Great customer service! Reliable beds made in the USA for an amazing price!

I wouldnt buy anything else with this company after I spend 3000 dollars and call them that something wrong with mattress they send a company that they use just to wait to be told that there is nothing wrong with it

We had been mattress shopping for a while, checking all the reviews. During this crazy time we are unable to test mattresses and so we were nervous to buy anything. We took a chance and tried the Mack in a Box. We are in love with our mattress. We purchased the 10 Hybrid Luxury Firm and have been so happy. Not only were our products (purchased a frame and pillows) amazing but the customer service was incredible. Super friendly and responsive with questions. I cannot recommend them enough. We recently purchased another mattress for our son. I dont think we will look anywhere else for our needs.

I called this location to see if they had what we were looking for after we did not find it at the Polaris location and the gentleman confirmed he had it. Maybe 10 mins later I get a phone call I don’t recognize and I send it to voicemail and it was the sale man calling to tell me that he called the Polaris location to confirm that we were all on the same page and in fact, the mattress he had was not it! I was extremely impressed with his customer service, he went above and beyond. We ended up going and she liked something else.

I purchased my mattress from this location, almost exactly one year ago. Its held up great, and is still super comfortable. This place really is the best. You wont find a better price anywhere. The trick is, theyre selling remainder items. So there is great stuff here that either didnt sell through, was on display, has a smudge, etc., but is totally fine and serviceable. This is my second purchase from two different locations, and in both situations the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and straightforward.

Have had my mattress for 90 days about. Still super happy with my purchase from Mack Mattress Outlet. Being able to check out all the scratch and dent ones before buying was nice. This allowed me to make a good decision and also save a lot on buying a new mattress.The delivery was great as well. The dispatch office gave me calls to schedule it and also let me know when they would be on the way. They arrived during the time frame they promised.Overall a great experience working with Mack Mattress Outlet when it came time for me to buy a new mattress.

Nice place to buy a mattress and at a good price i told the guy what i needed and he told me what he recommend and he was right i was satisfied and the people there are helpful and friendly i would recommend any one looking for a mattress to go there and check them out

I found a Sterns & Foster latex bed I really liked at a department store in Easton on sale for $2300. I found the same mattress at Mack Mattress outlet for $350.00! The $350.00 mattress has a black scuff mark on the side that doesnt affect the quality. It wouldnt clean with upholstery cleaner, but who cares, its covered with a fitted sheet anyhow. Saving $1950.00 was definitely nice!

Very knowledgeable sales staff; was dreading this purchase and it turned out we only had to try two beds until we found the perfect fit - a better record than Goldilocks! Next day delivery and the price was half what we would have paid at a major chain retailer.

We bought a rather expensive mattress set from this shop. It disintegrated in 10 years. I do not know if they are intentionally making all mattresses to fall apart now, or if the product bought from this store was inferior. I am disappointed in the product, but not in the service. Staff is especially helpful and hard working, just the product was junk.

We bought a king mattress and boxes. After 6 months, there were dips in the mattress way beyond the 1.5 inch allowance for the ten year warranty. After two years and three mattresses, we gave up. Sure, with warranty we could have gotten a new mattress every 6 months, but it is not worth the hassle.
