I love this store i go here for all my party needs. The staff is friendly and helpful and always help me with my party planning. The checkout process is fast and my balloon orders are always prepared just the way i want then. Thank you party city for being so amazing 😊

The girl that helped me today was extremely polite and friendly. Ive never had any issues here and Ive gone many times. There are rushes such as last minute holidays that get busy but thats to be expected! Id suggest people who are complaining about waiting, to go at least busy times!

Some of the staff were not so helpful but this location is going out of business so I imagine they are stressed. Theres still a good amount of products there and the whole store is on sale.

Love Party City.. was looking for specific lollipops they sell... they had 1 and it was cracked in half..ughhh. Needed these lollipops for my granddaughters birthday cake. Love their variety of party supplies. My go to place for parties and family gatherings.

I placed a curbside order. They cancelled my order because it was out of stock. I was right by the store when I got the cancel email. I needed something for my kids for school the next day so I dragged them and the baby into the store to find an alternative. Guess what I found? The item I originally ordered that was out of stock. Right where it was supposed to be. Looks like they opted to cancel my order instead of looking for the item.

There was a mix up in our delivery order, they made it right by hand delivering it themselves!

Curbside parking spots filled with customers who went inside. I waited 20 minutes after checking in. The girl brought it to me without a bag. Didnt say thank u for shopping. Barely acknowledged me. I went right before Halloween.

It was decent, the curbside you have to call even though there is an option online, they seem to never check it.

Terrible Service. Customer service was just awful. Standing in line for ten minutes before I finally spoke up and said were ready to check out. Guy turns around and checks us out. Why were there 3 employee not doing anything and we were just waiting for one to turn around and see we were there????

Had some things that I was looking for friendly staff

Terrible service and products. One of my balloons was deflated by the time I got home (ten min. Away), the curbside pickup is not contactless. I had to get out of the car and the worker handed off the balloons to me. Lastly, there was no weight for the 14 balloons! Or a bag for them. When I asked about the weight the worker said they are sold separately then walked away. It was my first time ordering balloons from this company and nowhere on the website did it state weights are sold separately from balloon bouquets nor did it ask me to add weights to my cart when checking out. Other stores have always included weights with the balloons I ordered.

Quite picked over on costumes. Everything was scattered. Fitting room is literally a flimsy frame with a curtain. We got what we needed but we arent going back anytime soon. Youll easily spend $100 on a costume just trying to piece it all together. The staff were nice so that was good.

They need to staff this place better especially during Halloween. We went to get my daughter a costume and the line was around the store with only 2 cashiers. The place was an absolute wreck and insanely packed because they werent checking out people nearly fast enough due to a lack of staffing. The selection is nice, though, and the workers tried their best given the circumstances.

Came in on a busy Saturday, browsing thru costume clearance. Spoke to two employees who were sorting clearance costumes. They were fun! Found a costume and the one gal agreed to the price and honored it! She’s wonderful! I don’t come to this store often but I will return! Thank you!

The employee I saw and dealt with was not anywhere near friendly..A couple walked in and asked where something was, she stood behind the counter just yelling look up 3 different times. As the couple was having trouble finding what they were looking for, she should have came out from behind the counter to direct them to it instead of yelling it rudely across the store.Also when I got up to the counter she asked for my email. I said I’d like to skip that part. She rolled her eyes. Then rudely dropped my change in my hands and drop the bag on the counter. No thank you, no have a great night. Nothing.I work in the customer service industry and that’s not how you act towards your customers.We had saw the reviews before heading there for last min supplies for a birthday and thought it shouldn’t be that bad. It’s truly is that bad.

Ordered balloons Thursday to pick up today (Saturday) at 10. We came and they didn’t have our balloons ready and couldn’t even find the balloons I brought to be blown up. But they made do with a crammed time frame and got the balloons I needed in time for my party. 3 stars for the mess up but quick fix. Thank you!

This location is a hit or miss for me. I usually almost always find what Im looking for here, but the customer service really needs improved. Ive had maybe one good experience where both my shopping and the service was excellent, and Ive been going to this Party City for years.

I went to find banner for neighbors birthday but left with yard sign which will be easier. Everything for every special occasion. Neighbor has cats. They have great selection of animal greetings.

I went with my sister-in-law to pick up stuff from her wedding. Our experience was okay but there was a poor guy behind us who ended up having a terrible experience! The poor girl up front was one of like four or five people there but was the only one working the registers while trying to fill a balloon order that had been submitted hours before. Their system had sent the message saying the order was ready and it wasnt. The management didnt seem to understand how that might be somewhat frustrating for him and seemed very dismissive! Its okay if youre going for a quick run to grab something but I dont recommend submitting balloon orders for pickup if theyre large and youre in a hurry.

I came into get balloons yesterday, while the staff was nice the lady at the register kept taking other customers while blowing up my balloons which took over 25 mins ( I only had 6 balloons - smaller ones at that) there was also someone else with her there too who was running around doing busy work, and they started talking about how one of there managers named Michael was awesome but they didnt like the other ones and they were told to do recovery after 5 and not shipment and how there other mangers told them differently. It was a really weird thing for them to be talking about so loudly without a care.

We went online to find out if they had monster ink and they did not so we had to get PJ Max thing and we werent happy about that

Went to party city on 10/02/2019 for a few halloween decorations. It was pretty busy but Lillian made sure all my needs were taken care of. She had so many customers but took her time with each one and got the job done. Katie was an amazing cashier, ringing me out quickly and had great customer service with my children. Couldnt have asked for better serivce from these two. Thank you Lillian and Katie.

