Do not go here unless you have time to spare. I came about 30 minutes before they closed and they were insistent upon stating the timeframe in which they closed multiple times, even telling us upon entry? In addition to this, the tone in which they told us was super rude. And, it did not stop upon entry, I was spending about $140 and they told me that the fitting room was closed? This was still like 20 minutes before the actual store closed? How could the fitting room be closed. I think it would be nice if they could do their job a little bit better and quit getting in such a hurry. I have never stayed after a store closes, to me that is rude. BUT, up until the store closes you should not be rushed or denied a fitting room?

They are the worst store to deal with. I had fraud charges with them i called to cancel they said they did then went ahead and charged me then wouldnt give me my money back i would never shop here all they sell is over priced junk.

The card chip reader is a bit loose but other than that it has good sales and nice employees

I love thus store! The minute you walk in, you’re captivated by the aesthetic & chill environment. I visit this store multiple times a week. The clothes are wonderful. The prices can be a tad bit expensive for certain items, but the sales and clearance section are so worth searching through. The staff is very friendly I truly love shopping here. ;)

I ordered clothes online and still have not received them yet. I’ve sent multiple emails, tried calling, messaging, everything and still have not received anything. Do not order anything from Urban Outfitters!!!!

First time visiting the store. Was kind of hard to find it & where to park due to all the improvements going on on campus but made a call to the store & they were very helpful in getting us there. Really enjoyed the environment of the store & everyone that works there is so helpful & seem to enjoy their jobs. Will definitely return

Went to buy Christmas items for my daughter. I like this store. Too bad there is only one in Columbus. I dont like going to OSU campus because of parking issues. Found some really nice things for my daughter. Spent lots of money but it was worth it.

Cute clothes. Kinda pricey but the quality justifies it. Really nice atmosphere and friendly employees.

As far as mens selection goes, its little to nothing. The upstairs is half the size of the downstairs and theyve split it into apartment and mens so you can imagine how little they have. Also, everything thats in style and popular online cannot be found in the Columbus store. I encourage you to go make a shopping cart online of all the things you want and then check if they have them in store - youll notice that maybe 1 out 10 is actually in store, and the chance that they have your size is even less.

This is a review more for Urban Outfitters overall and not this particular store. I’m tired of ordering things online and only part of the order shipping at a time. Some items coming from a DC and some single items being shipped from a single store. The DC items are always shipped out quickly but my god when items are shipped out from a store it takes sometimes up to 3 DAYS before the store even sends it out! Why is this the case? When someone places the order it should go directly to the particular store that has that item in stock and should be shipped out next day! I will no longer purchase anything from UO because of this and their terrible customer service in store and on the phone does not help them out either. You would think for the money you spend on their stuff you would get better quality shipping and customer care!

The associates were all caught up in their own conversations to ask if anyone needed help it get a fitting room. They were all standing behind the counter chatting as we waited to be checked out. Super unprofessional. Not to mention the parking situation is awful

Fun store with great bargains in the upstairs area.

Mens section is kind of small and expensive, but overall the selection and quality is great. Ive had a pair of pants from here for three years that still look new. Dont get me started on parking though. If the Starbucks lot next door is full, youre out of luck.

Urban outfitters have generally been not the best places to buy things since they can be an arm and leg and then some. This one is no different. It does not have the (somewhat cheaper) basement like some other stores.Parking can be a headache but it s does not bother the students who mostly walk. The staff are not the most attentive. That said, its a neat place to go window shopping and check out the trends and you can sometimes find a good deal.
