I went in to Paley yesterday and met Sean. Told him I saw an 01 Honda online I was interested in. He said they have 3 honda accords that are all similar years and similar prices. We went out back to take a look at them. He was not pushy in any way. He answered any questions I asked, and he gave me his opinion on which vehicle of the 3 he thought was best taken care of (it also happened to be the one of the three they had on the lot for the shortest amount of time).I took it for a test drive and was out the door not long after that with the car. I would highly recommend Paley Auto group. They were great to work with, Honest and not pushy at all and helped me get the car I wanted.

I went in to check out a truck that I had been watching on the website. Nathan was honest, up-front, and very helpful. I did have some concerns that were addressed and we got a deal done that day. Nathan even went so far as to deliver the truck to my house. I would definitely recommend Nathan and Paley Auto. Gunner was also a highlight, hes the best in the business!

Sean was a pleasure to work with. He did not come off as a traditional sales person. He gave us our space, was very friendly, honest, and never pushed for the sale or warranties. They also claim to somehow extend their third party discounts to us on the vehicle we purchased, such as tires and mechanic repairs.

At the time of this review I just turned 20 and I’ve never financed thanks to Dave Ramsey meaning I had 0 credit. I had a good down payment so that really helped but I was in need of a truck and the market is thinner than a cactus in the snow, Paley auto was a 4 hour drive so a 8 hour trip total but they had a better deal than a whataburger combo so the journey would be a risk worth taking. As a born Texan I was very hesitant about getting a northern truck but the expert consulting skills of Sean Jordan reassured me that it might be rusty but It’s not a Ford so it’s trusty. 10 outta 10 recommend

Bought a used Toyota Yaris about a year or so ago. I believe I dealt with Matthew. I was kind of in a hurry and Matthew seemed like a trusting type of guy so I bought the vehicle without even test driving. Couldnt be happier, Matthew hooked me up with a hassle free financing company, showed me quickly how to hook up my phone with the Bluetooth apparatus in the vehicle, and within about a half an hour drove away.Ive already put about 100,000 miles on the vehicle so within another year or so Ill be back.

Gave an extra star due to the exceptional customer service, other than that Hard No.I purchased 2 trucks from this dealership and both of them eventually needed thousands of dollars of work. The trucks are definitely $4k or so overpriced. If you do buy from here do not pay full price and bring a certified mechanic with you. I dont think they put any work into these trucks after getting them, so keep that in mind. Hate writing bad reviews but i wish ive known this beforehand.
