This isn’t our first interaction with Deyo Doors, we’ve now used Deyo on three different houses. Our spring (builder grade cheap one) failed after 5 years. I called Deyo at 8:30 am and they were done and on their way out by 11am. New spring installed, everything checked and the tech even helped me setup our garage door keypad to open our second door as I wasn’t smart enough to figure it out. I won’t think twice before calling Deyo if/when we have any other garage needs and will happily continue to recommend to anyone needing some assistance.

He had a tech to my house within an hour. The tech, Jeremy, was courteous and knowledgeable. He looked at the issue, listened to my concern, and offered resolutions. He fixed most of the denting and the hinge on the spot. He never tried to sell me anything, and answered all of my questions. The price for the work done was straightforward and more than reasonable. Great experience with Deyo. Same day on time service call. Asked me what was wrong, listened to my description then suggested a solution. Tech repaired the unit (never suggested a replacement) then tuned up the door and replaced the outdoor remote opener at my request. I wont be using anyone else in the future.

The new door was fully explained and all of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I also spoke with Brian and he offered advise as to how to correct a small rubber seal gap on the garage floor. He said to call Deyo if the gap remains after a break in period. When I started having issues yesterday with the opener they spent twenty minutes on the phone with me patiently walking me through steps to reset the opener and resolve the issue free of charge. Jeremy was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond in replacing our garage door opener motor. He even hid the wires in the attic space above the garage (which is a nice touch)!The door has never been quieter, and we can even put the door up or down on our iPhone. Had 2 doors installed in Dec. 2019. Initial visit to make sure right size doors were ordered went smooth. After doors were installed we found numerous old screws and nuts throughout the garage floor and even a old track roller in our front yard next to the driveway! Ive called numerous times because one door clanks when it opens and was told the noise is due to cold weather or the lady would say she is sending a service guy out as he will be in the area but no one ever shows up. Will not reccomend this company!

Deyo installed two doors recently, and we couldnt be happier with the results or the value. Not to say that everything was smooth off the bat - there were a couple minor issues but they were resolved promptly and fully. Overall, Deyo exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

I have attempted to work with this company twice. The first time I contacted them I asked for an estimate. They came out gave me a price to repair one door. They suggested I get doors fixed. I advised I couldnt afford both at one time. I asked for a Saturday appointment. The guy said he would have them contact me to do so. I never heard from them again.Two months later the second door broke. I called them again and advised I needed someone out there immediately because the door wouldnt shut and this was an entrance to my home. The lady on the phone appeared to take this seriously. She called me back and assures someone would come out that same evening. I never heard from them again and no one showed up. Luckily, my neighbor was able to force the door shut. Now I have two doors I cant open. My familys safety was obviously not a concern to them. I would never recommend this company to anyone.I have never been more disgusted with a companys work ethic.I will be sure to find a company that cares about their reputation and their customers safety.

Terrible - the lady answering and ordering is incompetent, either dishonest or horrible at her job. I talked to the owner mid November, was told it would take 2 weeks to get a new door - January 22, still no door, no status calls, it takes 3 or 4 days to get a call back - I requested nicely several times to talk to the owner, nothing! Yesterday was the last straw, please have the owner call me by the end of the day to discuss or I will write a bad review (I have never done this before) no call back. As a small business owner myself, I am sure there are other garage door companies who want your business. Absurd how bad the customer service was and how patient we were. Please do yourself a favor and pick any company but this one!

Took time off work for a scheduled appointment....no phone call or email or text. Original install was rescheduled two times. Promises are made, but no follow through. Do not waste your time with them.!!!

I do not recommend Deyo. I called them to come out to replace the cable on my garage door. After some trouble actually getting to speak with someone to schedule the visit. I took a day off work to be there for them to come out but they never showed up and then wouldnt answer when I tried to call them. Even before this experience the one other time I dealt with them was when home depot sent them to install a new motor and that experience was terrible.I ended up calling Apex Doors and they came out same day and had the door fixed within half an hour.

Quick, efficient, knowledgeable.

Late last year we had an issue with our garage door not opening and closing. We contacted Brian at Deyo Doors and he sent out Jeremy to fix the problem. He arrived on time and quickly took care of the problem. He also noticed that our door was making a noise when he was testing it and with out asking took care of this issue as well. We were completely satisfied with the service and have recommended Deyo Doors to our neighbors.
