I would not recommend Integrity Garage Doors enough! My fiance and I are new home owners, and big DIYers at that! When our garage door would not open all the way, we self-diagnosed and ordered the part (logic control module) and tried to fix it ourselves. When we determined it did not solve the issue, we called Integrity. They requested a few pictures and showed up to our house within 20 minutes. 20 MINUTES!!! When they arrived, they quickly diagnosed the issue and created a solution. Being a first-time homebuyer, I had tons of questions. They explained it to my fiance and I in simplistic terms so we were able to understand. The guys were super funny too, which made a not-so enjoyable experience at least a little better :) Our garage door was back to new by the end of the day. They were even able to place our original logic control module back on so we could return the one we just purchased, saving us almost $100. If you need a quick, convenient, and an affordable repair, please give Integrity a call. You will not be disappointed!

Called him about our door not wanting to shut and Lee could hear it over phone and knew how to fix it and walked me through it over the phone and also could tell it was time for a new one by the sound. Also was very quick about getting us in to install a new opener. Very pleased and would recommend anyone needing repair or replace.

We had them replace two garage doors with track and system. Many options to choose from and each person we worked with, from sells to installment, was very professional and just nice people. The customer service was spot on when we had a slight issue with the sun messing with the eye beam. Called the company and within a day they had a plan to fix it. We built a new home and near the end, Integrity installed our new doors. Inadvertently, a very small spot of oil dripped on the new driveway. I hadnt noticed and at 7:30pm that same day, one of the crewmen came with a bucket of hot water and dish soap to clean off the small spot. I share this because we all wish people operated with care and integrity but most simply dont anymore. The product is great, the pricing was great, the follow up was great, and then this added service at the end that was unexpected speaks volumes. Highly recommend!

We called Integrity Garage Doors to repair what we thought was a broken cable. Turns out it was a broken spring. We appreciated the quick response and repair to the overhead door. Highly recommend them in the Columbus area!!

Lee did a great job on my recent garage door installation. He actually came over to put new seals on my existing 1993 uninsulated garage doors. He provided a quote for new, insulated garage doors and I couldn’t refuse! Great job on installation, very clean and courteous.

Integrity came out and converted our 2 old heavy sliding doors into a large single door. They were able to get it all done in a day and did a exceptional job. Highly recommend giving them a call for your garage door needs.

I had them come look at my door and they didn’t give me the run around they told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. They gave me different options on the best way to fix it also. All but one of our openers were working. (two doors, 6 openers). They showed up the same day we called. They were kind and personable. They systematically went through the openers on both doors and got each to work. Part of the problem was owner ignorance, but they didnt make me feel a bit stupid. With a recent snow fall and no heat due to a broken furnace, I topped our bad luck off with running into our garage door and knocking it off the frame. Integrity replaced a 30 year old garage door for us, along with everything attached. Showed up to do the work when promised, even pointed out a manufacturer defect on our door that we probably wouldn’t have even noticed. He was on the phone and emailing the manufacturer on site, working to get new panels ordered to replace them. Came back as soon as he got them and replaced them as promised. He was very fast to react to get on site for a quote the next day after my sshop was up. then was able to accommodate getting my doors on order soon after.He made sure I got the right door hardware and rail style for my building.While we had an issue with the sizing on one of the doors, due to a feature in the concrete. he was able to find a work around for the situation.At one point I did not like the location of the windows on the door and he move the panels to make it work. was very acomodating.Overall Im very happy with the end result and would recommend this company!
