There is not enough text to tell you how badly i was treated on the used car area. Lie after lie to cover up. I have bought and sold vehicle several times in my 65 years. Have never had such problems. Really

We had a great experience with the service department. We were broke down out of state and towed our vehicle there. Matt (in service) squeezed us in, even though they were super busy, and got to work diagnosing our problem. We left feeling like we were well taken care of at a very fair price. Very thankful to have ended up there with them

There is an excellent lease/purchase offer on a new Chevrolet Bolt. Dan Tobin has the largest inventory of Bolts in the state of Ohio. I test drove a LT model. It is nice and responsive, the interior is just too small and cramped for my use.

Derrick made the whole car buying process smooth and the rest of the staff of Dan Tobin made us feel like family. Any questions or concerns we had they took the time to address them. I recommend everyone give them a try.

The service center was awesome! However, the generic, robotic, scripted call center customer service that was completely awful. It shouldnt take 10+ minutes to set up an appointment and it shouldnt be so impersonal. I would be more likely to recommend Dan Tobin if they had real customer service that set up appointments.

Go somewhere else. Very poor customer service. Had a deal worked out and confirmed by a manager. Called several times to pay for the vehicle. Kept getting the run around, was assured I would get a call back and never did. Then I finally got through to someone the next day who told me it already sold.
