I just wanted to praise Graphicom especially Trey who was the tech who replaced my iPhone 11 Pro’s battery today in 2 hours. Multiple other stores told me it would take 5 days- 2 weeks to even get the part or send it off, and other stores quoted me $85-$120 just to replace my battery when Graphicom was way cheaper and fixed it in the store. I was still under factory warranty so I was able to get my iPhone battery replaced for free. They knew my urgency of me going on a trip out of town tomorrow, and I’m so grateful Trey was able to help me before my trip. Everyone in the store is so polite and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Oh, and they cleaned and replaced my screen protector and I got a new phone case as well. They will be the company I always go to for my Apple product needs from now on.

My 2012 MacBook Pro served me well for years until I dropped it. Unbelievable reliability over the years and would still be working today if it werent for slippery hands. Chris and the crew made my replacement experience effortless. When I picked up my new MacBook Air It was literally identical to my old machine. I accidentally cracked my mac computer screen (sad day...), but the folks at Graphicom made it so easy for me to replace my computer. They transferred all my old computers data to my new device and were able to recycle my old one. They made the experience of setting up a new device about as easy as it comes. Very pleased!

On August 31 I dropped my I Phone off @10-10:30AM to get my screen repaired, I was told I would get my phone back repaired the same day and to give them 4 hours max. I was having major surgery the next day and my husband would be working out of town and that would be my only source for communication. The employee assured me I would get my phone back the same day. I was instructed to turn off my (find my I phone) in the settings and fill out a piece of paper with my info and contact . After handing my I phone to the employee I seen him put it on top of the paper and laid it along side with other phones that seemed where there for repair on TOP of the counter and out in the OPEN. I left the store and walked next door to T-Mobile, I was at T-Mobile for about an hour. As hours went by I noticed it was 4:30 PM and I hadnt received a call that my phone was fixed and ready for pick up. So I called the store, was put on hold for about a 1 min or 2 and was told that my phone was NOT THEIR and they thought that maybe and elderly couple or one of their regulars might have accidentally picked my phone up by MISTAKE. The employee stated they had called a few customers that they knew was in the store that AM and they were waiting for someone to call back to confirm if they accidentally had picked up my phone. I was in disbelief so not mentally prepared to hear such news a day before major surgery. I asked if they had any cameras in the store and sadly I was told NO! that hit even harder! I was now looking at going into surgery with no form of any communication . I was apologized to and was told that they hadnt had this happen in their store in about 15 years and was assured that they would replace my iPhone but could not guarantee my phone to arrive the next business day before surgery due to how late in the day it had gotten. Luckily my husband had a spare phone I could use as a source of communication before he left out of town to work. About 8PM Im on my lap top trying to figure how to recover my contacts through iCloud which didnt work because it needed a 2 authentication verification and one form was my actual phone so I decided to look through my Gmail and I notice I received an email subject: MISSING PHONE. I opened the email up and it was an email that my iPhone had been recovered and to bring my ID to an address provided to retrieve my phone. I googled the address and it was a T-Mobil/Sprint store located off MACON RD. ! I retrieved my phone and asked the guy how did my phone end up in his possession. He stated A young lady came into their store and said her mom found my phone, she didnt know where and that she wanted to drop it off. I came home and as soon as I turned my phone on Im starting to get phone calls from numbers whom I dont know back to back I did not answer and if I did I hung up and turned my phone off and was going to call the store whom lost my phone to let them know I FOUND my phone. I attempted to call the number that was calling me back on another phone and it went to a Verizon prompt. The next day I turned my phone on to call the store and let them know my phone was recovered and you will not believe the type of text messages I woke up to was the OWNER of the store was ACCUSING ME AND MY HUSBAND OF STEELING MY OWN PHONE AND TRIED TO CONSPIRE ME AND MY HUSBAND OF FRAUDUALENT ACTS. I have screen shots of the text messages attached below including the email that was sent to me. Now how the OWNER PERCEIVED that me and my husband were MILITARY and threated to call the base commander and ask us to CONFESS to save my husbands CARRIER is beyond me! To top it off as I spoke to an employee (Who I assume was the owner) the next morning he didnt seem a bit remorseful or interested in me telling him the whole ordeal of how my phone was recovered. Instead I was ask If I still wanted my phone to be fixed and offered to pick my phone up from my surgery location and drop it off to me when fixed! CAN YOU SAY CRAZY! P.S. notice the email time 11:45AM while I was next door my phone was being stolen!

