Very very poor customer service I’m here in Georgia purchase the battery and had a transferred to store 2850 and they’re telling me that my daughter cannot get the battery and the store manager here in Georgia has called them I will be reporting 2850 and the store manager to headquarters for hanging up in my face and being very disrespectful towards me am I daughter I am a commercial account I have been dealing with AutoZone for over 10 years and I respect more courteous

Great place to get ur autoparts

Parking was easy, not alot of people there. Very clean inside store. Store associate helped me find the things i needed for my audi. Sighed up for rewards as well. Mask still required EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED. Paid with card, and left.

I have good experiences with autozone stores with the exemption of this one, went to get paint to touch up a bumper, got there less than an hour after it was open, four employees, one doing the job right, assisting a valued customer, two having a totally out of work conversation, the third employee on the phone, it might had been work related based on her tone of voice and formal verbal language, As I walked in, since I was the only customer at that time I said, “ good morning everyone, welcome to auto zone”, that did call their attention but maybe I should have not said that, I continue to area where paint is, no one bother to offer any assistance, being that the paint is cage locked, I walk to front service area, and continue to be ignored. At that time I felt embarrassed and disappointed at the auto zone. I did call district manager and was very prompt to call me back, which that made a difference. If anyone read this review, thank you for that, and note that some retailers are being successful on self checkout stations is because we customers are tired of this type of service, and rather deal with a machine than dealing with people that have zero people’s skills to provide a decent service.

I came in and theres no one waiting in line so I stood in line. The new guy and this female manager just walking back and forth without saying anything to me. Then when I asked for help they looked at me and ignored me. Guess if your not mexican then they really dont care to help.

Bought a 2004 VW beetle....and... either I get the wrong parts or they dont have it...theres an autozone on every other corner...but, the prices are High and the parts are always needing to be ordered . I can go on Amazon and do the same thing.

Unbelievable I called this place just for a question about an oil filterThey picked up but they left me waiting for almost 30 minutes this is not acceptable the manager has to do something about this problem

Great customer service helped me find locks for my New Hyundai Veloster....super excited! The TECHNICIAN could have pointed their over there..but he looked up my car to sell me the proper size for my car and showed me a variety of locks. I really appreciated that. Great job! :-)

Store is well maintained Ive been a few times in this location and for once i can say that the employees have enough knowledge with their product and best part they know what they are selling. Downfall they ask for the vehicles info more than twice i guess it could be an attention disorder but other than that i like it

Almost always have the parts that I need. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Free battery system checks, Loaner tools and used oil disposal, which is great for the environment.

Good service

I went to this Auto Zone with the plan of spending my $20 from my Auto Zone reward card. But it was really uncomfortable looking for stuff when you have the Auto Zone employees just watching you like if i was going to steal something. They should worry about helping the people in line waiting to pay or need help with a part instead of worrying of the customer that they are there just to see what they want to buy. That was my first and last time going to this Auto Zone.

Good people working there. Their store is well stocked. Love going there.

Every time I come to this autozone there is always an issue.Employees gives customers with an exchange the hardest time ever but the people walking out with merchandise no issues at all Im surprised employees are not offering a bag to carry all the stolen goods

When you bring your battery if its not there brand that they carry they will try to sale you one. But if you bring them the battery that you bought from them most likely they will charge it before exchange, please respect the warranty. If the customer want to exchange the battery while the warranty is not expired just change it.
