Please dont go here. Like most salesman they are great,nice friendly but the moment you buy they nolonger care. I recently picked up my furniture on 03/25/21 I have been trying to reach Mr.Tim. I finally got in touch with him today on 4/05/2021. I explained to him my issue and my concern abouts the fact that my couch cushion is always moving and sliding the moment you sit down. Also my pillows to my couch has the stuff that is supposed to be inside coming out. He didnt even address that part. But told me I should buy some stuff to keep my couch in place because due to the material it is likely to move and slide. For me to be paying 900 for a sectional I shouldnt have to go buy anything for my sectional to be in place. He was like well theres nothing we can do on our end. I said I cant just swap it out with something else (same value) his exact response was I will be charged 25% of the 900 on top of the price for the new furniture I get. Lol not 25 dollars but 25% of furniture that I have had for almost 2 weeks. Very very ridiculous. I will NEVER EVER shop here again.

I wish we had the same experiences like some of the others reviewers. We walked in prior to closing because the door was OPEN and the OPEN sign was still on. Instead of providing quality customer service, we were told that they were closed.

I had a very pleasant experience. In the store I got help looking for what I was interested in and didn’t felt like I was being pressured to buy stuff I didn’t want. The delivery was very efficient and professional they delivered and set up the furniture for me they were very clean as well. They cleaned up afterwards and was very friendly. Will be going again if I buy more furniture.

This is a place you go to get $2000 furniture for $1500. It is not a place to walk into with $200 hoping to buy someones old beat up couch.

I found something decent, but had to take the floor model.

Very cheap got a top of the line king size matress for $400 which was pricing close to 600 on amazon and the matress came with two free pillows

Unfortunately our experience did not match the typical review on here. We purchased over 10 mattresses and boxes from Tim at the S Hamilton location, as well as a few couches and kitchen sets. The couches were cheaply made and broke within months, as well as the kitchen chairs (literally all of them broke in the same way). I contacted Tim to see what our options were, which was a challenge to even get him on the phone. He asked me to send him photo’s which I did. After a month without even a response, I stopped in, he informed me “Oh, I didnt click the send button” when I responded. When all was said and done I was told none of the furniture was covered by the “warranty” and we brought our business else where. Save yourself a lot of time and money and shop ANYWHERE else.

When I walked into the store I was promptly and warmly greeted. The customer service was excellent! There is a great selection of furniture and delivery was hassle free. Steve and Tony delivered my furniture and they were great. They helped me out and hauled my old furniture away and got my new items set up very quickly! If you want excellent and quick service then you need to go to Discount Furniture and Mattress. I will be going back for any furniture needs in the future.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The gentleman that works their is very helpful and knowledgable. He has the best customer services I could ever ask for. He spent time with my husband and I and made sure we took our time and got what we really wanted. He was all by himself working and had multiple customers was calm and collective and just made it happen. I felt confident in my purchase and so did my husband. Not impressed with this place. Looked run down and ill kept, needs major work to look like a store rather than a rundown garage. None of the furniture I saw was anything I would take if it was given to me. Sorry I stopped here.

I received furniture a couple weeks ago late on review. However delivery and set up was fast. Steve and Tony were great guys. Furniture for my Grandparents who just moved here, super customer service my grandfather had fishing questions and Steve was quick to offer some locations. Its always the little things that leave an impression.

I had my furniture delivered today from the Hamilton rd location and the two guys that delivered it were super helpful and friendly. They even helped me figure out where I should place everything and gave me advice on a couple things.