I am so upset! I never post reviews but I had to! I come to the store on a constant basis checking out the new IOS systems and love getting information from the techs. I brought my I-mac to the store 3 years ago to get fixed and was told that it wasnt able to get fixed since it was so old but they could transfer my information from the hard drive to a new system whenever I purchase one. I was told by a tech they keep the computers for years and that they could keep it until I purchase a new one. I have been in and out of the store checked on the computer and confirmed it was there just a few months ago even asked is it ok that its there and was told yes! Now I call to check on it and was told they recycled it to Apple! I only let them keep it based on what the tech told me and Ive been consistently checking in on the computer! Now they bring up the service agreement where it says 90 days but I know Ive talked to at least 2 reps who told me its ok! Now when I ask about the computer they bring up that its been there for 3 years to justify giving something away that didnt belong to them! I have just checked on the computer a few months ago and was told it was ok to keep it there! I kept it there thinking they can save the photos that I had of my sister who passed away that were on the computer, and for the manager to tell me they dont know what to tell me was very disheartening. Not a sorry for the confusion or sorry you were told the wrong information just its recycled. Zero customer service or empathy. I kept going there with the notion they could transfer my data thats the only reason I kept the computer there so long! I would have kept my computer at my home if they were going to throw it out like trash. Those photos of my sister werent trash to me! I will NEVER go there again! I will drive the 2 hours to an Apple store if I need anything fixed or any Apple products.

These are the BEST people to help you..I spent over three hours on the phone with WOW and spoke with four different people even the so called Expertl They kept telling me that it was an Apple problem even though I did not believe them I took it to these experts and within 30 minutes they had it fixed and it was a password problem that WOW should have found quickly. We took our iPhone 6S Plus’s to have the batteries replaced with the Apple battery issue. The batteries had to be ordered but arrived in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issue you may have with Apple products.Update: Came here again to have the camera module replaced in my iPhone 6S Plus. HORRIBLE experience. I bought in my MacBook due to charging issues. They said all i needed was a new charger so i paid 75.00 for diagnostic and 75.00 for a new charger. Took it home, and it still wouldnt charge. Called back Graphicom, they told me to bring it back. Had to get off work so i could bring it back. Was told it was another issue that would cost 883.00 (logic board, liquid damage), and i refused to do the service and would pick up the laptop, which wasnt an issue. Took it home for the second time, and i cant log in! I cant use the trackpad or the keyboard. Its BROKE. I was FURIOUS!! Called them back again, they said to bring it in for the third time. Mind you, I live no where near the area, it is a far drive. I ended up calling apple to file complaint and apple is fixing it for free as a courtesy. Spent hours on the phone with apple to do resets and nothing worked. I would advise EVERYONE to go send their products to apple, drive to Newnan or Atlanta to apple, or go to a third party shop. I wouldnt recommend them!AS FOR THE COMMENT FROM GRAPHICOM: my computer has had issues since 2017, I just didnt know what the issue was. So dont know why your stating that as if i JUST caused liquid damage.But im pretty sure you already know that bc you guys can open the computer and see there is no recent liquid damage. I have 2 COMPUTERS so i just decided to get this one fixed while i had the extra cash. No recent liquid damage was done. My keyboard and trackpad NEVER had issues until it was at your shop. THAT is what i wanted fixed after i found out about the logic board, bc it happened while in your care.

I recently bought a iPad Pro 11” and Mac Mini for work and had an unexpected yet VERY pleasant experience with this place. Personally their attitudes arent the best. Its so nonchalant. They kind of talk to you like youre slow. Im sure they do great repairs but their customer service needs improvement. The Tech told me my applewatch wasnt working so they cant take it back. Im in the car and it paired perfectly to my phone. Graphicom workers are bullshitters with bad attitudes.In response to the comment below.I guess the tech guy doesnt remember me. I have my friend as a witness the watch was working perfectly and the guy quoted me $175 and I decided I was going to come back after I finished my errands but never made it back. When I was in there he had an attitude making it seem like the watch didnt work which it did and still does. He never said anything about my band the first time according to the tech guy my watch isnt working properly but when I got in the car it paired perfectly fine.

