Great place to go for all your Halloween needs. Have purchased a dummy from them that we use for both Halloween and Thanksgiving. Know it is impossible, would like to see a brick-and-mortor store year around in the Columbus Ohio area. Love the selection there.

They had so much great stuff for Halloween. This time of year is already my favorite, Spirit Halloween just makes it even better. The main thing we went in for was a fog machine, which no one else seemed to have, and they had several as well as fog juice. They also had a lot of items that we didnt intend to buy that wound up in our basket and bought. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you need something for Halloween check this place out!

Why have a phone number if you never answer it. All I need to know is if you have costumes for 8 month old babies.

I had a female employee with a shaved head at the Polaris location following me and my fiance around as we browsed as if we were shop lifting. All I can say is if you dont want people walking around in big jackets (only he had his jacket on) you need to not have it freezing (I wish I had brought a jacket). Overall awful experience to start out the Halloween season. I will be buying elsewhere this year.

Huge selection compared to some of the smaller stores. I was referred to the polaris location trying to find a particular costume size. Didnt find my size but love the selection and variety. Friendly and helpful associates.

Tons of accessories and costumes to choose from . They Really have a huge variety of popular characters. Decent selection of infant costumes that are cute and comfortable for them to wear.Lots of spooky yard decorations, but be forewarned when bringing little ones in as they may be a little frightened.They do have a nice section of sexy BBW costumes. Sizes seem to be pretty true to the size stated, which can be a problem full figured ladies deal with.They also have an area to try things on before you but them.

The kids enjoyed looking around, and then we went accross the street to buy costumes.

Good selection. Could be better on price

The location itself was fine, its the corporation that is the issue. I just recently moved to the area and needed a costume for a work function. I purchased a costume at around 7 PM on October 24th. That same night, I was actually able to locate a costume that I had purchased a few years back. It was a great feeling until I had realized the back of the receipt stated that no returns would be accepted after October 19th. So even though I didnt purchase the product until the 24th, I wasnt eligible for a return. Even with it being an unopened product and less than 24 hours later.I understand that policies are in place for a reason, but this one is intentionally left to be somewhat silent in what seems like a means of duping its customers. I reached out to customer service to see what I can do only to be told that the policy is written on the receipts. Which is great and all, but seems to defeat the purpose since the receipt doesnt come until after you purchase the product...All in all, I will NOT be purchasing anything from this company again. I also realize this means nothing to them, or you but hopefully it will at least help one person from making the same mistake that I did.

Great costumes and decorations. Prices are high

I was in line with my children who are toddlers and are playing with all the things hanging and dropped a few things. The manager walks up and yells at me because my kids dropped some things, as if I wouldnt pick up after my children.

They are done for the year.There is nothing there.
