the future!

I had a collision on my door and front tire was crushed in . The repair was delayed and need to rent car for longer duration. And the newly placed door makes noise whenever I close it. My insurance paid 1000s in dollars for repair. but after repair tires makes noise whenever i turn the steering around. and took it back for repair, the owner repaired it in 5 min ( never saw wheel alignment done in 5 min ) . After 2 days again my tire steering makes noise . I were needed to change all my four tires at 18000 miles because of the wheel alignment screwed badly. it costed me 1200 for all the tires and wheel alignment. He got business in 1000s of dollars in return i got back a car with bad repair and worst wheel alignment ( which generally costs around 90$ ) . If they cant do wheel alignment well not sure what they well. Regretting my decision to trust these guys .

We can all agree, the year 2020 there hasnt been any bright spots.I was in TWO vehicle accidents. One in January (as the victim) and one in June (as the unfortunate cause of one). Which comes with its own drama and trauma.When it came to getting my vehicle fixed, I had six shops to choose from and out of the six shops, the one that stood out was Briggs Collision.I only knew of them by their location and the tv ads they ran for a while.They were an approved vendor according to my insurance, so I took my vehicle to them.I have a 2007 Toyota Camry LE (V6), that had front passenger side bumper & fender damage from my accident. Combine that and the fact its a 13 year old car, needless to say it has seen better days.After I got my vehicle back?I was more-than-happy with their work!Not only was it fixed, they went Above and Beyond in making it look almost Brand New again!The Headlamps were badly faded. So bad, that I could barely see the road at night unless I used my high beams?They restored my headlamps to crystal clarity again!Since the passenger side front fender had to be replaced, they didnt have to, BUT! They restored the pin striping on my vehicle because it was badly faded, to match the new fender!They even went as far as washing the entire vehicle and even adding a little shine to my wheels & tires!When I got my car back, I had to stand still and marvel at the fact my vehicle looked EVEN BETTER than the day I bought it!I can say thanks enough to Brad Briggs and his crew, for taking care of my ride and being a Bright Spot to me in this crazy year!I think they definitely went beyond my expectations and then some!Ill pay better attention on the roads from now on, BUT!If I need their services or anyone else in need of a body shop?I absolutely WILL RECOMMEND and take my business to them!

I took my car to Briggs and had some damages repaired the job they did is 2nd to none The customer service was awesome keep me posted and up to date the answered all of my questions im extremely satisfied the work that they did I got my car back two Days Later then the estimated time which is why its called an estimate no complaints there on top of it I was not expecting for them to completely detail the inside and outside of the vehicle upon picking it up I would absolutely 100% recommend briggs to anybody needing some repairs done to your vehicle

Went for a quote today on a fender bender. Met with Scott who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain in detail costs of the estimate and reasoning behind the quote. Felt he was honest and took pride in the work they do there. Seems like a solid place, ethically, professionally. Will have my work done there and it will be my go to body shop if needed again in the future (though Im hoping we wont need them).

Had my truck repaired there, it came back with buttons missing to adjust the mirrors, mismatched triangle. Now a year later all the paint has peeled off the wheel arches and trim line and the trim peaked off. Awful work and customer service. Will never use them again

From the first day I came to Briggs I was impressed. They were recommended to me but I honestly wasnt sure if theyd be able to help me because I drive an older model Volvo. I checked the reviews online & decided to give them a try. The receptionist Ashley was the first person I met & she was great. Knowledgeable, helpful & very friendly. I saw her help others & she was helpful & quick with them too. She called Scott who I was told to see. He went with me to check out my car & was very honest about what it would take to repair my vehicle after the accident. From that day forward Scott stayed in touch with me making sure I was aware of everything that was happening. He even drove an hour away to p/u a couple items for my car. I recd a call from one of the owners & he too was great. I have my vehicle & Im so glad they were recommended to me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their vehicle.