You can count on excellent service and quality repairs from Graphicom. They have serviced several of my systems over the years, and have always backed up reppair quality with a great customer experience. They are straightforward about what can and cannot be done, and are honest about how much machine you should purchase for your needs.Dont pay attention to reviewers who are mad that Graphicom wont help them void their own warranties, or provide tools for them to turn the stores clean retail display into their personal workbench. These guys are thoughtful, experienced, and professional.

I brought my I-Pod touch in to replace the battery that was no longer holding a charge. After conferring with another employee the employee assisting me took my I-Pod to the back room and emerged a few minutes later to inform me that Apple was no longer servicing my model number and that they couldnt help me. After calling Apple myself they gave me two options. Have Best Buys service personnel replace the battery or I could send it to one of their service centers. Giving Graphicoms staff the benefit of the doubt, I will just say they were misinformed. Apples web site lists Graphicom as an Apple service provider.

Took my MacBook Air to this store for repair to find out it had damage to the mother board and would be the same cost to fix, as it would be to get a new computer. So I decided to purchase a new MacBook Air from this store. My first mistake was taking my original computer to them to begin with. Every time following the time I took my computer in, the associate would have no idea who I was or where my computer was. I would always have to speak with management, who did always treat me with straight forward respect and gave adequate information. The first time I went in to purchase my new computer, they had no computers available for purchase. The second time, they could accept a check that day due to management not being there. I was told to come back the next day. When I called to double check that management was there to accept checks, the manager said that they never accept checks. So I waited to come back to pay the amount with my debit card, and a few visa gift cards. I guess it is my fault for not writing on the cards the EXACT amount left on the cards, but peter, the sales associate who checked me out, couldn’t have been more disrespectful and rude to me. He did not in the slightest try to hide his irritation with me. He continued saying “how many times are you going to make me check the balance on these cards?” When we only ran both visa gift cards twice. I understand the customer service industry can be trying at times, but if it’s not for you then DO NOT WORK IN THE INDUSTRY! After me finally giving up on the gift cards and just running the amount on my card, he handed my bag and said have a good day. What? I asked him if he could give me the details and a user guide to this new computer, and he said “plug it in and open it up”. Wow. When someone if spending hundreds of dollars, almost a thousand, on a computer, you would think that there would be a better costumer experience. The business should strive for that. But nope. They capitalize on the fact that they are the only apple certified store in the area. But shame on me, I will travel to Atlanta from now on for all of my apple product repairs, upgrades, etc. And I highly suggest anyone else to do this as well.

Awful experience. They were awful at communicating with each other. I would email someone to let them know the information they asked, and then ten minutes later someone would call me asking for the same information. They then charged me a 100 dollar diagnostic fee, which is incredibly high, and a week after I picked up my computer, I noticed that my account had been charged 771 dollars. They overcharged me by 671 dollars. They did refund me for the 671 but would not refund any of the overdraft fees that I was charged. I will never use graphicom again.

Larry, the owner, spent most of his day working diligently until he had it restored and did not charge us for any of his time. Excellent! I have had several issues with my iphone and my husbands iphone within the past two weeks, which had me visiting this particular store on more than one occasion. The employees are fantastic, caring, and really listened to what I was saying. We were able to send the phone(s) off to Apple and everything is working great again. [EDIT] They did indeed call me back this same day and left a message apologizing for the mixup and offering to perform the service now. Ive already found another solution though. Earlier, when I originally mentioned that I did make an appointment they werent very helpful as to solutions...other than waiting 6 weeks The guy on the phone just didnt seem to want to help much. I felt very frustrated and confused. I guess I can appreciate that if they didnt see my name they couldnt just assume I was supposed to be on there....but at the same time this really inconvenienced me and has left a sour taste in my mouth about the way the business is being run.[/EDIT]They wouldnt serve me for some reason.I called to ask about replacing my iPhone battery and they told me to come in on Tuesday (today) around 1130. I made my appointment then realized I might not be able to make it so my dad offered to go for me. I called them to make sure this was okay and to confirm my appointment. The guy on the phone said it was no problem - he tried to look me up but couldnt find me so he said to just come in anyway, between 11 and 1130 and that they could replace the battery no problem.My dad went in then I got a call from him - they didnt have my appointment on record. I spoke with the clerk over the phone and he said I wasnt in their system but he could make me an appointment - in another 6 weeks. No thanks. I didnt want to come back in another 6 weeks and find out they didnt have me on record again.What a waste. Guess Ill have to find another place or do it myself.

