The shelves were bare through a large portion of the store, fuller sections were messy. Pretty sure they were preparing for Halloween so Im sure that was a contributor. Woman at the register was rude and was making fun of the customer who left ahead of me. Not impressed, easier to just order online for less and avoid the fight to get in and out of Polaris. Or hit WalMart.

This was definitely not the best experience. Very little merchandise and then 3 employees literally ignored us as we stood at the register waiting to check out. Are they closing for good was my question...

Party city is a great place for balloons, supplies, novelties, and any other party prep items you may need. A must go to be ready.

I recently visited the Polaris Pkwy location and had the worst customer service experience of any Party City store I have ever visited. I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to pick up the order of plates I placed online. I was completely ignored by the staff and not acknowledged by anyone until I approached a team leader. I had to call Party City corpoate while in the store and file a complaint against this location. To whom ever manages this Party City location, you need to be held accountable for the very poor, practically non existent customer service offered by your staff. As another reviewer said, Seriously, Polaris train your employees to be more professional and cordial to customers. As much money as I have spent and continue to spend with Party City, the lack of professionalism and not existent customer service are unacceptable. The Easton location does a much better job of servicing customers than this location. I am never ignored at the Easton location.

Ordered balloons from there. Every time I went in the customer service was terrible. Took forever for anyone to help me and the help I got was very little. My pick up time was 5:00 got there at 5:10 after waiting 10 minutes to even be helped they found the bag of my balloons. Not one had even been inflated yet. Was late to my friends bday dinner do to everything. Will not ever visit that location again. Poorly organized and very unhelpful staff.

This is a great place to get party supplies. They have everything you can think of, including costumes, candy, and an awesome balloon selection. I recently ordered a bunch of balloons for a co-workers birthday and it was super easy and convenient...placed the order before work and the balloons were delivered around lunch. Great experience!

The employees at this place are all completely miserable and rude. I went in a few times to buy supplies and balloons for my son’s birthday. One employee in particular snapped at me and the second time acted so annoyed to even have to take my balloon order or check me out. Two other employees seemed just completely out of it and half functioning.Seriously, Polaris train your employees to be more professional and cordial to customers.

I went into Party City this evening and encountered two very friendly people working there. It was near closing time and both were so helpful and friendly. I’ve been to a few stores this week and did not encounter one friendly person in the other stores. Thank you so much for your kindness! Unfortunately I did not get their names.

They had all the stuff we needed to plan a gender reveal! Definitely will be coming back when it’s time for another party!

Halloween stuff isn’t available, it’s up on sky shelfs and no one will get it down

Only place that I could find any type of Nemo party decor. My 2 year old daughter is obsessed with finding Nemo and I looked everywhere.

There was a young women there that was absolutely horrible! Terrible attitude and I will never go back to this store! So thank you Taylor who was cashing me out because of your attitude I will find another place to shop!

This place is my addiction!! I cant go in the store without wanting everything!! I went with Elmo on my last party and I found so much there that went with the theme!! It was a hit, everyone loved it especially the Birthday girl!! The items are well made and can actually be reused and dont get me started about the balloons!! Her singing balloon is still floating 2.5 months later!! I need more Party City Stuff!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Its so evident this business ONLY cares about making money. They dont care about actually providing friendly customer service. My family has probably spent thousands of dollars here through the years, with grad parties and birthdays and yesterday this million dollar company do not even provide a nice gesture of service when asked. I was in shock, truly. After spending $40 on balloons for my mothers 50th birthday, I asked the young woman behind the counter if she could blow up one extra heart balloon I had bought previously and she said that she couldnt without a receipt. Seriously? You cant take an extra 30 seconds to blow up this single balloon? These people really are heartless.

This store has whatever party favors you need. Things (balloons arent real cheap but you can find what you are looking for.

Lot of their shelves were empty it almost look like they were going out of business and then their clearance stuff said it was 50% off the lowest clearance sticker but yet nothing was marked with the price not even the regular price so you didnt know what it cost

I bought 2 costumes for my two 6 year old daughters, after getting home one of them was smaller than I thought I tried to return the costume but since I didnt have the receipt I was unable to even trade out for a size up. It was two days ago and all Im looking for is to change the size, they recommended me spending another $40 to buy a new costume. I think this is very unfair and I think that I should be able to return it for a size up its still before Halloween and the costume is still in the bag.

This store and its selection are massive. That can be overwhelming but the staff is helpful. I was disappointed by the lack of non branded (Nemo, Paw Patrol, Disney princesses etc) decorations for an under the sea party, but if you are creative you can get items for any celebration youre planning.

Poor customer service. I called ahead to pick up and item and was assured that it was in stock. Upon arrival I was told that the item was not there nor would it be for over a month. No apology, just unfriendly and unhelpful staff. I understand making a mistake but to not apologize or offer to find a solution was very disappointing. Lines were slow and I will not be using them again. Would not recommend.

I have recently had two terrible experiences with this store. The worse, by far, was the Halloween season. I took my daughters, 3 and 6, to pick out costumes. They were both well behaved but my 3 year old was being indecisive. She was feeling overwhelmed with all the options and couldnt decided. The employee kept making very inappropriate comments about costumes sexualizing little girls and how I should really let them pick out boy costumes. If she had just paid attention she would have realized that let my children pick out whatever they want to be (my oldest was a ghost buster). Finally my 3 year old pick a pirate. The employee said, loudly and in front of my daughters, this is why I dont have kids. I would have kicked her by now it took everything in me to walk away and not to make and scene.Today I called to place an order for balloons for my sons first birthday. The employee on the phone gave me vague answers like how big are your letter balloons? to which i got I dont know may 2 or 3 feet. I asked if it was possible to place an order over the phone and she said that I couldnt but it should be fine if i just come in tomorrow. I asked what time they open and she said I honestly dont know but you can find out online. I cannot handle stores with ill trained employees. Common sense would say ask someone....or maybe dont offend small children right in front of them and their parents. I will never go back to this store.

Staff eager to assist

So disappointed by a recent trip. Went in to get balloons the other day and there were three people available to assist me and I was ignored for over 20 mins. When I was finally assisted the big balloon was only half filled and the day after already deflated. If you pay 10+ dollars for one balloon you should expect it to last longer than one day. The young man who filled the balloons had a nasty attitude

Went post Halloween to get some costume things. Everything was on sale, at varous discounts. Bought 8, or so, pieces and when I checked my receipt, online one matched the discount shown on the self. Had to return to gat almost $20 in credit.

We spent $50 on Party Supplies for my six year olds Birthday. The staff at the front desk were very rude. We asked them for a ballon that said six on it. When we arrived home and emptied our bag we discovered a balloon with a seven on it. I called and asked if I could return to the store and exchange it for a balloon with a six on it. I was very rudely told they were closed and suggested I return when they opened tommorow. Which happened to be after the party started. My advice is to stay away from this store.

Have visited annually over past 6 yrs & its always a disappointment. Lots of stuff nothing of quality, guess thats what people expect for a one-time party use. Employees have NEVER been a help. Huge turn over means no one knows their inventory. When they guess which aisle an item might be found they NEVER tk you to the area or help you look. Its always a disappointment.