Took my 2009 Honda Civic in for some front end work caused by grounding out on speed bumps. I was expecting them to replace the bumper, but to my delight they were able to put it back together, add some new parts...and good as new. Plus, I didnt even recognize my car when I picked up. Whenever I need auto body work on my car, I go to Briggs. I have remarkable experiences at both locations. The staff is friendly, organized and they never make you question whether you should take your car somewhere else. Their quotes have just enough detail and are easy to understand. The GM, Scott, who I enjoy working with, always reviews everything with me. The job is always completed on time. Communication is the best Ive ever seen. Both locations are kept nice and clean. A garage door fell on top of my SUV and damaged the spoiler, Briggs worked with my insurance to get it fixed, they were easy to work with, kept me informed throughout the process, and did a nice job on the repair. Would recommend.

My 2018 F150 was involved in an accident a few weeks after I purchased it. The accident resulted in the need for a new passenger side door. I had Briggs do the repair work. The day I picked the truck up, the paint color matched well but the finish quality on the new door was not of the quality it should’ve been. The door had enough orange peel in the paint that the reflection was “fuzzy” in appearance. I brought this to Briggs attention as asked them to wet sand the door and then buff it to get a better finish. Briggs commented they could get it to the quality it needed with only buffing. I expressed my doubts but said give it a try.Briggs indicated they buffed the door and it was ready. The repaired door still did not match the surrounding panels in finish quality. I took the truck back a second time and again asked for them to wet sand and buff the door once again, however, Chad was more interested in telling me why the door didn’t need sanding rather than trying to correct the issue. He assured me they could fix the paint with another buffing. Interestingly, he even agreed there was an obvious difference in the finish of the door and the surrounding panels.I picked the truck up and once again the door looks no better. There was rubbing compound and wax slung all over the surrounding panels and rubber trim and even on the glass. There was was along the door jambs. All of this should have been cleaned up.If my truck was several years old or high mileage I might let it go, but the truck had less than 1500 miles on it when the door was replaced. I worked in a body shop for several years and we never would have let a customer’s vehicle go out the door with such a notable flaw. I gave Briggs multiple chances to make this right. So in spite of the claim of a “lifetime guarantee on their work and the promise to make the customer happy”, Briggs it seems is not interested in either.I took my truck to another shop and the owner without prompting after looking at my truck asked if I was there about the passenger door. It was obvious even to someone with no knowledge of the prior repairs there is an issue with the finish. I will now have to pay to have my door completely reworked to get a repair job the is acceptable.

We took our 2012 Toyota Highlander in for repair. It was damaged from the front bumper to the back door. The experience was great and seamless. Chad and his team worked with the insurance company which made my life easy. Repairs were done on time and the follow up was great.

The estimate was lower than any other company. The staff was very friendly and communicative. The vehicle looked amazing and you’d never know that it had been repaired. The vehicle was cleaner upon pickup than when I dropped it off.

He took time out of his busy schedule to go over everything with me and made it his personal task to call me throughout the process and to make what was an inconvenient situation a pleasurable one. This place is a nightmare. They acted really nice at fist and they were really quick which is what I wanted because I didnt need to get a rental. But I didnt get a repaired vehicle either which is why I was there in the first place. the I originally needed a new front axle, alignment and two new front tires. Right away I noticed that the tires were wearing on outside so I brought it back to the shop. I was told that I need a new wheel. Almost a month later string/ wire was showing. Two tire places told me that my wheels are fine, I just need an alignment. I didnt think I should have to pay someone else for an alignment so I came back to Briggs and he said that I need a suspension and I dont understand why it wasnt addressed with the original repair because which would have made sense and I am thinking how do I even trust that this is the case. I told him I expected the vehicle to be fixed and thats why I brought it there. I dont expect to have brand new tires put on a vehicle only to buy them again in a month. I walked out and he followed me out and said dont slam the door even though the door didnt slam (He was right behind me and I believe it has shocks on it to prevent slamming lol) As I was walking out, he told me not to bring my car back on his lot, as if I would want to.

Horrible services...truck was not finished on time (week delay). Inside completely dusty, personal items missing, back door handle is broke (wasn’t even part of the repair), sensors not working and all of a sudden battery is dead! Take your car elsewhere.