They wouldn’t even fix my MacBook, they basically just accused me of stealing it. They wanted me to provide a proof of purchase for a MacBook I’ve had for 4 years. So I went to Best Buy and they emailed me a receipt. I showed that to the people at Graphicom and they said that my receipt wasn’t sufficient. I called Apple but they couldn’t give me a proof of purchase since I didn’t get it from an Apple store, they did however send me an email with my serial number and I forwarded that to graphicom and they didn’t even bother to respond. I’m a full time medical student that simply needed their computer fixed and they didn’t seem to care at all. If I could give zero stars I would.Update: If you have an issue that sounds similar where you need a receipt just go to an Apple store, they took the lock off of my computer for free.

They were absolutely fantastic---my ipad was locked--I had followed on line instructions--did the restore about 7 times--and twice on a Mac computer--talked to 2 different apple techs--one even stayed on the phone the whole time we did the restore--and no luck--pass code was still there---took it in to Graphicom and guess what---about 15 minutes later walked out with the ipad unlocked and working fine---and they were so kind---wanted to hug them---thank you to the wonderful staff at Graphicom---

Ive been working with Graphicom since 2008. With a wife and 4 kids, we own 6 MacBook Pros and iPads and watches. Graphicom is an authorized Apple dealer and actually better than a corporate store. I trust them with it all. Graphicom is legit. Id give em 6 stars but they only give me 5!

I shattered my screen and Apple told me to take it to this establishment because the are an Apple authorized dealer. I dropped off on a Wednesday and hadnt had any issues until I picked it up that next Monday and the phone they gave me wasnt my phone. I have them a cracked rose gold iPhone 6s Plus and they gave me a new silver IPhone 6s Plus. I told them that it wasnt my phone and they informed me that my phone couldnt be repaired so this is a new one. I told them it wasnt the color of my phone and they got the tech guy to pull something up on his computer that said it was. I thought maybe I was crazy and paid for the phone and left but then I checked with my provider and I was right all along. I had to call Apple to remedy the situation and they are shipping the right phone. People make mistakes I get that but dont try to convince me that I am crazy.

It took 3 hours to look at my device for 5 minutes. After ignoring the issues I stated they immediately told me the only way to fix your product is to order a brand new one and give us your old one for a fee of $299.00 -_-. Very displeased.

First of all, I would like to say that the person that added the comment on the whole scratching the crotch area and sniffing it, you obviously have some serious issues going on besides problems with your computer. Its rather sad, and Im a little embarrassed for you, however you did give me a good laugh as I dont think Ive had the opportunity to read a review that stupid. Thank you for making my day. I, for one, love Graphicom. Whenever I have an issue (even if its with something I did not purchase in this store) the guys are always helpful. As we are traveling quite a bit, I am glad that there are several locations, with great customer service, if I am out of town. The thing about small businesses is the fact that they are personable and knowledgeable compared to some place like Best Buy, the Walmart of electronics. Id rather go to a business that is focused on the customer.

Terrible Customer Service,We took my girlfriends laptop there, spent 300 dollars on repairs and were told wed be contacted when they finished. After 2 days of waiting on a call we called and they say oh yeah its been done for 2 days now. Then in late September I go to try and order an iWatch Series 2 and the man tells me it could be between 10 days and 3 weeks some people have gotten theirs 3 days after ordering. Hoping that I could get it before our 2 year anniversary on Oct.12 I placed the order (which the manager said, we will order the watch to store you dont need to pay anything now we will let you know when its in.) Well the 12th passed and I wasnt too upset because I knew the risk, but I called that friday and a woman answered and seemed as if she didnt know I had an order. After explaining to her Ive been in there and was told it would be about 3 weeks she tells meIts going to be in store Saturday Oct. 15, but it could be pushed back again. I asked if they would call me if it comes in or not and she said yes and to have a good day. Well its now almost Thanksgiving so the 3 week time frame has more than doubled and I call again. Again its as if my order doesnt exist and Im told were having trouble getting some in. Again they take all my information down and tell me that the ordering manager will contact me. Its been almost a week since I was told that and Im done trying to wait because it will be after Christmas before they decide to call me. Very disappointing experience and I will not be going there for repairs or orders. They clearly cant even call customers who are trying to spend money in their store.

