Had an amazing service as soon as I called them they got a technician to come to my place and the technician had experience and knew what he was doing and got right away to work and got it fixed in mins and didn’t charge too much

We highly recommend Door Depot. Our garage door was cracking down the center and desperately needed to be replaced. We got several quotes for new insulated carriage house door. Door depot was less than half the price for the exact same door. I dont think anyone can beat their prices. Best price and amazing quality! Why would anyone want to pay more than double the price for a equality door? Todd did a great job installing our new door and was very professional. We will definitely use Door Depot for all of our garage door needs.

We had the best experience replacing our garage doors & getting new lifts through Door Depot. Everyone we worked with was great, professional, and knowledgable! We were rather picky about color/style & they were able to do it all & very quickly! 🚗

What a great company!!! Scott came on time and walked us through all of the options. He didn’t try to “sell” us anything. He was honest and knowledgeable and suggested options that would match our house. He scheduled our install immediately and followed up after install to make sure everything was perfect and to our liking. I highly recommend this company for any and all of your garage door needs!!!

Would highly recommend! Had them out twice and the second time was because the door was broken and could not even get the car out of the garage. Called them just after 8 am and they were there within the hour. Replaced the faulty spring and completed the job before 10am. Employee that arrived was personable and explained the issue quickly. As others have said did not try to sell you anything other than what was broken.Great company.

Called early on a Tuesday afternoon and they were at my house with the repair completed before 3:00. Very friendly technician who was clearly very experienced. Charged a fair price for excellent service and I 100% recommend and would use this company again for any needed repairs.

I just had my garage door replaced by Door Depot. I cant say enough great things about the quality of their service, from scheduling to installation and everything in between. The costs associated with the installation was the most competitive (by far) after comparing multiple quotes from other companies in the Columbus, OH area. Their installer was a very friendly guy, took the time to go over every detail, and worked in-and-out very efficiently. If you are looking for a new garage door, highly consider Door Depot.

I contacted Scott Crecelius at Door Depot to replace two single car garage doors and openers. After a few quotes, we decided on Door Depot. Scheduling was fine and installation seemed fine also. Unfortunately, it was all overshadowed by the fact that there are small paint chips ALL over the door panels, mostly edges. See the picture. So it was a big enough deal to call Scott and ask to have it fixed. He said he would be out to touch up all scratches. Well, he didnt come out when my wife called. Then I called. He told me he would come out. But he didnt. Now he simply wont answer my phone calls. A fine install was completely soured by poor customer service and empty promises to fix something so simple!

Cant say enough good things about Columbus Door Depot. I called them at 8:30 a.m. and they were at my door by 11:30 a.m. to fix my garage door. Professional, fast and affordable. They have it all. Thank you, Door Depot!

I called them to come out to fix my garage door because my neighbors garage door opener opens mines... the tech told me what I needed to do to fix it and then he...the tech that came out told me that it was easy to fix... I tried his recommendation and it didn’t work so I called them back.... The guy that answer the phone was nasty with me and said you do not want to pay go find somebody else and hung up in my ear.... if they would’ve requested the pay I would have paid them but the tech never said that I had to pay before he left he gave me an option to fix it myself and told me that they should’ve told me that over the phone... if I can give zero stars I would....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They could have told me that there will be an extra charge for the tec to come back out

We needed a replacement garage door. Scott came out for an estimate the same day I contacted them, and was able to have the new door installed two days later! Quick, efficient, and very cost effective. Would highly recommend this company.

We got a great, high-quality door from Door Depot. Installation was perfect and it looks great! Working with Scott was so easy. They also installed an opener on an overhead door in our barn. Which automatically locks when it closes. We could not be happier!

I had a new garage door opener installed in January when I moved into my house. Scott was great calling me back promptly and offered a competitive price. Their tech, Wu, came out on a Saturday morning and was professional and efficient.Im writing this review 5 months later because I had an issue with my opener that I believed to be a faulty sensor. Scott helped coordinate with me and had Wu meet me at my house at 7am. The issue was diagnosed as a wiring/faulty sensor issue. This service call cost me $0. It is clear Door Depot stands by their service. I cannot recommend them enough. If/when I need a new garage door or opener I will be calling Door Depot.Bravo, Door Depot, Bravo.

Absolutely the best! They fixed the spring on a 10 year old garage door almost 1 year ago. Today.. (just shy of 1 year), a steel wire line got loose and the door wouldnt close. They came out and fixed it in 10 minutes! AWESOME service. Would DEFINITELY recommend!

These folks are wonderful! My old door opener fried in a power surge following power outage. I called three companies before reaching Door Depot - I needed to get to work and to resolve the problem (new opener). The owner (!) called right back, and Lu came out right away to get me out and scheduled an appointment that day to install a new opener. Dylan came out at noon and removed the old (track, sensors, buttons interior and exterior) and installed a whole new state of the art system for me! Wonderful service! And, I have a friend who has also experienced wonderful service from them. They do business the old-fashioned way!

Scott tried to help me troubleshoot in order to save me money before sending Leng out to help me. Leng came same day, called prior to his arrival, was friendly and knowledgeable. The price was certainly reasonable. I will definitely use them again if I need to. Everything seems to be working perfectly so far

A+!! was told by a competitor it would take $1,200 to repair my door or buy a new one for $1,500. Door Depot adjusted my spring...no parts needed and in less than 20 minutes the door was working fine...less than $100!!