I never leave reviews but when I picked up my Jetta just now from Briggs I was shocked at how well they took care of it! It came in needing a new front bumper due to someone backing into me and they detailed the entire car! I mean really, it hasn’t looked this good since I purchased it! Not to mention the awesome customer service I received! They kept me updated on everything that was going on during the process. I’ll definitely be bringing in my Audi for work as well and referring everybody I know to Briggs!

Took my Dodge Ram 1500 to shop because I had a water leaking from my headliner when it rained hard. They kept my truck for 4 hrs and told me that they water tested the windshield area and it was fine. That they felt sure it was coming from the 3rd brake light since Dodge had had issues with that in the past. Briggs had to call my warranty company to get done but never did even though I called for 3 weeks and was always told that I would get a call back. Finally I had to take it to someone else and found out after they took the headliner down that the leak was actually coming form the front windshield. Not to professional and upset. I had 30 days from the date I purhased the vehicle to have everything covered on the vehicle. I had it to Briggs within that time frame now Its over and Im stuck. I would not do business there again. Dont thing they really wanted to help me.

They put a used bumper on my car and I definitely did NOT authorize that. The paint job started to peel and they would not fix it. I had the car repainted at another shop and was told about the used part that was put on my car. I would definitely steer clear of this place.

Ive used Briggs for all my body shop needs since 2001. Ive never thought about using another shop. Their staff is excellent and their follow up is as well. The quality of their work is also excellent.

Brad and Chad claimed to not be Mustang experts but from the work they performed on my car you’d have thought they wrote the book on S197’sBriggs painted and installed SHR flush mount louvers on my 2008 Bullitt as well as lowering springs, lower control arms, adjustable pan hard bar, camber bolts, and relocation brackets. The paint job on the louvers was pristine and matched the original paint perfectly. There was no wind noise or water leakage whatsoever. I waited a while after the suspension install to write this review just to be sure everything was correct and stable and a month later I’m just as pleased with the performance as I was the first week.

Brought my car in for a comprehensive claim and they were attentive and quick to respond. He assured me that the car would be ready for a show. They had the car beyond what they said. He claimed because they wanted to put new filters in the paint room. Once he got paid, he did not return calls and I had to hunt him down. I found imperfections in the paint which he said was dirt. New filters but there was dirt, now even finding that the shade they painted is darker than the Rally Yellow, as well as a scratch on the trunk. They Stink! If my insurance doesnt make it right then a lawyer will.

Wish I could give them zero stars absolutely horrible service, communication was horrible also not only that but a two day job turned into a 3 day shop it was a simple bumper replacement dropped it off Monday at 8am not once did they update on the status of my truck, called them Tuesday around lunch time and they told me my truck would be ready that evening then four hours later they called to tell it wouldt be ready until Wednesday when i had specifically told them I needed my truck by the end of Tuesday since I had another appointment for it Wednesday morning. They lied to me and the insurance company. DO NOT USE THEM!

Updated 5.32.16-I have had 5 collisions in less then 2 years. All at the hand of other drivers. 2011 Accord X2, Rental van hit in parking lot, 2007 Ridgeline, and most recently 2016 MONTH OLD Sonata. All repairs were first class. My Ridgeline was rear ended a week before Christmas and pretty much needed the entire rear replaced. It is flawless. Tailgate functions perfect and the parts that mate to the old body are seamless. Brad and Chad were very good at communicating the progress. My last incident was a replacement for the rear bumper from a small collision from an old lady. The replacement bumper looks great and again Brad, Charlotte and Michelle, were awesome to work with. I love the local feel of this place and that they care about their work. However, I really hope to not see them again unless its on the golf course!Very easy to deal with. The owners are readily available. Even insurance claims are reasonably priced. I am used to insurance claims being inflated in the medical industry I work in, but did not see that at Briggs. It is refreshing to know that they dont take advantage of people. Briggs has worked on my Accord, my neighbors F250 twice and my neighbors Camaro. Their attention to detail in even blending pin striping is impressive. My Accord is back in there now from another unfortunate collision. They will continue to get my business if I ever need it again, and I highly recommend.