I wish I lived in the area and used Apple products so I could utilize these guys. My family came in with 3 differently broken iPhones and a really bad attitude. The staff here was super helpful even though my family was rude and didnt buy anything. Please give them bussiness and a smile, they deserve it....

They fixed my MacBooks fan in a very timely manner, the only critique I have is that when I picked up my macbook I noticed the keyboard had not been cleaned or wiped. There were a lot of fingerprints on the keys, a hair, and a sprinkling of dust. This is nothing that affected my machine or made the experience any less professional. But it is something that made me go Oh. Thats kinda gross. Again, they did a wonderful job of repairing my machine, and I would recommend them to anyone in the area who doesnt have time (or gas) to go to ATL for a Genius Bar appointment.

My iMac kept freezing up. After 3 calls to Apple Care support, I took it to Graphicom and in a day they had the problem fixed and I was back in business. Very good customer service. Friendly and professional. I was a little cautious at first because of a terribly outdated website, but I am glad that I gave them a chance.

I went in today after spending two years in the Peace Corps, during which time my 2010 MBA sadly kicked the bucket. All I wanted out of it was the harddrive (SSD), which is pretty simple to pop out. I asked the technician if I could borrow his screwdriver for five minutes while I took out the SSD in-store, no risk of stealing his tool.He refused. I clarified. He refused again. Im not in the business of loaning tools. A bit shell-shocked at such rudeness and simply poor business sense, I asked, You would risk a bad review just to force me to give you my laptop overnight?And heres where it gets really good. He says, if youre so petty to do that, then yeah.The guy who has just refused to let me borrow a tool for five minutes, removed any chance of me ever doing business with GRAPHICOM again, and lost all of the remaining parts of my MBA that I would have left with him *for free,* accused me of being petty.Afterwards I called the store to see if I could speak with a manager or the owner. Turns out the manager/owner is also the technician I spoke with. Really just unbelievable. How could someone with such poor manners and poor business sense own a store?!This is not rocket science. A customer with a 2010 MBA is coming in to your store, dealing with the death of his sad little companion. Hes clearly in the market for a new laptop, but first we need to get his data for him. Take care of the data problem. Sell him a new laptop. Profit.Except not.Edit: the reply that other customers would leave positive reviews is false. There was one other customer in the store when I was there. She thought the owner did not understand when I was asking to borrow the tool and that I would do it in the store, which is why i went back in a second time. Its true that I came in to sell my laptop for parts or offer it in exchange for a repair. When told by a customer service rep that they couldnt do that, as it was against Apples policy, I immediately understood. My only reply was, oh, thats interesting, and I made no more issue out of it.

I would not go to Atlanta for any services. If I lived in Atlanta, I would drive to Columbus to GRAPHICOM, now THAT would be worth the trip. I am not an employee, family member or significant other to anyone employeed by, associated with, or related to anyone at Graphic. This is NOT a paid advertisement. I am just a satisfied (hard to please) customer with high financial transaction expectations. We have 2 Apple phones, 2 iPads, and 2 Apple TV. Larry, the manager of this location, REFUSED to repair my out-of-warranty MacBook Pro Retina under Apples Repair Extension Program for Video Issues unless I paid for it. I called Apple and they said that my laptop is eligible for the program and that Graphicom should have repaired it for free. I had to drive all the way up to the Apple store in Buckhead, and of course they fixed my laptop free of charge, no questions asked. Totally ridiculous.

When we got back from vacation we imported our photos on iPhoto and couldnt find them. Also deleted them on our phones. Gentleman on the phone walked me through how to find them in the directory in three seconds at no charge. I should have called them before my wife finished the box of tissues!
