Came into the store for the first time the other day. What a great experience! I didnt catch her name but, the lovely gal with the pink dreadlocks was so kind and helpful! I left feeling good with some new knowledge about the products I purchased!

By far the best Sally’s in the area!! I came in after messing my hair color up pretty badly. The woman who helped me was so sweet and helpful. She explained exactly what to do to fix it and turned out perfect. :)

Never been to this location before, but it was on my drive home, so I stopped in. Parking was readily available, with short walk inside which was nice considering how chilly it was this morning.I was immediately greeted by Sable, who asked if I needed help with anything. Im pretty well versed with colouring my hair, but I was having some concerns about certain colour brands vs. others. Sable did a great job at helping me find the products that met my personal needs, and I spent less than I anticipated. I also found some brands that Im able to reuse, which saves me money in the long run. If you go in, definitely talk to Sable. Nice to talk to, knowledgeable and well versed in products! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had never been in this location. The store was clean and the clerk was nice. She needed to have just a little more knowledge about natural hair. Otherwise my experience was great!

Very professional staff led me to the item I was looking for and asked questions to make sure I was getting the best value for my money. Will be back to purchase Christmas gifts. We have had an excellent experience every time we visit. They greet you when you enter and always inquire if we need help. Today I did not sound overly confident in what I was doing for my daughter in coloring her hair that one of the ladies came around the counter and spent 15 to 20 minutes guiding us. My daughter loves going in because they are always nice and helpful. The store is kept very clean and well organized. The staff is unbelievably approachable and helpful. I never thought I would be a regular at a beauty supply store but unless things change drastically we are dedicated life long customers. Even if you go in once a month or 4 times a year, signing up for the reward/customer card is worth it!

Went to location 10 minutes before closing to pick up an item real fast, and was told I couldnt because they were taking the registers down ... 10 minutes early. And when I left, they locked the doors. 10 minutes early.

I learned some new things today

I just tried to go into this location and the doors were locked. Its past opening time and the store isnt open. Usually all of the employees are in front of the store smoking cigarettes and making you smell like their cigarette smoke. Im very disappointed since i have been looking for 1 item and finally threw my hands up to give since they arent open.

This location didnt have what i was looking for. Customer service was great though