Very messy. Was looking for something their website said they had 12 in stock. Once we finally got staffs attention away from their own personal conversation, one associate said they knew where they were the hook was empty. They got a ladder to check top stock but she barely moved anything. Another associate checked top stock in another area but theu could not find them. They were pretty indifferent to it all and spent more time talking amongst themselves.

They dont really have a good selection of costumes for younger children. Im pretty sure you have to order the costumes they have on this picture wall which is inconvenient. As for throwing parties they have some decent decorations for that but if youre looking to buy a costume around Halloween time Id suggest going somewhere else

Generally the customer sales behind the counter here have been friendly and helpful. But today was the opposite. They spoke more to each other than the customers such as me. Just wish they would understand that service with a smile and a little help will bring back regular customers. Instead of event customers.

They have a large selection of party supplies. I was able to find the bandanas that I was looking for. I saw that they were there online and they were there when I got there.

If you dont see it, ask it may be in another isle.

Waited 15 minutes for a curbside pickup and finally decided to go in. They weren’t getting the order ready and it took an additional 10 minutes.

With having 4 kids this is our go to spot to make sure there bday parties are always awesome.. also you can usually get what ever you need for adult gatherings this place is great

Go- to place for everything you could want for any type of party. Prices are good. Staff is friendly although not eager to help,so know what youre going in for and be prepared to look for it yourself.

Bought my supplies from party city online. Brought the balloons in on Wednesday for Saturday pick up for hubbys surprise party. One, this store is a disorganized wreck. Plus, its one of those places that just feels dirty. When they finally found my balloon order saturday morning it was already in the balloon bags. In the interest of time and not undoing all the bags, I did not visually inspect. Well, that was a lesson learned. When I made the order Wednesday, the young lady helping me was very helpful and made meticulous notes on how the groups were to be arranged. I even got a print out of the order. Apparently the balloon bouquet maker that morning either didnt read it or they didnt give two figs. What I got was the balloons I dropped off but the groupings were ENTIRELY wrong. I made do with what I had and nobody said anything about it, but it was not what I ordered. The balloons stayed inflated a long time and they did have the bouquets ready on time. Other than that, nope. I would have to be hard pressed to use their balloon order service again. Not sure who the female that got my order for me Saturday was other than she was in some kind of grinch onesie costume thing. Honestly, that was, in hind sight, indicative of her personality. Not rude, but not overly welcoming. Cold is the best description. But its balloons. I get it.

I purchased graduation items. The selection was vast in colors to suit whatever school youre graduating from. There were lots of themes & decor to choose from. There were quite a few customers with 2-3 employees. There was probably a 5 min wait when checking out.

Great place for party supplies any and every one you could look for balloons with name and face on it adult party supplys. They also carry about any Halloween costumes you could want

Clean store, Plenty of parking, Polite associates the only thing is they need more associates. Its getting towards the Halloween season. When I was in there it was very busy and there was only one person working the register and the lines were really long but she was very polite. And handle herself well with all the customers in line that were upset about waiting.

Great for simple parties. They dont have everything, but they have a little for all kinds of occasions.

Good variety of supplies and balloons. Checkout line usually moves fairly quickly. Sometimes have to return later to pickup filled balloons.

The guy doing the balloons was really rude to the lady infront of me. All she did was ask if he thought it would be a good idea to get a weight for her balloons. He rudely said idk. Then turned to me and said are you getting something or not.. While i was holding items in my hands in the check out line.. The lady said why are you being so aggressive? And he laughed and said im not. But clearly he was.. Poor customer service..

They had all the costumes my kids wanted, aside from a purge mask. Their website said they had three of them in stock, but they didnt have any, so that sucked.

I could take or leave this place. Some of the staff is friendly and some are rude. If this place is busy be prepared. Ive had good and bad experiences here. Really wish they would do a better job with who they choose to hire.

They always have what I come for, but its not always in the right place. Theres some disarray in the major aisles because people dont tend to put things back in the right spot. And it always feels like theyre too short staffed to take care of it. Even hiring one or two more people would fix most of the major issues this location has.

Would give zero stars if possible. Hour waits for balloons? I needed 3 regular balloons and no one was able to fit that into their schedule. Ridiculous. Dont take orders for balloons if youre then not going to help other customers as they show up needing small orders. Ridiculous. News flash, grocery stores do this better.

Person behind the desk didnt know or didnt care about her job. Associates just chit chatted in the aisles. Seemed like only two people in the store cared or knew what they were doing.

Love it all, just wish they sold generic invitations. A bit pricey too.

Fantastic place for party supplies! Their halloween merchandise is a little lackluster however.

When in the store the other day. To buy things for my sons birthday party. The people that work here, called security. He literally following us around the whole store, why we were shopping.

If youre having a party you can get anything and everything you need. Plus the staff is very friendly. Prices are reasonable.

Balloon service absolutely ridiculous. Went to party city on a Friday morning shortly after they opened. Wanted to get 5 balloons blown up. Party city had one person up at the front and 3 people including the manager in the back. The girl working the register was also doing all of the balloon orders answering phone calls and checking out people. The girl at the register needed the manager for a customer that had a question the manager came up for a split second then left again as their was a huge line letting the girl do it all by herself . Very very poor management (eat your doughnuts later and help the girl out!!)

I bought a $10 mylar blaze balloon and all the air was gone in 48 hours! I called over as my four-year-old was devastated to see if they would give me a new one and they said they only guarantee them for 24 hours! What a rip off 😯
