I stopped by the Banning location and they are no longer there. All signage and logos removed. No information of new location or anything in regards to contact info.I tried calling (automated answering system)and tried reaching Customer Service and was placed on hold for 15min plus. Tried again, but this time trying Sales....no answer after a long wait on hold with no answerIm giving Poison Spyder a 5 star because they make quality products.Just puzzled on what happened to this location.

These folks are great. I walked in to their facility half expecting to be turned away and advised to order my parts via their site. This did not happen, I was invited into their office space and was introduced to a fabrication specialist, who took the time to inspect my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee and advise me as to what parts I needed. Moving forward with my Jeep build I will only gear up with Poison Spyder products. I would encourage any Jeep owner to stop in and see what they can do for you.

No dock but can unload in parking area. Fast unloading. Enough space for 53ft trailers to get unloaded with pallet jack.

Bought a sport cage for my Jeep and it was at my house in 4 days. Amazing customer service.

My card information was stolen when I made purchase on their website. Staff was mostly professional, but did hint that it was not their fault nor problem. Thankfully, the bank flagged the fraudulent transactions and automatically canceled the card. So, buyer beware, their system might be compromised.
