Gabe and staff were excellent to work with. I went to 3 other Body shops for a quote; Gerber had it back within 24 hours. The other 3 I went to, 2 of them its been almost 2 months I still do not have a quote even after several phone calls, the one quote I got was outrageous and dishonest. They handled everything with the insurance company, quote payment, and rental car. I just had to drop my car off and they did the rest. Car came out perfect. I used Gerber Collision & Glass after my car was damaged in a hail storm. It had over 1,000 dings in it and was a mess! I have car insurance with USAA & Gerber Collision is one of their preferred providers. I spoke with Gabe and he was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had my car for about 4 weeks, but told me it would take about that long- the damage came to over $10,000! The car looks perfect, better than new, everything works on it as it should- ie the windshield wipers, as windshield had to be replaced.I’m very happy with the job they did. The paint was perfectly matched, there are absolutely no dents anywhere, Gabe was a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them!

Having taking my vehicle to this Gerber location I have received the best treatment and service. The manager Gary is very professional and outstanding to work with. He came out went over with me concerning my vehicle, he went in right away did a very quick response of an estimate, printed it out gave me a copy right away, awesome. Right from the receptionist Shena I believe was very kind and professional also. When I have a issue with my vehicles I will always take them here to get the best service and price. Great shop. I hate to say it, but were a repeat customer!This was a self-pay (non-insurance) repair and they worked with us to keep costs down. Found some good used parts, made them like new. Got the color match near perfect, and the paint job is beautiful.The painter is a master. Everybody there is great. Susan, Keith, Gary, and in particular, Sean Dillon.

I recently had my car repaired for a second time with Gerber Collision & Glass. My vehicle was unfortunately hit while parked a week before I was supposed to move cross country to CA. Susan along with the estimator were extremely helpful. They made it a point to fit me in and got my vehicle fixed in a few short days so that I was able to leave on time. I will be recommending Gerber to friends & family in the Charlotte area!

Gerber turned a really awful experience of getting into a car accident into an extremely great outcome. They even helped me work through issues with my insurance company. My car looks better than when I first bought it! They gave constant updates on the repair as it did have extensive damage and needed to stay in the shop for a while. They are very detailed in their work and the paint job looks AMAZING! Everyone there is so incredibly friendly and really cares about the work that they do. I would absolutely recommend anyone come here to get repairs or cosmetic work done!

This past Thursday, I was involved in a car accident and I knew who to take my vehicle to. This is my second time taking my car to Gerber and I knew they would be great. My car is still currently in the shop but Im amazed with the service. I got to the shop the same day of the accident and Jerry looked at my car and took my car right in and my insurance worked with them and got me a rental in less than 10 minutes. The receptionist Susan was professional and very helpful. Cant wait to see my car next Monday!!! Thank you Gerber

Insurance sent us here after we had damage done to our car. They did a fantastic job! Cant tell it was ever hit. They are probably a bit pricey if you are paying out of pocket, but otherwise I cant complain since the deductible covered everything.

Very good place. They do not have some annoying customer service hotline that keeps calling you. Very nice service and they remember who you are. I will not go anywhere else if I need any more work. My Ford Expedition is looking great after that tree fell on it!

The work looked great. It was like new when I got my car back. Susan at the front desk was extremely helpful throughout the whole process!

Front staff is very organized and responsive. They are very good at follow up and arranging alternate transpiration. Same day drop off and pickup for cosmetic issues.

I was very happy with all the work they did on my black beauty.. OMG even gave him a bath and a vacuum out .Everyone was so nice and kept me posted and updated ..

Body work was great, color didnt match.After 3 visits, getting my insurance adjuster, Gerbers quality control and PPGs representative involved, they were able to get the paint right. The shop manager said the first and second attempt was as close as they could get and it was acceptable work and that the color shift was due to new clear coat.First attempt - Color was wrong, didnt do some of the work that was promised.Second attempt - They finished the work that was promised and ignored my comments on it being the wrong color. They attempted to blend the incorrect color further down the side of the car instead of acknowledging it was the wrong shade.Third attempt - With backing from my insurance company and Gerbers QC rep they requested assistance from PPG (paint manufacturer) to get the correct color. PPG and my insurance adjuster was able to validate my complaint of the incorrect color. They found a solution and corrected the problem.My 2 Star review is because the car should have never been given back to me until it was thoroughly inspected and ready. When I did complain I was told thats the closest we can get and its because of the new clear coat With persistence I was able to get an acceptable resolution. I shouldnt have had to be so persistent.

Just the place they’re awesome

Did a great job on my car but when complications came up that may be related to the service I was told that I would have to bring my car to a dealership and if the issues were caused by work done by Gerber they could cover the bill.

Best place for body repairs

They will not back up the work they do. Had my camper shell painted their a few years back, Paint is knoe falling off, took to them & they said it was a paint issue & the Paint company would fix it under warranty. Gave them my number & they never called back. I called them over 5 times & finally they said they could not do the work.
